Lots of new machine. Staff were sanitizing the machines periodically which I've never seen at any kind of arcade that I've been to so that was awesome. Very clean and kept up place. We had a blast!

I haven't been to Chuck E. Cheese for 34 years until now. It was bright, clean, and fun. I brought my daughter of 4 for the first time and she had a blast. We got there at door open, played unlimited games for a hour, and then ate lunch. It cost around $55 dollars for her play pass and food for all 4 of us. All be it spendy we really had a lot of fun. She was able to get prizes, ride on some toddler rides, and meet Chuck E. Cheese. She asked if we could come back the next day, she had so much fun.

Went here for a friend's bday! It was a blast my kiddos age is 4. Definitely enough for her to do here! No child is left out! Tons to do! Keep it nice if you visit for the next child!

I left feeling extremely stupid for even walking inside. They will never get one more dollar from my family. 30 points used up in 2 games cause my daughter would scan her card and it wouldn't start . So she scanned it again and again. Told employees and they blamed me for not helping my 8 yr old with her card! Waste of time and Money . Food was high priced garbage.

They've stepped it up with the games, overall. The safety hand stamping at the entrance is a smart idea and I'm glad to see them continuing this. The stuffed crust pizza is by far my favorite but ouch, prices have really gone up. Overall, a fun time. The prizes have to get better, too. Maybe some coupons for future purchases or partner with other local businesses for gift cards? Just a thought. We'll be back : )

Everything about the place is trash. Was traveling through St. Cloud. What a dump!! One thing in particular among many was a kid drinking directly from the soda fountain dispensers. Every flavor of soda, drinking directly from the nozzles plus using their hands to fill with soda and drinking it out of their hands...haha! The staff did nothing. This was a scene out of a movie. Feel bad for anyone who got soda after that.

About half the machines were broken. Had a hard time using all the points because of it. Asked for a refund on a game but manager never showed up. Pizza was less than mediocre. Spent a lot of money for a poor experience.

We just had a birthday party there and had the best time! Excellent service and I felt the package overall was really affordable! The attendants were really kind and helpful, and Chuck E. Cheese live was great with the kids too! I had no idea the pizza there is so good!

My kids had a blast! Were able to go at a time where it was not too busy which was a plus. All the machines worked well. Fun for the whole family can be had, not just for littles--with basketball, skeeball etc. The food is pretty average (not bad by any means), but also not the main reason people go there. Normally got quick service when we needed help. Parking was easy.

Very clean and fresh atmosphere. Staff was enthusiastic and friendly. Pizzas were just fine and the games were entertaining for the kids and adults.

Stopped in here with the kids for lunch/fun and had a great time! Delicious pizza and a huge variety of games and kiddie rides. Favorite game was the carnival shooting arcade. Staff was very friendly and patient as my 5 year old spent time picking out her prizes. Absolutely loved that they have unlimited timed play. Way to go Chuck!

We have been too busy with work to have our sons traditional birthday at home, and this was also our first experience hosting a gathering for children other than our families. We chose Chuck E. Cheese to remove a lot of the stress and preparation time and were absolutely not disappointed. I wish I could give the staff 10 stars. They walked us through everything and anticipated our needs. Everything went incredibly smoothly thanks to the amazing staff that helped us through our day. All the children and adults had a ton of fun. Everything seemed very clean. We had I believe 11 or 12 children, including our son, and got a couple of large pizzas for the adults, plus a cake which they provided candles for. Our total cost was about $400. I felt that with the time saved, food provided, and 2 hours of game time for the kids that adults were allowed to join in on. Versus, the cost and time to have the party at home and decorate or another venue was well worth it. Having the door security as well to help manage children was a great benefit.

Had my son’s birthday party here and it was great! We had a very friendly working helping us with the party. Everyone treated my son with respect and patience. He has special needs so I was hoping for a good experience since we didn’t have one at another Chuck E. Cheese location. Fun games and 2 hours of unlimited play. Ticket blaster was so much fun! Thank you to all the staff that helped make my son’s birthday amazing!

My daughter, having chosen Chuck E. Cheese as a reward, won't like that I gave 4 stars due to her absolute LOVE for the restaurant, but I have an obligation to the public and honest reviews are it. Everything was amazing and gave me a momentary flashback to the days where the only responsibility was having fun.... Except for the employees... I haven't seen such low morale in years... The pain in some of the workers faces was immense... I really felt as though one, maybe two employees were accepting of their place of employment, and all others were watching the clock to be able to have some relief... I wish I knew what was the cause behind this so that maybe we, collectively, could inspire change for those employees... Still will be returning monthly for the foreseeable future.

The pizza is actually really, really good. I'd totally order it for delivery or take out without a single ounce of shame. All the adults in the group were shocked at how good it was. I like how you can buy either a set amount of tokens or you can do time intervals. We bought an hour and it's way better than having the kids nag you for cash.

This place is a complete rip off for what you get. 80$ for a pizza and games for two kids. Honestly if you’re near a Dave and busters you’re going to get much better food at a better value and more entertaining games for the whole family.

Lots of fun for adults and kids alike. Pizza was very good and the employees were great!

This place is by far one of the cleanest child places I've been to in a long time, the service is good. Only recommendation is the workers could smile more and look like they enjoy their job a bit more.

I take my grandchildren here because let's face it there just really isn't much for kids anymore. It's very expensive the pizza is terrible and as soon as I can find somewhere else to go with them I will NOT go back. It was 145.00 for 1 large pizza and 4 cards to Plat games @45 minutes each. Then the total came up to them having won 845 pts because you get only 2 or 3 at a time and all they were able to get for prizes was taffy. Disappointed and sad. I miss space aliens

Delicious pizza, fun video games, and great times all around with Mr. Chuck E Cheese at the St Cloud Chuck E Cheese's Pizza. Even though its changed alot throughout the years, it's still a fun place to go to even today.
