    I usually have a good experience with this Dominos. I placed an order an hour ago. Called and talked to the manager. I was told my pizza was going to take another 30-45 minutes. Closer to 45. I asked if they could offer me a discount for the ridiculous wait time and was told that I’m already getting a great deal with the coupon and there isn’t anything more he could do. Wow. Manager on duty 6/26/22 gets a 0/5 rating. The customer is always right. I don’t feel like I am asking a lot. 2 hours for a delivery? SMH. They need to hire another manager. Or train the one that’s on duty in customer service.

    My room mate had ordered a pizza a few weeks ago that took two and a half hours to deliver. I went into my second most recent pizza order knowing it would be bad. I wasn't even hungry at the time, and put in an order for past and a sandwich, and still waited nearly two and a half hours. I tracked my order to "quality check" at the hour and a half mark, pre-heated the oven, made some chicken strips, and my order still wasn't at my door. Domino's did not hesitate to email a coupon for a free pizza. Better yet, I signed up for the rewards program and got another free pizza coupon. At this point, I was not disappointed. Domino's met all my expectations. I used my coupons for my two pizzas a week later. Took another hour and a half before I decided to go to Pesty's, order and eat a pizza and two beers, pay, and still make it home just slightly after receiving my two free pizzas on my door step. My Domino's pizzas were not only oblong, but looked like the pieces had been rearranged to not fit. As a bonus I made a Jack's pizza that I ultimately dropped in my oven but still was not only cheaper (as I still had to pay for delivery) but also had better cut pieces. If I could give less than a zero, I would. Similarly, the adventure was fun. My bar going in was set low and you did not disappoint. You presented me with something that consists of pizza components. For those that want a pizza, start at your local grocery store, with the cheapest pizza you can find. Beyond that, order from literally anywhere else. About another hour into my last wait, I got another free pizza coupon for next week. I think I'm racing the least reviewed competitor. My dogs are really enjoying the free food.

    Made my order ahead of time for carryout. When I got there they hadn't even started my order. I was told by the manager it would be 10 to 15 minutes. 20 minutes go by and I'm told 5 more minutes. Another 10 minutes and "it's in the oven." Another 10 minutes "any minute now." Manager comes up to me and says they lost my order. Offered me a free brownie on top of my order. Another 15 minutes goes by and I finally get my order. Manager says "sorry we forgot the brownie." This place could not be more terribly run.

    Last 3 times I’ve ordered got worse each time, first 2 took almost 2 hours then the last and 3rd time I placed my order and 2.5 hours later nothing so I called and was told would be another 2-3 hours! Why am I not being told this when I order? When I order a pizza it is because I would like to eat with in an hour or so not 5 hours later! Not even an apology just pathetic. I’ll find somewhere else to order from now on…. Stay away from this location…

    I placed an order at 6:30 by 6:47 it said Wade was prepping it after an hour and half the pizza tracker hadn't changed so I called, to which I was told it would be here b in 25-35 minutes and after an hour and half I called again still no pizza to say I wasgoing to be the second one put in the oven 3 hours and it wasn't even in the oven I have 2 hungry toddlers that should be in bed and no food. I canceled my order I better be getting a refund!

    Received our order and it was terrible. Pizza topping all slid to one side of the pizza and the crust was so thin parts of the pizza had no crust under it. Not cut all the way either. Cheese bread had no cheese on half. The wings were so small. Called to let them know today and ask for a credit and got hung up on 4 times and then got screamed at by the manager and hung up on again. I've never seen worse customer service. Just terrible. I will be moving this complaint up the chain too. Zero stars really. They should be embarrassed.

    Ordered delivery & redeemed points for a free pizza. 90 minutes later, after delivery should have arrived and at store closing time at 1 am, store called me to say they couldn't deliver. I could pick it up or cancel. Canceled and charges were refunded but lost my free pizza & got nothing for the inconvenience. Currently awaiting response from customer service, very dissatisfied with the level of service from this location.

    I don’t recommend it, poor customer service. They always give the wrong orders, where I have to remind them. My card number was stolen and I was overcharged by them and when asked the manager about the overcharge they told me it’s mistake in the system and I need to call my bank for a refund, while they are stealing your card information. The manager told me to leave the store in disrespectful way without answering my question about the overcharge. Make sure you check your bank account when you deal with them as they may steal your money and deny it to tell to call your bank or it’s a mistake in the system.

    I absolutely love when wade works my pizzas are perfect and best dominos by far. I can always tell when he doesnt work because I order a specialty pizza and change the sausage for hamburger and it gets skipped as well as i get like one mushroom lol but he must have been there today because my order was back to perfection! Thank you

    Idk what happened lately. Probably not sufficient employees since life is how it is but just letting people know that it takes way longer than normal for an order to start cooking let alone get delivered. We haven't ordered for a while being last time it was an hour and a half and no estimated time of arrival... (had to call off the order and get a refund. Which, btw, took a very long time to get processed) It seems we are facing a similar issue tonight being it's been nearly 45 minutes without the order even getting put in the oven yet ... Still 3 stars because I can see how hard it can be for business nowadays with inflation and to keep employees but it's definitely frustrating at the same time. So hopefully this information is useful for others that order delivery... as we have had very bad luck with it lately. And as much as dominos doesn't want to lose business, there are plenty around so hopefully the less customers can help out the employees as well. UPDATE: The person answering the phone and giving the update on the status of our order was very kind and patient (as I'm assuming it happens a lot) they said they indeed are having a shortage in employees. But kudos to the guy answering the phone.

    Got delivery and idk how they work rather someone gave the delivery girl the wrong order or she grabbed the wrong one because I got a pizza and cheesy bread but somehow I ended up with a brownie pizza, 2 sandwiches, and chicken pasta. Like a 2 item order to a 4. I don’t get how you can screw up like that. I tried to give her a call to let her know (she called me) and no answer. As of posting this I’ve been on hold for half an hour

    I used to love this location but lately it has been awful. Other than Cher the other evening staff are awful. They cancel orders and don’t call or anything. I’ve called and tried to figure out what happened and just get completely brushed off. Tonight I tried ordering around 6pm and my order got canceled. I called to see what happened and was told they were backed up and that is why my order was canceled. They said to try again in like two hours. Me really craving dominos waited a little over two hours to try and order again and my order was canceled (without them calling even though that is their procedure) again. When I tried to call to see if ordering at all would be possible tonight and if not how I was going to get my reward points refunded as my account thinks I used them for the bread bites that I ultimately did not receive. I waited for over fifteen minutes and did not get ahold of anyone. I normally try to be patient and understand that there may be more than meets the eye, but after these last few interactions the past few weeks this is absolutely ridiculous. Cher is the ONLY manager that when I have ordered who has actually helped me dispite the hiccups on their end. She is the only one who seems like they are actually trying. I only add that because she is great and I don’t want that taken away from her, but I am very disappointed in everyone else, and how I have been treated.

    At 11:00pm I clocked out of work. By 11:10 p.m. I had put my order in for a pizza and some cheese bread, through the app. I received confirmation of my order and estimated delivery time and was directed to Domino's Tracker. I watched as my status went from receiving order to so and so is now prepping your order... And that is exactly where my order stayed... For the next 45 minutes. I got the stores phone number from the app and called to check on an estimated delivery time. A recording told me I was third in line to have my call answered, so I patiently waited until I was informed I was the next call to be answered. I waited on that line for 10 minutes, but no one ever answered! So here I am, sitting with company, waiting for dinner... I got an email at 2:00am that informed me my order was cancelled?! First off, I was so embarrassed and had to tell my company that dinner wasn't happening(as I had nothing in the house to cook because DOMINO'S was my plan) secondly, I still had zero answers as to what was going on, and could contact NO ONE to find out! I've never felt so unimportant as a human being in all my days of ordering pizza! Epic fail, DOMINO'S!!!!

    Ordered food. Never came. Had to cancel after an hour and half. Isn't the first time this has happened. Go to toppers pizza. Fast service and delicious pizza that you actually get.

    Ordered dinner for delivery and after 45 mins the tracker showed the were still prepping my food. So I called and they couldn't find my order. Once they did, they said "oh it's in line to be made. It should be another 45 mins for carry out." No apology, no "sorry we are short handed" or anything. Canceled my order.

    Ordered a few things and was told it’d be a 45-60 minute wait. Gets around that 60 min mark and it says it’s out for delivery. It showed the car pull-up on the tracker, but nobody every arrived, and then the tracker says it was delivered. I call to tell them I didn’t receive it and the associate tells me they’ve been having issues with the tracker and will arrive shortly. Wait another half an hour- nothing. Call again and I’m told by a different employee that they have no idea what happened to my food and they will give me a $$ voucher to cover it all. So I’m still hungry and ask “can I just get my food?” And they told me that I couldn’t because they have to follow the orders as they come in and I would have to wait my turn again. Now I usually bite my tongue on this kind of stuff, but how tf am I not able to just get my food sent to me priority number 1 after you just “lost my order” that you told me was for sure “out for delivery”. What does that even mean? Terrible, terrible customer service and terrible, terrible problem resolution

    I ordered a pizza and parmesean twists, it came super fast - but very wrong. I ordered a pizza with salami and black olives, and I got that! But there was no sauce on the pizza? None. And the crust was the wrong type. Not a great pizza, but the Parmesan twists were good.

    Only have order here twice, the first time I ordered they messed up my pizza & offered a free medium. Went to order again & got a call 20 minutes after I had ordered to let me know they have no drivers available when they are open until 1am. Like geez I wasted my free pizza & got attitude. Nah not about it.

    Good pizza and wings. I definitely recommend getting the buffalo style wings and a cup of BBQ sauce, dump it on the buffalo wings, shake the box and enjoy spicy BBQ wings ❤️

    DONT ORDER FROM HERE. Said they gonna deliver. Waited for one hour and twenty minutes, called them for them to tell me they are not gonna deliver it and best they can do is a carry out. Wasted time and wasted money . Assistant manager sharon was showing his attitude and did not even offer a refund

    One time I ordered pizza when it was almost closing and it took him a long time to get there. But when I came in yesterday they made it all right with me so the manager was really cool and he works with you and he made everything right now so I love that Domino's. And by the way the cheesy dip is delicious

    Dominoes has fallen off in the last 2 years with low quality bland tasting pizza. Their sandwiches and pastas simply should not exist, they should really drop those items and get their pizza back in shape.

    If the app is correct about the names of delivery, then it would be an absolute pleasure to have Matthew deliver my pizza again. He got to my house right on time and was extremely professional about the delivery. Exceptional food, timing of delivery and professionalism. I will be ordering again.

    I come here once a week, to get food for work. With the coupons it's always a great deal and the people here are usually friendly. Especially Alison, she is always very kind and does an amazing job making the pizzas. Every time they make the pizza it just tastes better. They do get busy from time to time so patience can be required but it is clear a lot of the people who work here are trying really hard to do a good job.

    I gave them another shot today 10/15/23 and it was worse than the last time. I saw commercials with the pepperoni stuffed cheesy bread and I had a free one coming so I caved. What I got was total garbage. I don’t think even a rat would have ate the cheesy bread. The box was soaked in grease and the bread was even worse. It was a sponge of grease and the dough still raw. The pizza would have been good if the box hadn’t collapsed on top of the pizza. How they let this order out the door is just careless. This store needs to be completely boycotted and shut down. I lost out on 25 bucks that I could have spent at House of Pizza. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this dump. Not even to the mice and rats infesting this city of Saint Cloud.

    For all my truck drivers dont call this place tried to order from them and said they dont deliver to truck drivers due to their policy which i understand asked the guy to help me out i will even pay extra and tip the delivery driver if it was because of a safety issue they could deliver to the shell employee at the truck stop still did not want to help a driver out we keep america moving guys wouldnt kill you to help a driver out !

    I had a disappointing experience at your establishment at 616 2nd Street South St. Cloud MN. Despite placing a carryout order, I was ignored for 10 minutes without any service or acknowledgement. Another customer was served immediately while I was left unattended. As a repeat customer, I expect better treatment. Please improve your service and ensure that such situations do not occur again.

    Order pickup from them and got one of the pan pizzas. That has to be one of the best pizzas I have ever had. I never expected my favorite pizza could come from a chain, but they did it. The pan pizza crust is gooey and bready at the same time. The sauce is the perfect amount. The bottom gets a firm but subtle crunch. Genuinely amazing!

    Ordered pizza at 6:37pm and it said my order was being made at 6:40. 8pm rolls around I call and get stuck on hold 3 times in the same call for over 12 minutes. I hung up and called back and they hung up on me. Called a 3rd time and they hung up on me again. Drove to the store at 8:25 and talked to a guy working and he said my food would be done and delivered to me in 30 minutes. It’s 8:56pm as I’m making this. I called them again they told me 30 more minute’s. So 3 hours to get my food.. what a joke

    The staff is always friendly my pizzas are usually always correctly made. I had a square cut come back as a pie cut but that's no big deal. It's close to home so I always grab the carry-out so it's usually a little cheaper.

    Every time I'm visiting my sister I have to have my Domino's from here. I've had amazing experience every time. Tonight the General Manager Brian took our order and he was so awesome and he made sure the order was right and thank God he did cause the other guy had in no sauce for our pizza lol mistakes happen but Brian saw it and fixed it we all laughed about it. Thank you Brian
