    The workers were depressed, and made my sandwich poorly. And my bread was burnt and it wasn’t even toasted. I only got two sandwiches for ma and my friend, and it was over $30. My tomato’s were rotten, and the meat looked nasty, again it was made very poorly. And I feel like I’m going to get food poisoning from it!

    Update: New staff, friendly (understatement), great experience. Looking forward to consistency like this. Yikes. Subway should be simple, straight forward, and painless. From not having staff out front (within a reasonable amount of time). I’ve had multiple encounters and multiple disappointments. It just seems disorganized. I asked someone to make a sub based on the corporate recommendations and they were unable. I have needed to repeat my order MANY times, it seems like they don’t have a working card reader some times (maybe it was just that week). The service just isn’t what I would say is normal or what wouldn’t agitate a normal person. I’ve continued back a couple times, different staff. It would seem that this location has bigger problems.

    This Subway location is more expensive than others. I'm assuming because of the lot rent or being a corporate store, I'm not positive. They definitely have higher prices than most that I have been to or worked at. Also **They do NOT take Discover card**, I learned this the hard way. There have been two times that I went to the Subway to find a sign hanging on the front of the glass that read, "Will be back shortly, had to run to the bank." I suppose that it's okay, considering there are other food options in the food court, but that was rather disappointing. ☹️ They do have decent customer service for being a fast food location in a high traffic area. There is a limited menu at this location. For instance, if you are looking for a children's tuna sandwich, you will not get it here, and a lot of the promotions do not seem to come to this location. I bought a child's veggie sub meal one day and was told they do not have children's toys. Another time when I purchased the same child's meal I received a child's toy; thus, I'm not really sure whether they do or do not provide children's toys on a regular basis.

    It hurts me to write a negative review. I have never wrote a negative review before but I feel that I have to. Subway is great- don’t get me wrong, however after visiting this one I am motivated to write this review. The employee working there was extremely rude. The service was also ridiculously slow. I will never visit this particular subway again ever.

    This subway location tends to be busy but able to handle the rush. The attrition hinders this location overall performance. The associate that assisted me was very pleasant, however when the scanner was not working, she got very upset. System issues happen, but addressing them in that manner can sway a business thoughts about eating here. Always great food as usual and was overall pleasant.

    Everything was very warm such as lettuce tomatos and mayo. Got sick after we ate there. Think mayo was not right. The guy checking us out was great but the girls working where on phones and never even finished our order.

    I would definitely not recommend eating here! After doing so, I got severe food poisoning!! It was so bad, that I will never eat at ANY Subway ever again! It makes my stomach hurt just thinking about it!

    I was 1 second from just leaving my food their and go somewhere else to eat. I was in line with my daughter and her stroller and the distance between me and the lady in front of me was at least 5’10” if not 6’. The employee asked me if i was with her as to which I replied no. She then said to scoot back. That was right before the lady herself moved forward anyway to pay for her meal. 1 more word from her I would have just left.

    Good food and nice staff. They were out of most soda on the day we visited which was surprising but they offered a refrigerated item as replacement. Nice to be able to eat while shopping & prefer Subway to the other food choices at Crossroads.

    Worst subway I have ever experienced! The service was terrible and took forever. I asked for extra tomatoes and the worker refused to give me more than 3 tomatoes because he said he's not allowed to give more than 3. Any other subway I have been to they give me as many as I want and it is no problem whatsoever. When I was finally done and ready to pay for my sub, one of the workers started checking gift card balances for another costumer behind me before he would let me pay. Like can't they wait to do that when it's that costumer's turn to pay and not make other costomers wait even longer?!

    Workers were careless and did a poor job making my food also the food wasn’t good and doesn’t sit well in my stomach again workers just looked depressed and didn’t care to have an ounce of good customer service

    Kid was stoned out of his mind. He kept mumbling so quietly damn near had to reach over the glass to just barely hear him. He did not seem to have a single customer service cell in his body. Made a mess of my sub and drowned it in sauce. Moved in extra slow motion, the entire interaction was like trying to pull teeth. Completely lost my appetite, wasted my money, and regret not just getting sbarro.
