I've ordered from Food Dudes several times and have never had an issue. My orders have been accurate, warm (or cold) as they should be, and the drivers have ALWAYS been polite, friendly, and on time. A wonderful and convenient service. Can't wait to see additional restaurants on the menu in the future.

The drivers have always been great, and deliveries have been acceptable. Just got the wrong food tonight, and it took 45 minutes to get an answer from customer service. They blamed the driver, were very dismissive, and said they would issue a gift certificate toward our next order. Meanwhile, I made dinner....

The actual delivery drivers are awesome. However, if you have a legitimate complaint you have to call some call center in another country to get a simple issue fixed. My food was missing sauce and I waiting 20 minutes for it to be brought back and my food was cold by then. I didn't pay good money for cold food. I demanded a refund without touching a piece of the food and was given the run around transfered and put on hold over 20$. You can keep the $20 dollars if you need it that bad, but you will never get my business again.

If I could give negative stars I would. Food dudes has definitely gone downhill. For the past countless orders I have had messed up or missing items. They used to be so amazing my absolute favorite delivery button anymore I don't trust that my order will actually be right.

Food Dudes has always delivered promptly and accurately. Other food delivery companies have been far less reliable. I would recommend using Food Dudes.

Waited an hour for food, just to be told it was delivered. To the wrong address, apparently. Then the person I called argued with me about whether it was delivered or not. Then the driver went and picked it up from the porch and brought it to me (after it had been there 45 minutes) Of course, I called back to say NO WAY! I am getting a refund, so that's good, but overall not a good experience

Multiple people I have ordered food with, and including myself have had our bank accounts or credit cards hacked after ordering. If they screw up on your order they do not take responsibility at all and will only offer you $5 off your next order rather than giving a refund when deserved.

I like their workers. I do not like when the restaurant's for get my drinks or sides. I post to recheck their bag on the instruction part.I use Food Dudes weekly.

I've ordered from them numerous times and was satisfied but in the passed 6 months they've literally hired some questionable drivers to where these drivers will steal your food. I called complained I never received a refund or voucher from this company. This delivery service will not help you if your a minority period and they will definitely make that known through their actions. Don't forget this city was named white cloud for a reason all this delivery service cares about is their money they will not help you if you sound like your not white.Go to door dash even if it's pricey because even if it's that one time your order is messed up you will not get their help

Food has been delivered late, cold, missing items and looking as though the bag has been dropped. The bags have smelled like cigarettes. Multiple orders have been forgotten. I'm done with Food Dudes.
