Well where should I start. In 2018 the first time I stayed here very dated rooms but large rooms by the pool. Keep in mind my reservation was for two days. The first night was a very nice room again a little bit dated but nothing wrong with it. Came back later that night to go to our room and unwind they checked us out of our room and moved us into a different room because the reservation was for two different rooms two different nights apparently. General manager was very sorry and comped me points for my stay nothing I can honestly complain about that except for cleaning ladies grabbing our luggage and things and moving them to a different room. Fast forward to present day we are staying here now 02 – 12– 22 and again very nice updated rooms. Customer service sucks here at the hotel front desk people were rude or overwhelmed with the amount of people trying to check in at 3 o’clock. I understand the Hotel is busy today but the front desk and even maintenance people had no idea what to do with all these people here. On top of it for such a large hotel they only had four luggage cards for people to use. Requested a poolside room was bumped to the third-floor. I was told by the front desk that this is a poolside room. Will definitely be talking to the general manager about it. Every time I’ve used reward nights here at this hotel they seem like they don’t care about people that patronize the IHG® brand. Will definitely think twice about staying here in the future.

The renovation is spectacular. All common space areas, recreation areas, and every room has been beautifully updated. We were last here 4 years ago, and I am very impressed with the outcome. Full Caribou coffee in the lobby!! With a large selection of snacks at the front desk. Staff are incredibly friendly, helpful, and accommodating. Our AC didn't work & they replaced the entire unit within 30 minutes. Conference rooms are also updated and spacious. The entire facility is clean. Excellent exterior cleanliness and lighting. Spacious and comfortable seating outside of the front doors. Large lobby with coiches & tables too. Two pools, two hot tubs, huge indoor recreational space, arcade games, and more! I recommend this hotel & facility and would stay here again.

One of the best stays I've had in recent memory. This place is amazing and a great destination for traveling families, truly an oasis to relax after a long day on the road for business or pleasure. There's something for everyone here. Plenty of entertainment for the kids, well maintained pool, hot tub, exercise center. On site cafe, clean lobby. Rooms were clean, updated, quiet. Beds were super comfortable with plenty of pillows in both the soft and firm variety to suit your preferences for a solid nights rest. Staff behind the counter were exceptionally helpful, easy going, and polite both on check in and check out. Huge shout out to Josh R behind the counter on my late check in, absolute legend and truly an asset to the Holiday Inn team. Found me a great rate and options, knowledgeable about the area, and easy to talk to. Saved me from a long night of hotel hunting. Definitely coming back here when I need a place to stay.

Nice rooms, like the remodel. Night staff was very rude. All pool signs state pool is open til 11:00 pm however they shut pool down at 10:00 with no reason as to why. Tone and attitude and disrespect was bad from staff. Disappointed that we spent $500 on rooms and then we can not even enjoy hot tub or pool. We would have managed our time better and may have done activities differently if we had known. Again can not express how rude staff was.

Booked a King Size bed on the app. They didn’t have one so they mentioned upgrading me but then decided 2 queens is the same thing. Then I got to tour the whole hotel because the layout is dumb and the staff is less then helpful. Finally found my room and you can tell the furnishings are new but the room felt cramped. Also make sure you ask about breakfast, because if you ask they give you a ticket to go to Legends, the restaurant in the hotel.

I arrived after midnight. I had called ahead to advise I would be arriving late (I had a reservation for several days). When I arrived, the security car was completely blocking the main entrance. 2 security people were smoking just outside the front doors with the desk person. I had to walk through the grass and squeeze between a trashcan and a post while carrying my luggage to get through. The desk attendant shouted at me, “do you have a reservation?“ When I told him I did, he sighed and put out a cigarette and followed me to the door. I had to hold the door open for him, despite the fact I was carrying all of my luggage. Room was comfy and clean. However, there was NO water pressure. The water trickled out of the shower head. I asked about it at the front desk and he said he would have it checked. No one did. Other people in my travel party (4 rooms) also complained about the lack of water pressure. There was construction going on with loud machinery outside my room at 6:30 am. There is a large courtyard, arcade, etc. There were loud groups with shouting and music after midnight, and security (although notified) did not manage to quiet or down. I had to ask for more towels and wash rags. (I was there for 5 days). They first said they couldn’t supply any, then later when I asked again I get a few. Breakfast costs $15! Disappointing service.

Look, the place seems clean and the service was good but they didn't have any soap. Like, in the whole hotel. I used the bathroom and went to wash my hands and they only had hair conditioner and a lotion bar. The lotion bar says right on the back of the package, on the top, with bold letters "this is not soap. It's lotion". So I called the front desk to ask if they had soap or shampoo and they said they only have conditioner and lotion bars. I was like "wait, seriously, no soap?" they put me on hold and when they came back on the line they were like "we can give you some dish detergent". I mean, yeah, maybe COVID is past us but what about just basic hygiene. We got all these guests wandering around this hotel touching everything and none of them have washed their hands. GROSS. Get some soap. I can't wrap my head around this, in this day in age, an entire facility with NO SOAP.

The place is a gem, offering fantastic amenities, a great location, and comfortable accommodations. We can't wait for you to experience it! 🎉👍❤️ The place is absolutely amazing! 🌟 It features two enormous hot tubs, perfect for relaxation, and two vast swimming pools, ideal for a refreshing dip. 🏊‍♀️🏊‍♂️ For the little ones, there's a dedicated kiddie pool, ensuring they have a safe and fun place to splash around. 🧒👧 We are in love with this place! ❤️ The on-site Legends restaurant is a noteworthy detail. It's brand new, having recently undergone a complete renovation. 🍽️ The food here is simply awesome, offering a variety of delicious dishes that will surely satisfy your taste buds. 🍲🥗 The entire establishment has been remodeled, enhancing its overall appeal and making it even more inviting. 👍 The walkability of the location is a major plus, making it easy for guests to explore the surrounding area. 🚶‍♀️🚶‍♂️

We just finished our yearly conference there and the whole place has been updated! Polished, fresh, clean and gives the feeling of high standards. Easy to get to, employees were very helpful and cheerful, LOTS to keep kids active. I would stay there again

This hotel is amazing. We were here for my husbands job and had to stay 2 days at the hotel while he worked and there was plenty for my 3 year old and I to do. The games and the many pools was awesome. The staff is super super sweet. I can’t even name just one as they were ALL super awesome from the front desk to the restaurant and even maintenance. Didn’t interact much with cleaning but always got a hello good morning/afternoon. highly recommend! Clean, beautiful interior and fun for all ages

We stayed 4 nights and it was great! It was clean and the rooms were a great size since we had to set up a pack and play. Plenty of room for it. A/C worked great, black out curtains awesome, shower was great, great lighting, Lux beds and quiet building. Lots for families to do inside. Our one year old loved the kiddie pool which is completely closed in so they can’t wander into the bigger pool. Great seating areas inside and outside. We hope we are in the area again and will stay here hands down again! The staff was also very friendly!!!

We stayed here this past weekend and was very pleasantly surprised. The renovations done make this a beautiful hotel! We enjoyed the amenities they offer. The dual pools is super nice for times when there are a lot of people using it. The arcade was a lot of fun, and the prizes were great! Our rooms could have been a bit cleaner, but overall very happy. The staff was great at check-in and very helpful!

We were quoted and ensured a $369 rate yet charged $415 (this is not just an added incidental charge by the way). The staff was very unknownledgeable & super unhelpful. The buffet was $15 for over done hashbrowns & water eggs. There was syrup on the table but nothing to put the syrup on?? I've worked in hotels for 10 yrs and this Holiday was a huge disappointment. Would only recommend for the pool & the games for kids. But way over priced!!!

Last year and the other 4 years before had no problem having his birthday here. Was perfect because people could just come through throughout the day since I have nine siblings. It’s hard to get everybody in the same place at once. Will be not returning here for sure and my entire family, which has about five kids per family will now rethink using holiday inn. Also after remodeling why is the door to the room unable to be opened. It’s more funny but now that I feel like I’m not welcome here anymore inconveniencing will be amplified. Also a bummer because we were planning on having our wedding reception here (The new event room looks great) but with a population cap that’s gonna be a problem. You can pretty quickly do the math on how many rooms we would be needing 15 to 20 rooms. Just with immediate family.

I give no stars to this hotel. We have stayed here multiple times and have had horrible experiences just about every time. But this time they just lost our business. After seeing how much the price of their rooms jumped up to pay for their new updates it's not worth the money. After trying to swipe our card at all 3 computers the manager refused us our room. Her excuse was there was an issue with our cards. We even called our bank and they said there was nothing wrong or flagged on their end. I asked to see a manager and she snipped at me and I am the manager. Well she had no name tag on either. Then she laughed at her employee friend and sent us to days inn or quality in and said maybe you can afford these rooms and maybe they can accommodate you. Then we go out the door and was greeted by another guest who had the same issue about 15 minutes before we arrived. We were able to get 2 rooms at the Courtyard for less than 1 room at the Holiday Inn. Very pleased with the service we got at the Courtyard.

Thank goodness for this hotel! We originally had booked elsewhere in St. Cloud and when we arrived we said absolutely not. I called the Holiday Inn right away and was able to get a reservation. The lady on the phone was so nice. When we arrived on 8/7 at around 8pm and checked in, the front desk woman was so friendly. She asked about our travels and congratulated us on our marriage as we were on our last night of our honeymoon. We arrived into our room, exhausted after a long travel day and a hotel fail 30 mins prior, to an extremely clean and relaxing room. We were so happy! We ventured off to the hot tub to find out that they had two (!!) of them! The pool area was very clean and well kept. We loved the large TV screen in the pool area. The bed in the room was extremely comfortable. Both my husband and I said it felt like we were sleeping on a cloud. Overall, this stay was absolutely perfect and if we are ever in the area again we will be booking here!

Lots of stuff to do here for kids. 3 Arcades, 2 Pools, 1 Kiddie Pool, Jungle Gym, 2 hot tubs, Basketball court, Volley ball court. If you get a suite adjacent to the volleyball court and you're a light sleeper, don't plan on sleeping before Midnight. It's so loud in the room from other guests using the arcade. Other than that, great experience.

This motel has been totally transformed! We attended the Lions Convention. There were over 400 in attendance. Had a pool side room which was very comfortable and quiet. Housekeeping did a fantastic job. The restaurant did get a bit overwhelmed and the service there appeared to need more help, especially in the kitchen.

My father-in-law was in the ICU for the last week, and the staff here was absolutely amazing. Jordan, Kaylee, and others that i worked with us made a very hard time in our lives easier by not having to worry about where we were going to stay. We had no idea how long we would be there, and they worked with us going above and beyond. Thank you so much!

Great new rooms. It is much warmer in the pool areas which is a win. Sadly you pay for a breakfast that most hotels give free. Nothing special to charge for. Absolutely love hotel just skip restaurant.

Unfortunately I paid $280 for a 2 queen bed room. We thought we'd get a roll away if they offered one for extra fees. The room was so small, one wouldn't have fit. We got the kids in the pool. The pool was cold and white cloudy along with over chlorinated. There were no pool towels. I went to desk. Staff was rude and short with me. Front desk told me each person had to come get their own, including getting my kids from the pool. I brought 2/3 to the desk dripping wet for a towel, then was told they would not give me any more towels. One pool and hot tub were shut down for renovations. There was no pre notifications on it or even mention at the desk until I asked at check in. As a result pools were overcrowded with unattended children not acting appropriately. Kids were doing connon balls, back flipping, jumping into pool. The game area, pool area, volley ball court and landing of the stairs were all coated with inches of water, no wet floor signs and no staff mopping involved. After getting my kids in dry clothes one went to sit in a racecar game that had a puddle of water on the seat. People outside rooms late 1130 at night drinking and being loud. It seems to me they were running on a skeleton crew and refused to awknowledge it was at the expense of their guests and staff enjoyment. The only staff was at the desk, filled with rude short responses to any concerns or questions. Next time I have to bring my kids I'll be sure to avoid this hotel.

I don't know why the rating is so low here but we had a great experience. The service was wonderful, the new remodeled building was great and the accommodations and amenities were perfect for our large group of kids. The negative only thing worth noting is that it doesn't have a continental breakfast option.

My room was clean, well furnished, with very comfortable beds. Lots of fun amenities for families, and the conference areas were perfect for the large event. Easy access to the highway. Would absolutely stay here again! Great folks at the front desk too.

No amenities, breakfast was good other meals in the so called cafe was a huge fail. The hotel is under renovation. I suggest you close until finished. There also was no housekeeping. Front desk was temporary. Staff was pleasant, but not helpful. Good note the rooms are newly renovated and comfortable.
