I am in the area looking at houses and decided to spend a little extra money for a "nicer" hotel. Unfortunately, the hotel is under maintenance and very loud and dusty currently. There's paint and construction dust everywhere. The room was pretty large and the bed was comfortable, but the pillows were too soft. I woke up with a really bad headache and neck ache the first day and had to go buy another pillow. I didn't care for the policy where they don't clean or check on rooms that are occupied. I put my trash in the hall by the door and no one picked it up. Had to bring it to the trash in the laundry room and use a shopping bag in the can. I'm not the best at constantly going to the front desk and asking for stuff... Poor wifi meant that I had to cut my stay short, since I was supposed to be working remote. It was bad on both of our phones and my work computer. We couldn't even load a basic page on our phones. The wifi was so bad, I had to change my cell plan in order to enable tethering at a higher data rate. Very frustrating. They need to invest in a quality mesh system and possibly a better internet plan. There are no usb ports in the room. Had to rely on the "just in case" plug I bring when I travel. Things I liked: Breakfast options Laundry room prices Room comfort Location Dislikes: Pillows Policy where they don't even check on the condition of your room. Condition of hotel. Lack of usb in room Poor wifi coverage. Shower water smells strongly

Wish I would of taken pics right away when we discovered everything. There were ashes all over the bathroom floor. Hair you'd rather not see in the bathtub and whirl pool tub. One of the towels I grabbed looked and smelled like someone wiped their butt on it. There is dried urine on the wall in the bathroom. I went to the front desk and asked to get some cleaning disenfectant and rags. I spent the next hour cleaning all the surfaces in our room. They offered no help or compensation for their disgusting room. Didn't even offer to set us up into another room.

The hotel was easy to find. My view isn't little to be desired, but then again I don't ever look out the window so it really doesn't matter! Check-in was a breeze, and the room was super nice and clean!

Check in/out were smooth. We stayed for a week and didn't know we needed to request turn over service in between which was a slight irritant. They were always very friendly about providing fresh towels and bedding when requested. Our main complaints were humidity inside the room and slow internet. With this being said we'd stay here again. Pluses were complimentary water bottles, individually wrapped chocolate chip cookies, and flexible jacuzzi hours 😉. On site laundry was affordable at $1.50 to wash and dry (.75 each). Be prepared with your own quarters and laundry soaps as there is no vending or change machine.

Room was clean, loved the separation between the bed and lounge area. Breakfast was free and lots to choose from. Slightly off a main road so close enough to food but not loud.

This hotel is wonderful and super clean. Fall of '23 the streets are under construction, but the night manager, Michael, graciously talked us to the location after I called him about 6 times due to our GPS being out, and he also got my veterans discount applied. The next morning the day manager drew a great map to get around construction. Great two night stay!

This was a nice, clean hotel. It was very quiet. We don't eat in the hotels so I can't vouch for their breakfast but there is a coffee maker in the room. There are plenty places for charging devices.

Great rooms that seem to be newly renovated. The rooms were quiet and the beds comfy. Breakfast was average to above average. In terms of selection, but good in terms of quality. Location is good even with the ongojng construction on the highway nearby. The manager, Tammy, was terrific and the service was great at both check in and check out. The guy checking us on was well above your average person in terms of friendliness, accommodation, and help. I forgot his name, but he made an impact on our stay.

Staff was excellent, beautiful rooms, lobby and breakfast areas, comfortable bed, blackout curtains to keep the room dark until you're ready to wake up, very nice decor and wonderful breakfast. Front desk staff and breakfast staff were very friendly. Biscuits and gravy was so good- they tasted fresh, not dried out and hard. Not your typical hotel biscuit. Would highly recommend and stay again!

Very clean, recently remodeled room on 3rd floor was super quiet. No musty smell in bathroom at all (thank you!). I thought the bed was comfortable. I would add a tv channel guide for guest convenience. Motel is in a commercial location adjacent to a county highway, but noise was not an issue for me especially with HVAC unit running. I will keep this motel on my list to stay again when I’m area.

We stay here once a month for a trip from out of the area for medical treatments. The location is easy to get to yet still not on a busy street and the building and parking area looked like they're cared for, the room is always clean and inviting as is the pool area, staff are always helpful and courteous. This past trip we were extra needy with supplies and had to add another night to our stay due to weather on a separate payment method. Front desk agent Kate was fantastic in assisting us and greeting us anytime we were in proximity. She makes my daughter's stay feel special every time. We'll be back next month again. Thanks

We were very pleased with this hotel. Cleanliness is top for me and they clearly do due diligence in this regard. Comfy beds, friendly staff, surprisingly wonderful breakfast as well. If you don’t like feather pillows then maybe think about bringing your own, but I thought they were just fine. Room was equipped with multiple power outlets that include USB ports in case you need to work remote or simply have multiple devices. Solid insulation so noise from other rooms was not an issue at all. Complimentary bottles of water and coffee/tea at all times in the lobby, which is very cozy and welcoming. Outside the main entrance were nice lounging areas to relax. I also really liked the fact they had fully ready and working mobility impaired/disability chairs for the hot tub and pool. It’s important to be as inclusive as possible. For the price I think this spot is great. We will be back.

Clean hotel. Nice rooms. Great breakfast. Location is a bit tricky to get to off the highway. Close enough to get to downtown if you are up for a mile or two walk.

The 1st night of my 3 night stay the mattress was horrible and in very poor condition. My wife and I kept rolling to the middle and I woke up to back pain. An employee wanted to flip the mattress ( he kept saying that's all he can do for me ) but eventually decided to replace it. The morning after the mattress problem.. Betty the breakfast lady was extremely extremely rude for absolutely no reason. She displayed this rudeness from the moment I walked into the dining area. At this point I thought I was being pranked. So my stay wasn't all that good. Shawn Spencer

Basic place. Decent breakfast options; typical hotel style food. Beds not the most comfortable. Pillows really flat. Good water pressure and superrrr hot! Nice staff. Loved the location near everything but away from the hustle of the surrounding city.
