We
reserved
a
ten
room
block
for
the
baseball
state
tournament
in
2022
5
days
ahead
of
time.
The
day
of,
they
call
and
say
they
lost
all
of
the
rooms
due
to
a
mistake
in
the
computer
system.
We
are
stuck
trying
to
find
rooms
for
27
people
in
a
matter
of
hours.
Quality
Inn
said
that
they
could
get
rooms
at
one
of
the
other
hotels
they
manage
in
the
area.
When
we
show
up
to
that
hotel,
they
are
short
3
double
queen
rooms
so
we
have
to
once
again
scramble
to
change
our
plans.
After
all
is
said
and
done,
my
credit
card
still
gets
charged
by
Quality
Inn
despite
them
messing
up
twice,
not
giving
us
a
discounted
rate,
and
us
never
once
setting
foot
in
their
hotel.
I
would
not
recommend
this
hotel
as
the
manager
of
the
other
hotel
said
this
is
the
3rd
time
something
like
this
has
happened
at
the
St.
Cloud
Quality
Inn.
