    Outstanding and friendly service! Paula, from the morning staff, was an absolute ray of sunshine! (We were caught in a snowstorm) She had excellent customer service, greeted everyone with a friendly good morning and kept the breakfast area supplied with hot, delicious food!! Cheers to her hard work ethic and kind heart!! We are from Manitoba, Canada...and we will be coming back to Quality Inn!!

    Well kept. Responsive staff. Pool was warm and hot tub not too hot or to strong chemicals. Very comfortable felt safe.

    Brilliant breakfasts til 9. Stay away from rooms near/upstairs of . pool area as constant door slamming every 90 seconds by kids in pool parties vibrates the entire floor, and up the staircase to the second floor. V annoying that door cannot close more quietly.

    I made reservations on May 15 for July 5th. I was notified hours before check in time on July 5th that my reservation was cancelled because I live too close. This was never communicated with me during the reservation process, and they had weeks to call me about this. When I explained that it was for someone who was coming from out of the country, from Taiwan, I was told that did not matter and that it was my problem for not reading all the terms and conditions properly - even though I made reservations over the phone. I said "Why wasn't this communicated when I made the reservation?" "It's on the sites" "I called" "Oh, they don't always read it." "Sounds like a you problem" "No...no, it's still your job"

    I gave them 5 stars from past experiences. Usually this place is extremely quiet. Customer service is good. The only problem I’ve had out of the handful times I’ve stayed is the last time there was a kids basketball tournament in town and the kids that stayed there were so damn loud constantly running through the hallways and the parents had absolutely no control. Tried to go into the hot tub and they were using it as a diving pool so we scrapped that idea. But on a normal day it’s very pleasant and clean and quiet!

    We found everything about this facility satisfactory. And, we loved the attached House of Pizza! We would definitely stay here again!

    Great price, rooms are nice, free breakfast, attached to house of pizza. Also a pick up place for Msp airport shuttle through Groome .convenient for shopping., microwave, refrigerator,in room.

    The staff was kind and welcoming. The night manager stopped what he was doing to come fix the batteries in our smoke detector. The rooms were clean and they have breakfast.

    Not a bad pad to crash for the night. Comfy and well located. Staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms were nice but could use a little updating. It has nice pool area and it's joined with a pizza place/bar. I would stay here again.

    Clean, but nothing phenomenal. Budget hotel that will leave you well rested. Free hot cocoa at check-in keeps me coming back.

    I am not sure what happened with this hotel. We have stayed here many years for softball and never really had a problem. This year was much different. The hot tub was broken which is huge after a day of softball. Two of our rooms in our block were definitely not cleaned and made to look like they were. The blow-dryer in our room was shooting out plastic chunks and hair along with a horrible sound. Hair in the beds and blood spot on the comforter. Our "block rate was somehow higher than a regular booking. Shelby was awesome with making things right and getting us fresh bedding. We had to make them ourselves because she was the only person there on a Saturday night. We will be booking somewhere else next year!

    Made a two night reservation. During the reservation process, it was not made abundantly clear that the hotel is not allowing reservations within a 30 mile radius. I gave two stars because Shelby at the front desk was polite and sympathetic over the ordeal. I won’t be recommending this hotel to people traveling from out of town.

    Nice clean room complete with fridge & microwave. Nice amenities and good breakfast. Only complaint is bathroom is a bit small and not brightly lit; slow draining shower, but plenty of hot water at least!

    We reserved a ten room block for the baseball state tournament in 2022 5 days ahead of time. The day of, they call and say they lost all of the rooms due to a mistake in the computer system. We are stuck trying to find rooms for 27 people in a matter of hours. Quality Inn said that they could get rooms at one of the other hotels they manage in the area. When we show up to that hotel, they are short 3 double queen rooms so we have to once again scramble to change our plans. After all is said and done, my credit card still gets charged by Quality Inn despite them messing up twice, not giving us a discounted rate, and us never once setting foot in their hotel. I would not recommend this hotel as the manager of the other hotel said this is the 3rd time something like this has happened at the St. Cloud Quality Inn.

    This place is very nice clean hotel great friendly staff. Would especially like to thank Kay for outstanding service and greeting me by first name every time! It makes a big difference when a place has amazing customer service.

    The stay as been beyond exceptional. The front desk clerk, Kay,, At this location as been more than helpful and exceptionally kind and as gone beyond the customer standards you would expect from any hotel/ motel. I would absolutely stay here again because of her. Thank you for the experience I didn't expect

    I must say I've stayed here a few times before e but this time the front desk lady Kay was very helpful and attentive. She was easy to talk to and went the extra mile to help when my room key got messed up . Small things go a long and way with me and she had plenty to offer definitely would recommend this hotel to anyone and the hot tub is amazing !
