Clean rooms. friendly staff. nice breakfast selection. parking is very limited Due to snow and places to put it. I assume there is more parking available in the summer time. Danny was working the night shift and check me in he was very helpful. Rooms Were quiet. If I find myself in saint cloud again I would be happy to stay here

The room was nice and the lobby was clean. Breakfast was tasty. However, there was bubble gum on the wall of my room, and the TV didn't work: it was on the wrong input. When I called the front desk, I was basically told there was nothing they could do. I did manage to fiddle with the TV on my own to get it functional. Beds were a bit hard. Overall, it was okay but I'm not positive I'd return.

Clean room. No fridge or microwave. Small beds. Broken hot tub. Cold pool. Old hotel. Ok for a quick night stay, horrible if you want any amenities.

Beautiful hotel, excellent service, friendly staff. We stayed in a studio suite and I enjoyed the space to relax and unwind.

After driving through a terrible rain storm from Chicago to St Cloud (insert arriving drenched and frazzled) I learned I actually booked through some third party phone number (I was in a rush to book lodging for a family funeral and thought calling would ensure proper booking for a late checkout, OH HA), and that whomever the phone associate was lied to me about no issues with a late check out so I could leave my two dogs in my hotel room... the ACTUAL hotel staff of Hampton Inn St. Cloud was the MOST wonderful to my entirely stress rather emotional self. While I was not going to be able to leave my two 65 lb dogs in my hotel room during my uncles funeral service and reception, the manager told me she would be happy to allow my two dogs to hang with her in her office while I was with my mourning family. AND come the morning of the services, she actually brought them biscuits and made plans to build a dog bed out of old comforters for them. It's not hard to be kind to people, but these days people just don't care and I was really thankful to find staff late on a Friday night willing to put my heart at ease. Thank you, from the bottom of my pet loving heart.

Pretty close to the freeway, really professional staff. Rooms were nice, however the walls were apparently thin. The only reason I gave 4 instead of 5 stars. But I'll be back I'm sure. No real complaints. Top notch establishment.

The room we got and paid $181.00 for was stripped of all the typical amenities we've experienced in the past. The room is large and vacant. No refrigerator, no microwave and, most annoying, no dresser. This has 2 beds, a bathroom and a TV. That's it. Now, we stayed at the Holiday Inn near the MN airport last night. For $100 we had everything that was absent for the Hampton PLUS an amazing breakfast, for real.

Great service! When we arrived they informed us that they upgraded us to a king suite and that room is one of my favorite hotel layouts now! It’s spacious and different than the typical hotel floor plan. Everything was very clean and staff were super friendly and professional. I would 100% stay there again if I end up in St. Cloud again!

Great location. Decent rooms and good service. I just wish they had something fresh for breakfast

The hotel provided outstanding service and assistance from the front desk. The room was comfortable, and the breakfast was good. It is in a great location and provided me with a good night's rest.

The professionalism and friendliness of the entire staff was first rate. Rooms were spacious and amenities were fantastic (pool and gym). The breakfast and service was absolutely great. Location is within walking to some great restaurants.

Kinda disappointed this time around. No pack n plays, no rollaway beds. No was to accommodate needing three beds. We showed up at 3 for check in and the best they could do was a blanket and pillows for a bed on the floor.

Pool was cold to the point of being unusable. But the staff was great and the room with a king bed was great!

I am not familiar with Hampton Inn and Suites, so I did not know what to expect upon my arrival. The hotel and the hotel rooms are very clean and hot breakfast is included with the stay. The staff are accommodating and helpful.

Hard to miss at one of these, that's why we stay at these places. We're at the point where we judge the pillow quality and hot breakfast options. Both were great with a friendly staff everywhere. If it costs more, that's the reason. You can guarantee a great stay.

The guy behind the counter late night on July 2 was incredibly helpful and all around great at his job. It's rare to run into good customer service these days, and he was a dream. The shower in my room didn't drain. Everything else was clean and comfortable.

The staff were great, but the hot tub was out of order and the pool had sharp bottom and sides caused cuts on my kids feet.

Had to stay in town because of winter storm. Beds are wonderful and clean rooms. Very helpful front desk. Price was good. Not great for a Tuesday but it's a new hotel.

We showed up at this hotel at 3pm, check-in is at 3pm, and the rooms were not ready. We proceeded to wait patiently as the wedding we were attending wasn't until 430pm. At 415, the hotel staff, Rain, told us when asked to the status of the room, that the room would not be available for another hour, over two hours behind with no apology. We had not changed for the wedding and had to get ready in the hotel bathroom, gross, and rush to the wedding, almost missed it. When asked to cancel the reservation at the hotel, Rain told us we would be able to get a full refund. When I tried to process that refund, I was not given an apology or anything, but was told that it was my fault and they would not give a refund by the hotel. On top of dropping $200 on a room that we couldn't use and the hotel not putting the customer first and backing their employees word, I was one of probably 20 people that this happened to at this wedding. Overall, stay at your own risk. Update: the company replied to my original post making it seem like they took care if the issue. They did not. I tried the number in the post and it was incorrect. I tried the hotel again and they gave me the runaround, again. Overall, I would NOT stay here. Their customer service is terrible!

We stayed here last night. No issues with cleanliness or staff however it was extremely loud. We were on the 4th floor and one of the doors to the steps seemed to slam continuously. I"m guessing there was an issue with it and needs to be adjusted. There were a few weddings going on and at 2am there was a large group of people down the hall who must have just returned and decided to hang out in the hallway and continue to party. My husband finally went out and asked them to quiet down which was ignored. This morning when left our room there was a horrible smell in the hallway and a large pile of vomit....gross! Not the fault of the hotel staff but just unfortunate. We paid $200 for the night, were just there to sleep and we were woken up continuously. I know the hotel was sold out and was very busy. I appreciated the staff who seemed to all be working very hard.

Fast easy check in. Super friendly and polite. Room was very clean. Walls a bit thin and could hear the guy in the next room snoring. Was so loud, had to make sure he wasn't in other bed. I'm used to it as wife has a pretty loud snore. Actually, made me feel at home. Just hope I didn't snore and bother anyone. Would definitely stay here again.

The front desk staff went above and beyond! Great customer service, very warm welcoming and friendly. The continental breakfast was probably the best hotel food I’ve ever had. Omlets and roasted potatoes were delicious. Room was clean and nice! The only minor complaint I can come up with is that the comforters on the bed are not very comfortable.

This hotel is very outdated. Needs some good cleaning. For the price I would look elsewhere, unfortunately Hampton is loosing its swagger

I would be giving them a five-star review but unfortunately I cannot when we first got there we had to wait almost a half hour past check-in because our room was not ready and then on top of that our room keys kept not working including the digital key kept saying that I was checking out when I was not even on the digital key and then their spa / hot tub was not in service at the time of our stay so we were not able to enjoy that at all but we are willing to give them another try here in the future hopefully it better specially on the check-in

I like being offered my choice of floor on which to stay. Overall the hotel was very clean, from the lobby to the corners of my bathroom. The person who helped me check in/out was very friendly, professional and helpful. Thank you for a comfortable, safe stay.

Breakfast could have been better. No waffle or pancakes and no meat was offered. Other than that it was a nice stay.

Stayed for 2 weeks on business. Friendly and accommodating staff. Rooms were clean and well kept. Judy was a pleasure to chat with every morning while she served breakfast.

The location feels like an abandoned section of town ala Walking Dead. No zombies. Standard, drab and tired Hampton Inn breakfast is starting to be as welcome as a fart in an elevator (I've spent 14 days at Hilton props in the past 17 days). Staff were up to Hilton's high standards - thanks you guys! We'll be back!
