Check
in
is
at
3.
And
although
I
understand
finding
enough
workers
these
days
can
be
a
challenge
for
a
lot
of
places,
if
it's
posted
that
you
can
check
in
at
that
time
and
the
room
is
not
ready,
I
do
feel
offering
a
discount
from
the
room
would
be
standard.
I
was
there
with
my
daughter
and
friends
expecting
for
them
to
swim
and
celebrate
her
birthday.
They
did
say
we
could
go
swim
but
we
had
food
that
needed
to
get
in
the
fridge
and
lots
of
bags
and
gifts
that
I
just
wanted
to
be
able
to
get
settled
before
digging
through
bags
and
heading
to
the
pool
after
driving
for
just
over
an
hour
to
get
there.
We
were
not
able
to
get
to
our
room
until
just
after
4.
It
was
a
bit
of
a
disappointment
and
made
for
some
unexpected
stress
sitting
and
waiting
for
an
hour
with
9
year
olds
not
understanding
why
we
couldn't
get
to
our
room
when
we
arrived.
When
we
first
arrived
we
were
told
5-10
minutes,
then
told
20
more
and
then
again
told
20
more
before
it
was
finally
ready.
I
also
didn't
realize
til
after
we
got
there
that
breakfast
was
not
provided
like
a
normal
large
hotel
would.
Instead
just
a
bag
breakfast
that
included
a
fruit
cup
and
granola
bar.
By
the
time
the
4
girls
got
up
and
went
to
get
one
just
after
8
am,
there
were
only
2
available.
Don't
think
I
would
stay
here
again
for
the
price
I
paid.
