The staff is so friendly and helpful. The hotel is a little outdated and definitely needs an update. Place was clean and plenty of parking.

We only stayed one night here and did not use the pool, or any other amenities, so I can't comment on those. The room was a double queen suite with a pull out couch. There were two tvs, one for the side of the room with the beds and one for the side with the pull out couch. It would be great for a family, but for the two of us it was unnecessary. The beds were comfy and I was pleasantly surprised at how well the room eliminated outside noise. The hotel was nearly all booked and we did not hear noise from other guests or from the outside (our room faced the parking lot). The location was good with easy access to shopping and St. Cloud in general. I would stay here again, but maybe not get the suite unless I had our kids with us.

The rooms are ok, sheets have some stains and toiletry just so-so. I do like their free breakfast, good selection given is included for free. Also appreciate the "adults only" pool hours from 9pm to midnight! This longer than most of the hotels.

Very nice breakfast with responsive staff there if you needed anything. The staff at this hotel were very friendly and helpful. I would recommend staying here for the price.

Nice, room is clean with no funky smells(I'm very olfactory sensitive). Hot tub and pool are small but very wonderful at the end of the day, very clean. Staff very friendly!

The hotel looks nice and it was clean. However they make the pool look a nice size n the picture but it was super tiny and the hot tub jets did not work- it was very disappointing. The room looks nice but the bed was one of the most uncomfortable beds I have slept on and it squeaked every time we moved. Also we had a king size bed but they give you smaller than standard size pillows and when we asked for extras because I have a sleep order we were told they checked 3 floors but had no extras and I know they had empty rooms so they had extra pillows. For the price of this hotel between $150 and $200 ranked as 3 star it should have been a much better stay. I would not recommend you stay at this hotel. Pay the $20 more for the Hilton or holiday inn.

Nice hotel, quiet, not right off the road, just a little back. Close to the amphitheatre where we were seeing a concert, so it was perfect.

Comfortable room. Clean and everything in working order. Very clean hotel overall. Pool looked nice, but didn't use this time. Breaskfast had a lot of choices. Everything from eggs, to yogurt. Coffee was strong but delicious! I'd definitely would stay again!

7-7-23 So we arrived about 8 pm after a 10 hour road trip. The initial experience checking in was great. We got into our room to settle in for the night but soon discovered several stains on the fitted sheet. Tried to call the front desk from our room with no luck. I hung up after 10 rings. My wife went down to the front desk to request service to change out the stained sheet. My wife showed the person at the front desk the photos of the stains to which the desk person replied that they didn't know how long it would be until someone could change out the sheet. Again we just traveled 10 hours and needed sleep for the next day travel. My wife then asked if they would give her the clean sheet so she could change it herself which they did. With the clean sheet now on the bed we settled in for the night. The room overall was nice. The bed was not to my liking but my wife said it was ok. The next morning my wife brought the situation up to the gentleman ( don't know his name) at the front desk to which he replied that the night shift should have called him to help as he is onsite in his room overnight. He stated to my wife that it appeared to be a training issue. He did apologize for the situation but didn't offer any other consolation such as choice rewards points or a discount for our inconvenience. The breakfast was great and the service staff were awesome! Once we got back on the road I contacted corporate to inquire about a fair resolution. Corporate was very helpful and contacted the hotel to inquire about the situation to which the person on duty stated that they would apply a discount as a resolution. We are satisfied with the resolution but our feeling is that we should not have had to contact corporate to get a satisfactory resolution. Would have rated 5 stars if not for the poor handling of the situation by the hotel staff. We will most likely stay at this location again if back through this area. We hold no ill will toward this location as we hope this situation will be used to train the staff on how to handle these types of issues in the future.

The room was clean and the staff were friendly. I feel we we were punished for booking through a third party (Hotwire.) Our room, at the top of the stairs above the lobby, appeared nice but should not be assigned as a room in my opinion. Despite wearing ear plugs I was kept awake all night by the sound of the lobby doors opening and closing just beneath me. At breakfast the biscuits, gravy and sausage were all kept a temperature outside food safety parameters; I discarded them. Classic, uninspired breakfast lobby fare complete with a tippy table. Nope.

Great customer service! Very happy with our stay and how they accommodated our group. The breakfast was great and Betty kept everything filled, clean and ready to go! She was always asking what else we needed. Additionally, the front desk staff that checked us in and was around during our stay was very helpful and kind! Hands down, great place!

Very clean and we'll lit hotel, you see the cleanliness of this establishment, it's inviting atmosphere. This place is either warm and cozy at the same time energetic and fun. This place can be for family get away or for the romantic weekend away with that special someone. Beautifully renovations has opened the lobby up with a business center with computers and fax machine available 24 hours a day as well as an open patio to enjoy the weather with friends and or family. All all this is a beautiful place to stay when visiting st.cloud, this hotel is located blocks from downtown and a short drive to the interstate highway, blocks away from the mall and tasty restaurants within walking distance from your poolside hot tub.

Great facility. We stayed for the Thanksgiving holiday. I really liked the locked entrance when we arrived late, that made me feel safe. Gentlemen behind the desk was very friendly. Hotel and room were very nice. Room was huge, bed was comfortable. Only complaints were the pillows were a bit too soft. Could have used another pillow, or some that were a bit more firm, but not a huge deal. The only odd thing was when you flushed the toilet it made a loud "clank". Sounded like something in the tank itself was off. It functioned fine, the noise was just an issue if you used the bathroom while the other was sleeping. Overall I would stay here again for sure. I was very happy with it.

Country Inn & Suites by Radisson in St. Cloud West was a great place to stay. The lobby was welcoming. The young man behind the front desk, Andy, was so personable, friendly, and helpful. The room I stayed in was very neat and clean. The bed was comfortable and snuggly. The room was equipped with a microwave, refrigerator, and a coffee maker. I would recommend this motel to anyone. Thank you for making my stay relaxing and enjoyable.

My room was very clean, staff at check in were friendly and helpful. Free breakfast was good. In fact, I was in town for a conference at another hotel so I ate breakfast here one day and at the other hotel the next, I can say the breakfast here was definitely better.

We brought our kids here over the weekend as a fun night get away to swim. We had the pool and hot tub to ourselves which was nice, and they were both clean. When we went to leave we stripped the beds to make sure we didn't leave anything behind. When we lifted up the mattresses we found a broken weed pipe and 3 used needles under the beds. This is absolutely ridiculous. Makes you question how well or if they clean their rooms, or what else goes on there. When we went downstairs to check out the front desk clerk made it seem like it wasn't a big deal, told my husband sorry sir and went on with his day. We had our 2 young kids with us, as nice as a place it seemed to be, we won't be back.

A relative made a reservation and was told the room was paid for and I would have no problems checking in. 1. The person at the hotel who helped with the reservation told us the wrong info. No, I could not check in. So I called my relative and she made the reservation through Priceline. Room was paid for. 2. The person at the front desk pretended to not find the reservation even though I had the confirmation number with a screen shot. Wow. Two employees who are incapable of getting their facts straight in a hotel is not a good way to run a business. I left and went to a Hilton brand hotel - no problems there. The hotel was dark and gloomy. I wouldn't have felt safe staying there anyway. Do not bother with this place. Waste of time.

Rented a room for a birthday party a suite. The suite was a little small but worked had a separate bedroom. There is vending machines and very nice outside sitting areas. The pool was clean as well as the hot tub. There is elevators.

Front desk was nice when checking in. Hotel is nice and clean overall. However… this hotel over REGULATES your THERMOSTAT in each room with motion sensor thermostats. They may also have a upper and lower limit that may not satisfy your needs. I currently have the stat set at 65 and the thermometer I have with me in my luggage shows it to be 74 when the AC unit kicks off. I can only sleep with it being cold in my room. It is 3am and I am currently tossing and turning in my bed feeling miserable and unable to get comfortable after waking up in sweat. Unless you sleep walk around in circles in your room the unit will not stay on!!

The people here (Employee's) are awesome! Really friendly and always professional with and about everything. They make you feel comfortable and give that at home feeling. And always have fresh soft homemade cookies in the lobby that you can help yourself too! Along with fresh fruit like apples, oranges, banana's etc. Rooms are always clean and spacious! Love it!
