So
we
arrived
about
8
pm
after
a
10
hour
road
trip.
The
initial
experience
checking
in
was
great.
We
got
into
our
room
to
settle
in
for
the
night
but
soon
discovered
several
stains
on
the
fitted
sheet.
Tried
to
call
the
front
desk
from
our
room
with
no
luck.
I
hung
up
after
10
rings.
My
wife
went
down
to
the
front
desk
to
request
service
to
change
out
the
stained
sheet.
My
wife
showed
the
person
at
the
front
desk
the
photos
of
the
stains
to
which
the
desk
person
replied
that
they
didn't
know
how
long
it
would
be
until
someone
could
change
out
the
sheet.
Again
we
just
traveled
10
hours
and
needed
sleep
for
the
next
day
travel.
My
wife
then
asked
if
they
would
give
her
the
clean
sheet
so
she
could
change
it
herself
which
they
did.
With
the
clean
sheet
now
on
the
bed
we
settled
in
for
the
night.
The
room
overall
was
nice.
The
bed
was
not
to
my
liking
but
my
wife
said
it
was
ok.
The
next
morning
my
wife
brought
the
situation
up
to
the
gentleman
(
don't
know
his
name)
at
the
front
desk
to
which
he
replied
that
the
night
shift
should
have
called
him
to
help
as
he
is
onsite
in
his
room
overnight.
He
stated
to
my
wife
that
it
appeared
to
be
a
training
issue.
He
did
apologize
for
the
situation
but
didn't
offer
any
other
consolation
such
as
choice
rewards
points
or
a
discount
for
our
inconvenience.
The
breakfast
was
great
and
the
service
staff
were
awesome!
Once
we
got
back
on
the
road
I
contacted
corporate
to
inquire
about
a
fair
resolution.
Corporate
was
very
helpful
and
contacted
the
hotel
to
inquire
about
the
situation
to
which
the
person
on
duty
stated
that
they
would
apply
a
discount
as
a
resolution.
We
are
satisfied
with
the
resolution
but
our
feeling
is
that
we
should
not
have
had
to
contact
corporate
to
get
a
satisfactory
resolution.
Would
have
rated
5
stars
if
not
for
the
poor
handling
of
the
situation
by
the
hotel
staff.
We
will
most
likely
stay
at
this
location
again
if
back
through
this
area.
We
hold
no
ill
will
toward
this
location
as
we
hope
this
situation
will
be
used
to
train
the
staff
on
how
to
handle
these
types
of
issues
in
the
future.
