So,
I
stayed
here
this
past
weekend
for
my
daughters
birthday.
St
Cloud
reminds
her
when
she
was
younger
as
we
used
to
live
in
this
city
5
years
ago
but
have
since
moved.
We
booked
the
two
bedroom
suite
with
one
room
having
a
king
bed
and
the
other
having
the
two
queens.
When
we
arrived,
we
waited
for
about
10
minutes
as
the
person
in
front
of
us
had
some
issues
with
the
hotel
putting
a
different
family
in
his
reserved
room.
They
had
ordered
the
same
suite
as
us
and
they
had
7
people
v.
my
family
of
4.
The
upset
party
was
able
to
ask
for
the
front
desk
workers
to
help
get
us
checked
in.
When
we
provided
the
front
desk
with
our
name,
the
front
desk
worker
brought
it
to
everyone's
attention
that
we
had
booked
one
of
the
two
suites
that
had
two
bedrooms
in
it.
They
had
asked
if
I
would
want
to
trade
rooms
for
two
rooms
and
give
this
other
family
our
room.
This
made
this
experience
at
this
hotel
bad
because
my
children
are
not
older
than
12
years
old
and
we
had
to
have
a
room
that
was
together
but
we
wanted
the
room
we
booked
but
felt
obligated
due
to
the
workers
mix
up
and
telling
my
family
and
the
upset
family
that
one
of
us
will
get
this
room
but
have
to
be
flexible.
After
an
hour
of
talking
and
no
one
wanting
to
budge
on
the
room,
the
supervisor
drove
in
to
correct
this
issue.
This
supervisor
was
nice
and
trying
her
hardest
to
help
out
and
found
two
king
size
rooms
that
were
conjoining.
As
mentioned
earlier,
we
did
not
want
to
change
rooms
but
felt
obligated
because
we
are
a
family
that
does
not
like
conflict,
so
we
agreed.
When
we
got
into
our
two
rooms,
one
was
a
handicap
room
that
is
tailored
for
people
in
wheel
chair;
meaning
the
bathroom
was
different,
the
room
was
dark
and
was
not
welcoming.
We
ended
up
sleeping
in
the
one
room
and
despite
these
efforts
of
charging
us
for
one
room,
it
was
still
a
major
let
down
for
this
experience.
No
one
slept
good
in
the
room
and
as
much
as
I
wore
my
smile
and
tried
to
remain
positive
for
the
kids,
it
was
extremely
hard
for
me
hold
back
my
disappointment
for
this
overall
experience.
The
one
room
comp'd
did
not
help
considering
they
gave
us
two
rooms
and
one
of
the
rooms
was
not
appropriate
and
felt
like
they
did
this
without
telling
because
they
were
trying
to
fix
an
issue
with
an
issue
that
was
an
employee
error
and
keep
things
moving.
I
understand
but
wish
I
would
have
just
told
the
other
family
that
this
is
how
it
works
and
took
the
room
we
booked
but
due
to
my
family's
kindness
we
ended
up
getting
the
short
end
of
the
stick
and
just
so
happened
on
my
daughters
birthday
that
we
were
trying
to
make
special
for
her.
