Very rude, unprofessional, and seem to lack a sense of customer service. The location is pretty good, rooms and building were clean, the front desk and manager will turn guests away. Way to go Housekeeping, you make this place great.

So, I stayed here this past weekend for my daughters birthday. St Cloud reminds her when she was younger as we used to live in this city 5 years ago but have since moved. We booked the two bedroom suite with one room having a king bed and the other having the two queens. When we arrived, we waited for about 10 minutes as the person in front of us had some issues with the hotel putting a different family in his reserved room. They had ordered the same suite as us and they had 7 people v. my family of 4. The upset party was able to ask for the front desk workers to help get us checked in. When we provided the front desk with our name, the front desk worker brought it to everyone's attention that we had booked one of the two suites that had two bedrooms in it. They had asked if I would want to trade rooms for two rooms and give this other family our room. This made this experience at this hotel bad because my children are not older than 12 years old and we had to have a room that was together but we wanted the room we booked but felt obligated due to the workers mix up and telling my family and the upset family that one of us will get this room but have to be flexible. After an hour of talking and no one wanting to budge on the room, the supervisor drove in to correct this issue. This supervisor was nice and trying her hardest to help out and found two king size rooms that were conjoining. As mentioned earlier, we did not want to change rooms but felt obligated because we are a family that does not like conflict, so we agreed. When we got into our two rooms, one was a handicap room that is tailored for people in wheel chair; meaning the bathroom was different, the room was dark and was not welcoming. We ended up sleeping in the one room and despite these efforts of charging us for one room, it was still a major let down for this experience. No one slept good in the room and as much as I wore my smile and tried to remain positive for the kids, it was extremely hard for me hold back my disappointment for this overall experience. The one room comp'd did not help considering they gave us two rooms and one of the rooms was not appropriate and felt like they did this without telling because they were trying to fix an issue with an issue that was an employee error and keep things moving. I understand but wish I would have just told the other family that this is how it works and took the room we booked but due to my family's kindness we ended up getting the short end of the stick and just so happened on my daughters birthday that we were trying to make special for her.

Lovely facility. Close to downtown. Clean. Staff are friendly. Suite had a full kitchen, pull out sofa, adjoining room with 2 beds, wash area, and bathroom. Would come again.

It was my husband and I’s anniversary so we decided to book a room for the night. We are Hilton rewards members so picked a Hilton. Upon entering our room, we instantly smelt smoke and a musty smell. It has awful. We were heading out to dinner and told the front desk about the smell. She told us that someone smoked in that room and they tried to use an ozone machine. We said we were going to go to dinner and check when we get back, if they could do something about it. She stated they had no other rooms available. We got back, and it was worse than when we left. I was physically ill being in the room for less than 5 mins. We went to the front and they said there was nothing they could do but refund us. All the other Hilton’s were sold out for the night. We were out and with no where to stay. I called the manager and she was no help and more frustrated with my call than anything else. Run from this hotel.

Excellent overall No issues with rooms, service, or location. Update stayed here again no major issues.reduced by 1 star though 3 things... 1 the room smelled like fish whoch have me the impression it was dirty. 2. The weight room has no towels but they have a shelf and a bin for old towels, when asked they said the weight room doesn't have towels...odd. 3. Eggs in the morning were watery

We stayed here after a wedding. It was so clean and comfortable. We were on the top floor and had a ceiling fan and the climate control worked which is SO appreciated.

Awesome staff. The best. Crystal at the front desk went above and beyond. The girls that took care of the breakfast were fantastic. (Thanks for the good coffee). Very professional hosts.

Very dingy furniture. Hotel is dated. The cleanliness is horrific. My toilet looks like it has never been scrubbed. I wish I could post a picture. For $160 a night, someone really needs to come to Homewood Suites in St Cloud Minnesota and clean house LITERALLY. Absolutely disgusting!!!! Staff if friendly but.......

This location is a little dated, and everything is a bit worn done, but it is serviceable and safe. The staff are welcoming but not overly friendly or positive. Everything is clean. It just has a well-worn look about it. The gym is fairly outdated and small for a long stay property, but the parking is great. The location is a bit removed as well with little within walking distance.

Staff is always great at Hilton hotels but properties are lacking. Pillowcases on extra pillows in room were dirty, spotted with blood and something pink. Sheets on bed don't fit properly. Continental breakfast offered is not worth the effort....no toaster available, coffee perpetually weak, very little in the way of fruit, entrees meager. This hotel feels like I'm in senior housing. Calling the front desk can take anywhere up to 10 rings before anyone answers. Ambiance is bland. I would not recommend this particular Homewood suites. I'm paying 1242 for 5 nights/4days. Not worth the money spent.

Decent hotel. The hot tub was cold, the workout room was small and nearly 80 degrees. The hotel could use an update overall.

So disappointed. No room service. Our room received no attention. No cleaning done. No clean towels. Probably wouldn't stay here again.

Great experience! My daughter and I went to a friend' s Birthday party here and everybody had a blast! We stayed up really late and barely made it to the continental breakfast in time. Kitchen staff was so accommodating, making sure all the girls got to make a waffle. They also restocked the fixings for us,when they could have just closed the door. Thank you for the hospitality! Definitely coming here again. Highly recommend!

Complimentary breakfast is essential, (do not go to the Hilton Garden Inn, you have to pay even if your a member!) especially when you have kids!! This hotel was great for long stays with family, the room I had, had a door separating bedroom from "living room" very nice to shut out extra noise from kids. Mall, restaurants, stores, are all very close by, so convenient! And a sam's club is only three miles away up the highway!

Wedding block beware!! MULTIPLE guests in our block (including ourselves) were charged twice for rooms. Overall, the customer service and communication was terrible before, during, and after our stay. The rooms were clean but outdated and some had lightbulbs that were burnt out or ceiling fans that did not work. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone looking to book a block of rooms for an event, especially a wedding. I was embarrassed for our guests.

Stay was good this Hotel seems to over book a lot so I would suggest calling and making sure you have a room and get a confirmation code before arrival.

The rooms were clean and the breakfast was hot but the service was terrible. I reserved 2 rooms months in advance and asked that they be close to each other. I even pre-checked in on the app and chose my rooms so they would be side by side. When I physically checked in at the hotel, I was told that I was taken out of one of the rooms and placed on an entirely different floor. When I asked to speak to management no one could figure out why that happened. They re-arranged charges on my credit card but no one called to tell me, it took me 3 days to get a hold of a manager who was then terse and rude with me, never apologized, and said "that sometimes happens." One star for a clean room but I would caution anyone staying here to double check their receipts so you aren't charged double. Some of the worst service I have experienced in hospitality.

We stayed in town for a funeral and wanted something relaxing with some room. The staff are super nice, the place is clean and well kept. We appreciated the room they gave us. I recommend the Homewood Suites!

Rooms great. Great value. Amenities solid. Pool and hot tub were outstanding. Loved the suite layout. Breakfast was nice, average with a couple hot items and the mandatory waffle machine the kids NEED. Would definitely stay again!

For a quick getaway with the kids so they can go swimming this was a nice little hotel to go stay at our hotel room had just a couple issues but nothing that we had to go and complain about the windows had some face marks on that from previous tenants and we could tell that they had a dog and one other thing was the remote needed to be wiped down because the previous tenants had kids but other than that the hotel room was great the pool was amazing and the breakfast the next morning was also great we even enjoyed the pool one more time before we left and we planned another trip there and a couple weeks for the kids again

Upon arrival. NO toilet paper or kleenex in room. Throughout the stay tv reception sucked!! Sofa was horrible! Ice machine on 2nd floor was not operating. Breakfast was less than desirable although the staff was pleasant. Overall experience was VERY disappointing and did not come close to what one would expect from a Hilton hotel. We wanted the "suite experience" of a comfortable leisurely stay and for the price is was less than "sweet". We left a day early.

Great staff and service in a convenient location. Good facilities with a pool and gym. Rooms are clean. Unfortunately the rooms are dark and with old décor and in need of a renovation. The tv has limited channels and forces to scroll through all the channels to get the one you want. Will not go back until its renovated.

Stayed 24 March 2022 and out of all the Hilton properties that’s we have stayed at, this, without question has been the worst! Room was disgustingly filthy, outdated and room amenities were sparse and/or not re-filled. If we wouldn’t have arrived so late (around midnight), we would have left and found another place to stay. Would not recommend and will definitely never stay at this hotel again!

Best hotel stay I've ever had. The rooms were pretty spacious and the AC could get really cold which was a huge plus. The old style decor was probably the best thing about it. Not tacky or modern in theme like most places, it gave the room soul and made you feel like you were in a place of nobility.
