It's a brand new hotel so everything was very new. Unfortunately that is the only nice thing that I have to say about this hotel. Our rooms were reserved with a wedding block. The wedding party which included our kids had their reservations and rooms so mixed up that they were given keys to occupied rooms...MULTIPLE TIMES. There was a dead battery in the keyless entry system on the groom's room the night before the wedding which the staff was not able to fix. After an hour and a half another member of the wedding party went to a connecting hotel to get a charger for the system to get him in the room. The morning of the wedding there was no hot water in the hotel. While on the way to the wedding the Groom received a message from his credit card company that his card was frozen because he was charged with all the rooms that had been blocked under his name. The wedding party had also been charged for the same rooms. We are reasonable folks and realize that we live in a new world now and everyone needs to take a deep breath, be patient and offer each other some grace. This was over the top and very little concessions were made for these catastrophic inconveniences. We will avoid staying at this hotel again due to this experience.

We thoroughly enjoy staying at the Residence Inn Waite Park location. Blayne, Cassie (front desk), Bre (general manager) and Emma (housekeeping) all went well above and behind in their respective roles. Rooms are phenomenal, service unmatched and breakfast is best around!

The stay was great. Wonderful room. However everything changed when we checked out and got to our vehicle. Mine and MANY OTHERS were broken into! Our doors were locked always and we never leave anything of value when we are not in our vehicle. Still our car was a complete mess with all contents of glove box and other compartments and papers everywhere. We called the Hotel to find that they didn't have any outside cameras AT ALL! Other guests had items that were lost in this AMATEUR Attack. So my question is .. why wouldn't you have any cameras out there protecting your customers vehicles and safety? For as much as we paid for our Wonderful Comfortable Suite almost $300 we will not be back. It's obvious that Marriott DOES NOT value customer safety--so if you would like to have the comfort and security that you expect from a High End Hotel Experience-- Just keep driving past the Marriott Residence Inn St. Cloud MN. There are plenty of Non-Marriott Hotels that will accommodate you !

Clean, beautiful and most of all awesome customer service! They came up and helped with the fold out bed, checked on things for us and were just friendly. Having had a poor experience somewhere else earlier that day, it was so nice to come to such a friendly, comforting and clean place with nice amenities. The kids enjoyed the pool and the breakfast was good too! The rooms were well kept and spacious. Very fun stay and nice experience

Low cleanliness standards at this hotel. Brushed crumbs off the couch before sitting down, later realized residue from previous guests in soap dish. Glass vanity ledge had dried up liquid residue all over it, shower shelves had same. Chunky tomato sauce stain on carpet, as well as bobby pins. Crumbs on every single chair in the room. Coffee cold @ 7:30am, was told breakfast begins at 6 yet the doors were closed at 6:10am still. Some sort of gravy spill on entire floor of elevator, still there the next day. Would not stay here again, nor recommend.

Theyre keeping up on cosmetic maintenance but bathroom fan doesnt work. The room doors are super squeaky. (The room next door in and out 10 times at 430 am) paint on back of bathroom door peeling. I was NOT inspecting, thats how obvious it was. The website, check in and check out were great. Nice people at the front. Every room booked so lots of people. They had a hard time making sure breakfast items were available. (Come on you group of guys who piled your plates like it was a buffet) Location next to everything, i was there for show at the Ledge Ampitheatre Considering this has the Marriott stamp on it i was slightly disappointed.

Hotel was built in 2018 so it's on the newer side of the Residence Inn brand. Arrived quite a bit later than anticipated although used the app to check-in earlier in the day so my room was waiting. Unfortunately it wasn't cleaned and appeared as if a guest was still using the room. A quick visit to the very nice front desk clerk resolved this and the new room was clean and inviting. The bed was great as was the rest of the room except the shower area. It's too bad hotels keep putting in showers that put water all over the floor. And in this properties case the water goes under the tile (see pics). Making matters worse housekeeping in most places do the bare minimum so the bacteria build up (see pics) is nasty. Anyhow the room served its purpose although given the cost for the night I would not return to this property as it was out of the way from I-94 as well.

We stayed in a suite (kitchenette, living room included). The room was clean and nice. I didn’t hear any other guests being noisy. The breakfast was decent-had a variety of things. We didn’t use the pool or hot tub. Con-the entrance to the hotel isn’t marked well, especially at night. We walked to the event center door and it said the doors were locked for the night and to use Mavericks doors. Mavericks door were locked. We walked around and finally found the entrance. There needs to be some kind of entrance sign.

We LOVED this hotel. Definitely in our list of favorite hotels. The room was wonderful and very clean. We loved the layout. My son and I were in town for a show at the Ledge. This location was perfect - so close! The hot breakfast was good with many options. I liked the fire pit area. The room was well sound proofed- we didn’t hear any other people or noise from the traffic. Every staff member I encountered was kind and friendly. We didn’t make it to the pool during our stay but are very much considering planning another trip to the area specifically to stay here again. Thanks for a great stay!

The accommodation was excellent. I totally enjoyed my stay this weekend. Didn't care for the weather, though.

We came to St Cloud for a wedding. We were looking for a pair of rooms or a suite with a separate bedroom to share with our daughter. The living room and kitchen were a delightful bonus. Breakfast sealed it.

The staff was incredibly polite and friendly. We had a heat issue and the staff had someone to our room quickly and repaired efficiently. I was impressed with the staff awareness of covid protocol and health practices. The entire hotel was so clean! Thank you. Lots of breakfast options

The rooms are amazing! My only issue was not being able to talk to anyone at the front desk, late at night.

Hotel rooms has been renovated. It has walk-in shower which is nice. Pretty quite during the long weekend. Pandemic breakfast is served - all pre-packaged. The sandwiches and waffles are heated but still not as good as fresh ones.

I was discriminated against because I’m black & had a hoodie on. They accused me of breaking into someone’s car on video yet they weren’t able to provide the video to police. They proceeded to call the police on me after giving me a basketball to play on their property but reason for that was to keep me on the property. I had no knowledge that I was being looked at. Police arrived, I was trespassed from their property for no reason whatsoever, because there’s no video of me committing any crime.

Room had crushed up chips on floor when we first walked in. Creaky door in bathroom was terribly loud right next to bed. Hot breakfast offerings were not good at all. All pre-packaged gas station type food. Room and hotel was nice otherwise.

I had stayed here a few times in 2018 & 2019. We stayed again this weekend and I was very happy to see that it still looked and felt like a brand new hotel. They have kept it up extremely well. I always choose this hotel for the pet friendly ease and the decor is modern and luxurious feel.

Rooms were clean with the exception of the shower curtain, but they replaced that. Staff was very nice and accommodating. Breakfast had many options. Make sure to lock you car doors otherwise you might end up with items missing...but that's anywhere. They seem to hit cars that are unlocked.

Everyone loved the suite we stayed in. Plenty of room for 3 kids & 2 adults. Great breakfast in morning. Only thing I didn't like was you had to through bedroom to get to bathroom oh & only 1 remote for two TVs.

Clean, courteous staff and nice variety at the continental breakfast. Great place to stay if you are attending an event at The Ledge.
