It's
a
brand
new
hotel
so
everything
was
very
new.
Unfortunately
that
is
the
only
nice
thing
that
I
have
to
say
about
this
hotel.
Our
rooms
were
reserved
with
a
wedding
block.
The
wedding
party
which
included
our
kids
had
their
reservations
and
rooms
so
mixed
up
that
they
were
given
keys
to
occupied
rooms...MULTIPLE
TIMES.
There
was
a
dead
battery
in
the
keyless
entry
system
on
the
groom's
room
the
night
before
the
wedding
which
the
staff
was
not
able
to
fix.
After
an
hour
and
a
half
another
member
of
the
wedding
party
went
to
a
connecting
hotel
to
get
a
charger
for
the
system
to
get
him
in
the
room.
The
morning
of
the
wedding
there
was
no
hot
water
in
the
hotel.
While
on
the
way
to
the
wedding
the
Groom
received
a
message
from
his
credit
card
company
that
his
card
was
frozen
because
he
was
charged
with
all
the
rooms
that
had
been
blocked
under
his
name.
The
wedding
party
had
also
been
charged
for
the
same
rooms.
We
are
reasonable
folks
and
realize
that
we
live
in
a
new
world
now
and
everyone
needs
to
take
a
deep
breath,
be
patient
and
offer
each
other
some
grace.
This
was
over
the
top
and
very
little
concessions
were
made
for
these
catastrophic
inconveniences.
We
will
avoid
staying
at
this
hotel
again
due
to
this
experience.
