My
wife
and
I
attended
my
niece's
wedding
in
the
Sartell
area,
we
booked
1
room
through
Expedia
and
paid
in
full.
We
then
booked
2
more
rooms
through
Expedia
for
my
son
and
daughters
families
to
be
paid
for
at
the
time
of
the
stay.
Checking
in
took
almost
an
hour,
the
hotel
was
over
booked
and
the
staff
had
to
call
and
text
the
manager
several
times
because
they
weren't
sure
where
to
put
us.
They
charged
my
wife's
credit
card
for
4
rooms,
we
only
needed
3
and
1
of
them
had
been
pre-paid.
They
(staff
member
who
said
it
was
her
last
day)
said
there
was
no
way
for
her
to
refund
us
the
over
charges
on
the
2
rooms
and
the
manager
would
call
the
next
day(8/8/22).
Still
waiting
for
the
call
or
email
or
anything.
We
ended
up
disputing
the
charges
and
had
to
cancel
the
credit
card.
Horrible
experience,
lack
of
accountability
on
this
managers
part.
I
have
stayed
at
Americinn's
several
times
and
have
never
had
an
issue,
I
hope
his
is
site
specific
and
will
be
remedied
quickly.
