The Plaza East store has a fantastic breadth of products available. On this trip, discovered that fish have loins. More importantly, products are usually in stock and fresh. A decent produce section, especially given the limitations of getting quality goods from off island. Can generally find what you seek, with the exception of some niche items.

Large store that carries a full range of groceries and alcohol, too. I found that between this place and Quality Foods, I was able to get most of what I need. With two family members eating keto, one who is Paleo, and one gluten free, we need a lot of specialty items. This place didn't have keto or gluten free granola, or gluten free frozen pizza, or decent gluten free bread or keto pizza crust / sandwich wraps, though Quality Foods did have all these things. This place did have things Quality didn't have, though, like washed, organic baby lettuce, zevia sodas, keto and Paleo Ice creams, avocados, cherry tomatoes, pad Thai sauce, Paleo Siete brand chips, etc.

These people do an awesome Job keeping the shelves stocked and plus with everything fresh. I can't express my gratitude and appreciation enough for this small island when in the mainland the shelves are empty. Thank you Plaza Extra East.

A few prices for those planning to visit the island ;)

A good variety of food with deli inside. We had the goat curry and it was tasty. Very reasonable price compared to other super market groceries.

Wide aisles for my wheelchair to get down easily. Light and bright, good selection and friendly service.

Plaza is my favorite grocery store. Plus the discount on gasoline at falcon adds much needed value to your grocery shopping.

Everything you need except sunblock. Tiny bottles of SPF 20 would not cut it for this white girl for a week on the beach and in the sun lol!

If they don't have it you don't need it! Produce is usually fresh and their delis has food food too.

THEY HAVE TING! Ahhh yeahhh! Great shopping spot with great prices for some things, and not so great for some other things. Definitely gave me Walmart mixed with Costco vibes. (They had Kirkland signature items!) Lol, I was very pleased to find Ting for only $1! I purchased this big Jamaican blanket for $20, and some other snacks. Nevertheless, this is a pretty good place to shop! They have food in the store but we did not try, as we were on our way to Shupes.

Variety. Cleanliness. Well light parking lot. These are just a few things I love about the Market. Prices are hit and miss as far as affordability. I do enjoy shopping here. The selection of things from back home in the states is great. Freshness is also very good, especially in produce.

Decent place for groceries and prescriptions too (yes there's a pharmacy...hopefully you get the male Pharmacist as the female one they haven't even invented words for yet). Shopping online for pick-up is usually a breeze too. Careful in the rugged parking lot however.
