My husband an myself we’re excited to check out the nearest Kmart for a few items and we found what we needed! Friendly staff and best part little Caesar’s for lunch was GREAT! Thank you!

It's Kmart, not Neiman Marcus and the attitudes of the employees is typical of Cruzans. You're not on the resort when you travel in to middle of the island and not everyone is giddy to see you. The staff is no more or less respectful and polite as anyone else on the island, which some us who live stateside could learn from. The selection here was typical of any other Kmart, as were the prices. I have no problem shopping there and will return as needed.

This place is way over priced and under stocked. The locals who work here prey on the people who work at the refinery and price gouge as much as they can. The service is horrible and are also rude if you actually try to get them help if you need assistance. If your not a local dont shop here. If your a local the clerk will ring up a lower price and charge more if your an outsider...

It's ok just ok somewhat stocked has decent sales clean has a pizza place . The staff is the biggest problem here. They're rude and not helpful . My cashier was extremely polite today I almost fainted she might be new .

It's a great store. Lots of inventory and good deals. You will always find something that wasn't on your list but is hard to pass by. Maybe you won't find everything you need but they are close to one stop shopping.

Blast from the past! As of September 2022 both Kmarts on St Croix are still open. Make it part of your island tour of St Croix, see some of the last Kmarts operating. Update: As of June 2023 it was announced that the Frederiksted Kmart in the Sunshine Mall will be closing and the remaining staff and inventory will be relocated to the Sunny Isle Kmart. Sad but having two Kmarts on a island of 30k isn't sustainable. Hopefully the Sunny Isle Kmart can hold on until the end of the Kmart corporation.

Kmart has always been excellent to the VI. My visit today was pleasant. We don't have much department stores to choose from but I want trade for the mainland.

Return policy sucks! I will GLADLY shop on Wal-Mart, Amazon, or Target from here on out. I can see why KMart nationwide is closing down. Separate from the poor customer service received at Kmart store 3972 “help desk”, the Coporate representative name Donna, who assisted me via phone, provided great customer service. To her I say thank you!

Honestly a great experience. We needed a tie, they had ties. They also have a Little Caesar's Pizza in the store, so that's neat. My whole experience was hot and ready.

Blast from the past and what a pleasant suprise! Most affordable place on the island. Not only that but they have a little ceasars that is definitely the cheapest pizza on the island also. Would recommend for all tourists!

There selection of clothing sizes are pretty extreme (Smaller then a large then it jumps to 5X).
