Refused service because I wouldn't upgrade current pan!? Walked up to the new liberty store and asked what my purpose was, stated I needed to purchase a new replacement IPhone, asked if they had stock, and was informed they have the “latest in stock”. Informed the manager at the door I just needed to purchase a replacement phone outright, for my current liberty plan, and he said he would not sell me a new phone, his stock is only for those upgrading or adding a new line, was told I couldn’t have any of his phones in stock, but he would order one, be here in a few days. What is that about!?! Refused service because I wouldn’t upgrade? Really?

A-Shana S. provided exceptional and courteous service. She worked fervently to resolve the issue with my phone. She was engaging and polite and patiently answered all my questions. She made my visit a productive and pleasant one by providing excellent customer service. As a matter of fact, the service she gave me was so wonderful that I requested to see her on my next in-store visit. I was willing to wait to be seen by her, if needed. She made my day! I couldn't say the same about some of the other agents in the store, though, whom I observed giving poor service with a disgruntled attitude.

Good day Was at Liberty at Sunny Isle to change my cell phone.Was greeted by Ms Kelyse Alonso.This young lady is a professional, its` been about 4 times I got the privilege to be attended by her.She got me my new cell phone, she transfer all my info to the new phone and answered all my questions and doubts that I had.You guys need more people like this young lady.Do not let her leave Liberty, she knows how to deal with customer's issues and concerns. SHE SHOULD BE THE MANAGER OF LIBERTY. Than you Ms Alonso for all you did for me and others. Was so kind of you.Now my friend that took me there said she want this young lady to attend to her when she comes to change her cell phone.Best experience ever. God bless you young lady.

Liberty phone company is a cool relaxing place to shop. Good and spacey. Staff r friendly. They try to help you with all your phone needs as possible. I stop by there couple times and I enjoy doing business there . The first time I bought a cell phone. The second time I stop to get same help with a phone and the third time to make a payment. U can stop by check out they items in store.

I am very sorry for what I wrote, have to recant “ Liberty mobile is trying there best to provide great service for everyone. I was totally wrong about what I wrote. I was just frustrated at one point. But the employees at Sunny Isle shopping center Liberty is freaking awesome n they try their hardest to help you in any way possible. They want to provide everyone with great service. 🙏🏽 Liberty 😊😊😊

Old ATT store before the sale to Liberty. Not much in phone choices or informed help. My last stop if I'm out of options.

I can honestly say this was one of the most efficient, timely and pleasant experiences I’ve has a phone store. But make an appointment as no one can predict long lines.

Switched my plan without authorization. Told rep multiple times that I would like to stay with original account. Feel like there was a scam/felt bullied and the rep n manager just ignored my request and switched plans WITHOUT my or my husbands consent. Originally went to store to purchase a new IPhone and after 2 hrs. 45 mins left without a phone and an unauthorized switching of my/our account!!! Very upset!!!
