The service was awful twice now! My husband and I came here with our daughter about a month ago and the staff did not greet us or smiled. When ordering they were very short with us. We visited today. Same people. One rolled her eyes when I saw her as she came out the bathroom. Then yelled to my husband "Wheat or White?!" when he asked for Honey Oat. Later one of the associates argued with me that cheese goes on a Veggie Delight when I asked her for no cheese. I've had this sandwich since 2010 and no one has ever told me it had to have cheese. She took some cheese off and said she fixed it. Everything in me wanted to ask for a manager but half of the sandwich was for my husband and we had someplace to be. That lady needs a job away from people. Why are you even in customer service?!

This Subway is the WORSE! Whosoever writes good reviews for this place have not been serviced by this one individual who acts like a rude, unprofessional, classless... Listen, she's the worst. No customer service! It's like they picked her off the streets with no sense and she needs to be FIRED. On 4 encounters, possibly 5, me and my husband have encountered terrible service. The one that really got me to write this review was when he came back home empty handed and told me that he was in the store and was getting ready to be served by another employee, that beast of a woman yelled out, "we're closed". The other lady stopped making his sandwich, because that beast of a woman refused to make him a sandwich. Then as he walks out, not trying to create arguments, she runs to lock the door after him. Wow! Closing 2 hours earlier. The audacity! Mind you she is unhinged and this is not the first time and I have heard from many others about her too. Giving the restaurant 1 star was mandated to leave a review.

Manager (Carmen) is awesome...kind and friendly. Her staff needs better training in how they present themselves and represent the Subway brand. Haven't been to a Subway in about a year but I'm accustomed to "Welcome to Subway" as I walk in the door but didn't get that from the 2 staff in front. It was after 7pm so the young lady making sandwiches seemed tired as she took off her disposable gloves and just threw them in the direction of the trash missing each time. Tired or not, smile, move with some energy rather than dragging your feet amd how do you not know the name of your bread? Asked for white bread, she said only wheat and some other type of bread remain. Guy after me wanted a veggie delight and she didn't know what sandwich it was. Employees must know their stuff before hitting the floor. Overall my sandwich was to my liking but training staff in knowledge of products and showmanship is needed. I gave 4 stars as it was clean in the dining area and I left smiling after joking with Carmen but if I had to go based on my experience without her, it would be a 2.5

0 Stars really. They close 7 p.m. the latest and talk about it openly in front of customers. When closing time is 9 p.m. The quality of the food is mediocre at best. There is only ONE bread option and TWO at most. Poor management led to the main protein of the day is not available in the middle of working hours. The inside of the store is horrible and a joke. To the point where the customers feel disgusted and disappointed and never dine in. The items are over priced. $1.30 for a single cookie. Not even to waste time. I will ever return to this establishment. Subway as a whole take a serious blow from this lack of respect and care for the Virgin Islnads community. Sincerely- another random customer

Do not expect US standards in this Subway. The employees close the store as they wish and employees seemed to be in a hurry to close the store and leave . Put the opening hours and closing hours so customers do not come in when employees feel like going home early. This was not acceptable for a US brand , but then again it is in US Virgin Islands. They do not care about customer service.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Ordered a chicken bacon ranch sandwich toasted. The chicken was cold and the bacon wasn't cook. Returned the sandwich and the worker who made the sandwich and who may have been the manager had and attitude. I asked for a refund and had my money thrown on the counter. I will never eat from that subway again. Poor, poor, poor customer service.

The employees at Subway in F'sted has an attitude problem. They are disrespectful and rude. They don't have customer service skills. The veggies are old and nasty just like their attitude. The place is always filthy. Flies is always buzzing around the food. Department of health need to visit that place.

It was relaxing and friendly, and always affordable...

Have not been to Subway for a long time! When I went I always enjoyed Foot Longs.

Got yelled at for using the bathroom, it was some Hispanic lady working making the sandwiches. She is a verbally abusive person and talked down on me like i'm some kid, I don't know how she has a job or why no one has gone to OSHA yet?
