My husband and I had a wonderful stay at Water Canyon Resort! Our unit looked exactly like the pictures online and was very clean and comfortable. The hosts were very accommodating and were able to handle a last minute change of date for our stay. We were on vacation to visit the national parks, which ranged from about a 1 hour drive to Zion, to a 2 hour drive to Bryce Canyon, so a bit of a drive but the views along the way are beautiful and helped the time go by quickly. There was a cute brewery, nice grocery store, and a few restaurants about 5 mins away in Colorado City, which we enjoyed. We'd definitely recommend this charming tiny home if you're looking for a quiet and Scenic getaway.

What a great place to stay if looking for some downtime or wanting to be next to all the great spots that canyon country has to offer. The little cabins are spacious for their small size. High ceilings, white walls, and great use of space make them seem quite roomy. The decor is great and the furniture is comfortable. The view is spectacular and we were able to enjoy it every day as we ate our breakfast outside in our cute little private yard. We intend to be back!

Water Canyon Resort is a great value for the money place to stay. It is a bit of a drive to Zion National Park, but there are local trails, if you like. Each unit is its own modern "cabin." They are clean, have great wifi, temperature control, with a large sitting area and TV in the bedroom. Also, the towels are nice and fluffy.

I recently stayed at Water Canyon Resort and had such a wonderful experience! The cabin was adorable and conveniently located near coffee shops and the Water Canyon Winery (the wine is INCREDIBLE). The space itself was clean, well-decorated, and had all the amenities I needed. The host was very responsive and helpful, providing detailed instructions on how to check in and giving recommendations on things to do in the area. The fire pits outside are a lovely touch and the views of the Canaan mountains were stunning. Overall, I had a fantastic stay at Water Canyon Resort and would highly recommend it to others. The value for the price was unbeatable, and I felt like I was genuinely experiencing Utah like a local.

We loved our stay here! It was clean, quiet, and easy to access. It is an hour from Zion and from some restaurants in Hurricane. And it’s pet friendly! A stay in the desert doesn’t get much better than this

Great spot to stay with a good price and a home away from home feel. Always nice to be able to cook your own meals while away on business.

Fantastic rock formations surround this location. Modern. Quiet. Near Bryce Canyon! So I'm here in town for an event, but this absolutely is the place to share with someone special.

We loved our stay here! We were in #3 and it was beautifully decorated and clean. They have air conditioning which was so nice to come back to after a long day of hiking (we did Zion, Bryce and the Grand Canyon North rim). Loved the outdoor patio where you can drink wine and look up at the stars. The view of the mountain, located behind the resort, is just breathtaking and never got old. We're from LA, and we forgot what quiet sounds like, until we came here. It's incredibly peaceful. If you need any recs on where to go for food in the area, we highly recommend Edge of the World Brewery, Berry Knoll pizza, Essential Coffee and Bee's marketplace. All were amazing and everyone was incredibly friendly. We also stumbled upon a beautiful park, called Maxwell park. It was just stunning when we went in the evening time and watch the sun hitting the mountain. Can't wait to come back again!

This was a great place to stay. The room was upgraded and it looked like each cottage has its own little yard area with a little outdoor fire place. I will definitely stay there and recommend it to anyone. My only issue was no carpet only concrete floors. Like I said it just something I like but when I am back up there I will grab a reservation.
