Love this place. Fantastic pizza. The parmigiana bread twists are the best. The Salad bar is Wonderful, the best any where. Place is super clean with awesome employees to help you out. Easy to see from street and has good parking. They can entertain large groups. Anytime I am in town I come here.

A cedar city staple, you just have to try. It’s a sit down restaurant, in the sense that you order the food at the front counter and sit down after to eat. But the food is sit down quality and style. It’s very good and the portions are very hearty. The menu is a tiny bit confusing, but after going here once you’ll figure out how it works. They have a huge selection of food and have the best breadsticks anywhere.

Pizzas are such a greasy mess. You’ve seen that Gordon Ramsey episode where he goes into a restaurant and asks for the pizza that ends up being DRENCHED IN GREASE? Yeah, same experience here. It’s very home made local stuff and the dough was soft yes, but the cheese and toppings came off every time I grabbed a slice. The chicken wings are pretty good though. I had to just throw away half the pizza. I’d go into cardiac arrest if I had any more. The staff are very nice though for it being super busy, god bless their souls they are wonderful people. My pizza was the factory deluxe.

This place has gone downhill. I grew up eating here and remember meeting Bill at the old location. I'm sure he would be sad to see his business turned into a run of the mill buffet with minimal customer contact, paper cups, and mediocre food. I've recently been to the Layton Utah location and it is still a restaurant environment rather than buffet and the dishes and environment are much more welcoming and professional. Food in Layton was much better as well. Sad to see this gem turning sour.

The food we got was delicious but, our breadsticks and pizza came out at the same time and 30 minutes later we received our Chicken Alfredo, only AFTER I said something. The restaurant wasn’t even that busy. I do wish the employees had on some sort of uniform, as it was hard to spot an employee to help us, because they blended in with customers.

Friendly staff. Good pizza. Was surprised they didn't know you should put ricotta cheese in calzones though. They were still good. Just more like a Stromboli.

First time trying Pizza Factory and called for a carry-out order. I placed my order, but was disappointed when we got it home only to realize that no one asked what crust we wanted. As a first-timer I didn't know to specify, but the order taker on the phone should have asked when I didn't mention what type of crust. We love thicker crust and I'm not sure if we got the Traditional or Thin crust, but it was good all the same. We'll give it another try knowing what we know now, but customers shouldn't be expected to know everything and what to ask for.

Pizza half pepperoni and half pepperoni/sausage. I would go back for the pizza. Service is weird. Order before sitting down and just serve yourself pretty much. Bread sticks are delicious also better get some of them too (order extra to take home).

One reason I miss Utah is The pizza Factory. Food is so good. Great service. Came quickly for lunch and it was priced better than fast food. Love it will be back.

It’s a good place for good food and many options on the salad bar. I was there for lunch and I chose oriental pasta that was delicious. The price is reasonable and they have half plates too if you prefer.

Not great. Salad bar was a total mess and very sparse. Pizza crust looked similar to the ones I take camping so I'm still hungry, after over 50$ for just me and my husband 1 pizza 2 salads and 1 drink. Not sure who worked there or was a customer. First time I have Ever given a bad review. Should say something.

Service was good. A little disappointed in what showed up for a 30 dollar pizza. Was on par with something I would see coming from a little Caesar’s at only 3-5x the price. the breadsticks were good but again, couple bucks extra for the dipping sauces. The salad bar was empty on a lot of items. I doubt I’ll be back.

Always great taste and good prices! Their ordering process is a bit long and inefficient but everything else is great, including food and the salad bar!

Used to be very professional, however, we waited nearly an hour for a meal that was clearly given to someone else. Attitudes were less than friendly. Pretty hesitant to come back, unfortunately. 👎🏻

We waited so long on our dine in order that ended up getting pushed to takeout. Customers who came in after me were leaving by the time I got my food. Not to mention we could see the kitchen staff continually pushing back the pasta that was part of the order. Not ok.

The food was good however, my dad never received his meal after asking nicely for his food MULTIPLE times. When we asked if we could get some sort of refund the young girls working were very difficult and rude to my parents and then later proceeded to sit in front of all of their customers (including my family) and complain about the situation. Very unprofessional. ***editing my review due to the amazing response we received from the manager. Thank you for making sure we are able to have a great experience.

Waited 40+ minutes for a plate and a half of pasta. Had to go the the front to find out it has been sitting in the window then entire time. When we got it it was cold. We waited so long that people that walked in 10 minutes after us got their food before us. The bread sticks were tiny with no butter or anything on it. On top of all that all they had working was kids. The oldest one working at the time had to be under 18.

Been here a half dozen times. The food is good. Good salad bar, pizza, fancy breadsticks. The service has always been slow. Tonight we stood in line for ten minutes just to get from the door to the register. As soon as we got to the front the cashier turned away from us and spent the next five minutes avoiding eye contact with us and the growing line of people behind us. She was talking to a couple other girls who work there. People behind me start asking me what’s going on! While she ignores us all. We walked out. Went to Sizzler. No pizza but seated and eating almost instantly. If I’m going to pay $20 a head for dinner you’ll need more than good food. The staff will actually have to treat me and my wife like we are actual people. Too bad. The food has always been good.

It takes a little longer to get your pizza here, but it is so worth the wait. Wonderful mom and pop Pizza stop. The food was not chain store quality it was definitely better and felt like a homemade pizza.

Awesome place. Great food. Pizza was great, the salad bar was nice as well. I had a little deep dish meat pizza not all greasy, My wife had a little chicken ranch pizza. We will be back.

Got a Chicken Bacon Alfredo pizza! Was really good but the chicken chunks were a little to big, but was still good! And their bread stick was pretty good as well! Big step up from the last time we got a bread stick from here! The cashiers were really nice as well!

The best restaurant in cedar city! My favorite are the breadsticks with cinnamon sugar dip, you gotta try jt. The food is always great and our waiter was so nice and helpful. So much better since new management took over.

I've never had such soft and delicious dough on a pizza in my life! The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive, my family felt so welcome on each visit. I've found my new favorite pizza factory!

This is the best pizza in he area hands down. Price is also very reasonable when you add a salad bar and drink. Staff is friendly and fast. Would recommend to anyone.

I wanted to like this place but it was not great. Our food came out at all different times which was awkward, we also did not get plates, napkins, or silverware with our shareable pizzas. We ordered breadsticks and they were never brought to our table. When we asked about it The server just said “sorry” and shrugged. When breadsticks were brought out to the two tables who arrived after us, we decided to call it a loss. No one was available to ask about taking it off our bill and we had already tipped over 20% up front for sub-par service so I guess it’s a win for them. Overall, the servers were friendly enough but didn’t seem interested in helping much. I did see one server mixing up some ranch next to a station with cleaning supplies which seemed a little weird. Probably needs better management or leadership. I wouldn’t stay they were understaffed - there seemed to be plenty of employees walking around and standing at the front. Personally - I would not recommend this place. But 2 stars because the food was decent.

The pizza was ok but would’ve been more enjoyable In a better environment. We were there a couple hours before closing and still felt rushed to leave. The staff is all very young and wasn’t the best at customer service . I felt like they could’ve been more friendly and it seems like we had to ask for everything instead of them having necessities like plates already on the table . The group next to us expressed the same frustration. The place smelled too much like Lysol as they started spraying before we were done with our food. I’d consider giving this place another try at a different location simply for the bread stick they give when you are seated . That was the best part for me.
