We just stayed at The Dwellings #5 and it was a perfect take off point for hiking in the area. We had none of the issues listed in previous reviews. The accommodations were very clean, the amenities were everything needed, the viewpoint out of the slider was impressive especially with thunderstorms rolling through at night and we enjoyed stopping at the Red Rock Roasting Company for coffee and breakfast as we headed towards Zion NP/Bryce NP daily. Very enjoyable and we would definitely stay here again and recommend it!

I recently stayed at The Dwellings and it was a great hotel near Zion. The views from the hotel are breathtaking and even then, I think it's an understatement. We had multiple stops on the way to Zion just to take in the stunning scenery. The views overlooking the river and mountains were very peaceful, adding to the already relaxing atmosphere. The hotel room was clean, accommodating, and very nice. My stay here was lovely, and I would definitely recommend it to others. Although there could have been more privacy outside, it did not affect my overall experience. I would love to come back to this hotel when I visit Zion again. The area surrounding the hotel is also very convenient, with lots of stores and food options nearby. I particularly appreciated the thoughtful touch of having tote bags, dog tags, bottle openers, and ear plugs available for guests. The night was a bit windy, and the ear plugs helped me sleep comfortably. Overall, I had a great experience at The Dwellings and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful and comfortable stay near Zion.

Loved this stay...super well appointed, great location and proximity to River Rock Coffee & Zion's Park. Decided to stay an extra day when we arrived because so inviting. We didn't have any trouble with road noise as some of the reviewers did, nor with water pressure issues. When this location gets a pool, as is planned, it will check every box!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I recently had the pleasure of staying at The Dwellings in La Verkin, Utah, and it was nothing short of amazing. The accommodations were modern, clean, and thoughtfully designed to enhance the beauty of the area. Waking up to the breathtaking views of the Utah landscape was a daily highlight. The surrounding area is incredibly nice, filled with opportunities for exploration and relaxation alike. Whether it's the friendly locals or the outdoor activities that draw you in, The Dwellings is the perfect base for your adventure. I highly recommend The Dwellings for anyone looking to experience the best of La Verkin. My stay was an unforgettable 5-star experience, and I'm already planning my return.

Lovely people and lovely property. The Dwellings management was incredibly accommodating and understanding of our last-minute itinerary changes due to the Airline meltdown on the east coast. Highly recommended across the board. I've come to this area for canyoneering for over a decade, and I can honestly say that this place is an enrichment of the hospitality sector around Zion! Thank you!

No room service as advertised so I can't really rate the service but they are responsive to your calls or texts. Nice tiny-home style rooms, separated with your own patio area. Clean property and rooms. Close to Zion west entrance. Nice views of the Virgin River just outside your patio. The river does have an odor to it when you're outside, only thing I could say wasn't so pleasant but bearable.

I cannot recommend The Dwellings enough!! The location is perfectly situated about 20 minutes away from Zion entrance but what is even more amazing about the location is that it is perched right on the edge of a canyon cut out by the Virgin River! The views were stunning from our dwelling, we were in the stand-alone dwelling right on the edge. On the property you have access to an incredible trail that walks along the virgin river where we saw some neat sights including the wreck-edge of an Oldsmobile, a water power house from the 30's, and the craziest rock formation that I'm not even sure how to describe. Oh and across the balcony was a massive snow covered mountain range!!! The room was modern and luxurious, very clean and refreshing to come home to after a full day in Zion. Comfy bed and a well stocked kitchen. My most favorite feature was the goodie bags! There were two drawstring backpacks, a couple of reusable shopping bags, koozies, reusable water-bottles, chapstick, and beanies! We used every single item, the chapstick and beanies saved us cause these were items we forgot to pack for our trip to Zion in March when it was still cold and dry! The dwelling was priced at a great deal considering the location, quality of the space, and added goodies! I can't wait to come back!

The Dwellings was an amazing place to stay for our trip to Zion National Park. It was only about 20 minutes from the park. We stayed in building 9 and absolutely loved the view. Watching sunrise on the mountains was so incredible. Every little detail was thought through even down to providing dog tags that say "my owner is staying at The Dwellings." Really great job with this place! Love love love it!

Pet friendly, with a fenced yard. Tesla destination and EV charger with ample parking. Confidently located in front entrance of the rooms. Rooms are fairly spacious and equipped. Amenities were good. Customer service was great and flexible. The restaurant/cafe next door is great for take out or a quick bite. The only downfall is the sulfur smell from the hot spring. It’s quite strong so we didn’t want to keep any doors/windows open.
