    Restaurant closed early despite McDonald’s App, information on the restaurants door and google saying open. Put obstacles in drive thru to prevent anyone from ordering. Ordered ahead on the app, no way to dispute other than a chargeback. One of the doors was propped open with all the lights off. Two employee cars were in the parking lot still.

    The last.year or so my order has never been correct. I thought that ordering through door dash would be different I don’t know why I would think that. I ordered two kids meal 1 4 piece chicken nugget and 1 hamburger. We received 2 4 piece nuggets and no hamburger. Door dash is refunding me because McDonald’s refuses to correct my order even though I have proof of it being wrong and needing to be corrected.

    They were really busy. My fries were as fresh as u can get. But my burger was cold. The staff was super friendly and nice. Very clean

    Good convenient location to grab a quick bite or when you have no clue to what you really want to eat. I love their chicken nuggets and french fries. They freshly make them very hot, tasty and super crispy as the way I expected. Their burgers, breakfasts and other items on the menu can be hit-or-miss. Fairly typical service speed but the staff is always friendly.

    Me and my friend Went through the drive thru around 7:30 on Wednesday night everything was fine as we regularly go to this location for doordash and personal orders until we were told one second very rudely and then waited about 7 minutes while 4 other cars were helped before us when i said hello to make sure i wasn’t forgotten she very rudely rushed my order and i still had to correct it at the first window the woman working the registers name is alison and this isnt the first rude encounter ive had with her I usually just brush it off but as being a manager in the food industry its really quiet frustrating go be treated like this when i go to spend my hard earned money when i got to the second window i asked for the other young ladys name who was also taking orders and her name is flo im not sure who was taking my order but whoever it was if they hate their job so much they shouldnt work there. I would give my order number but I unfortunately got the window slammed in my face before i had time to ask.

    This McDonald’s never gets my sauce correct. They had me pull around because they said they were needing more time to cook my big Mac. I sit waiting fifteen minutes. They finally brought my food, and they didn’t bring my sauce. All my fries were cold by the time I got them. I told the runner about my sauce. He said he’d bring it right out. Five minutes later. No sauce. I parked my car. Went inside and he’s serving other people in the drive through. I asked if I can get my sauce, he immediately tells me how he was just about to bring it. It’s pathetic even for McDonald’s. It’s not like the bar was high.

    We ordered some Big Macs which are supposed to have two patties. All of them only had one and we got gypped out of our money. This isn’t the first time this has happened either. Whoever they have making the food doesn’t know how to make it apparently.

    Ordered on the mobile app. Selected table service. This location does not participate in table service, even though it’s an option in the app. They also do not tell the customer that they don’t participate in table service. And they do not call out the number when your order is ready. They do not have trays or drink carriers to transport multiple drinks and bags to the table. One employee in training offered to assist in taking my family’s order to the table, hence the 2 stars instead of only 1.

    This McDonald's needs some improvement on their service. My wife was in a hurry and needed to get something quick on her way to work. She ordered her food in the drive thru and was told to pull forward after ordering which is common for fast food restaurants when they get backed up. That's fine. However, she waited for more than 10 minutes and no one came out with any food at that point and she needed to leave. So, without getting any food and having no time to park and go in an check, she left and wasted $9. I called McDonald's for address the situation and they said, "we don't have any orders waiting outside right now" meaning they didn't even record her order. They also hung up on me without finding any solution to the problem. I know McDonald's is a massive chain, and this probably won't ever matter to their big corporation or to the franchise on Telegraph, but I am leaving am honest review and we are debating whether to ever order there again.

    Tried to pick up my mobile order. The front door had a food semi in front blocking access. So I went through the empty drive through. The lady refused to service me even though I explained access was blocked. I cancelled my order and left.

    I never leave reviews but this place is pretty bad. Been here a handful of times. Won't go back. The order is almost always wrong. And the breakfast food tastes like chemicals.
