After spending three days in Springdale for the first time, honestly, I wouldn't stay anywhere else. Flanigans has an amazing location and compound that is beautiful and peaceful. Our balcony room had the best view in the place, but the whole thing was quite lovely. I enjoyed the breakfast buffet at the Spotted Dog twice. The rooms could use a little updating but things that count like comfortable beds and good linens were there. Great Keurig with good K-cups provided. They put guest yoga mats in your closet in case you want to join one of their classes on their adjacent hill which is on the way to the meditation maze. The view from up there is outstanding. I hope to stay again.

BEST PLACE TO STAY NEAR ZION!! I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Flanigans Resort and Spa. The rooms were great, especially the gorgeous view of the mountains from the balcony. I loved how the resort had a wellness aspect to it, and every day they have a free wellness activity for guests. The Spotted Dog Cafe (the resort's restaurant) had excellent food and was right on property. The front desk was extremely helpful and gave us great tips for the area! I also got a Deep Canyon Massage at the spa and it was incredible after all of those long days hiking. The pool and labyrinth at the resort were my favorite amenities as well. Overall, HIGHLY recommend staying here when you go to Zion National Park/Springdale. 10/10 recommend!!

this resort is great!! I used the jacuzzi after our long hike. I also took the yoga class I believe the teachers. the teacher was great and it was outdoors!! I'm giving it four stars because I was able to recycle much of the extra things we bought for the trip here and many places didn't have recycling so luckily I saved most of it!! the only neg was the weather changed for two of our days here no fault of this place but we didn't get to do as much as I wanted too unfortunately!

We stayed at Flanigan's while visiting Zion National Park in mid-October and couldn't have been happier with our decision. Located just across from Springdale shuttle stop 3, Flanigan's was just a 10-minute walk to the park's entrance. The room was well-appointed and I especially appreciated the spa quality bath products, including the herb-infused soap. The grounds were calming and serene. The labyrinth was an unusual and delightful feature as well. We had two breakfasts and one dinner at the Spotted Dog, which we also really enjoyed. Would definitely stay here again if we go back to Zion!

We stayed here for 2 nights while visiting Zion. THe hotel is lovely and SO convenient to being able to get into the park. The rooms were spacious and well appointed iwth refigerator and keurig. The pool area is great with lots of lounge chairs and a great pool and hot tub, perfect for relaxing in after a day of hiking. They also have a GREAT restaurant and even have free onsite laundry facilities. If you are looking for a place to stay while visiting zion BOOK HERE!

We stay in October in with the kids 3 nights, maybe the most beautiful at Zion. Stunning view from the pool. Room super clean. If you stay there its a no miss !

LOVED staying here in the villa. It was super spacious and immaculately clean. The kitchen and laundry inside our room was such a nice perk to have. The bed is literally like sleeping inside of a cloud. The views off the patio are top notch, and stargazing at night is just incredible. Location was perfect - in the villa you always will have a great parking spot, and you're in walking distance to lots of very decent food places as well as minutes from the Zion visitor entrance. I don't usually have the highest expectations when staying at a hotel near a national park but I can't say enough good things about the villa at Flanigan's and can't wait to come back.

Beautiful hotel near Zion National Park. Large, clean rooms, with a fridge, AC, and TV as well as a coffee maker. I believe I even saw a yoga mat in the room! Nice bathroom with good toiletries provided. The gated pool is of a good size and it was not too crowded even during the heatwave of July, and it is placed away from the road, on a quiet hillside. Different types of sunbeds available. There is a small jacuzzi as well. The place offers some free meditation/yoga sessions. There is also a spa with different kinds of treatments. The staff at the front desk was approachable and the procedure at check-in smooth and easy. Parking on site.

If you are looking for a place to stay in Zion, this is hands down the best spot. Top end spa treatment, clean & spacious rooms, great restaurant, walking distance from the visitor center, etc. Even after checking out this morning at 11, Ryan let me use the hot tub one more time in the afternoon before hitting the road. Highly recommend to anyone visiting the park

I wish I had more time to schedule some spa treatments. The rooms are large, the beds are so comfy and the pool is a needed amenity in the kind of heat this desert locale enjoys. Service is friendly and accommodating. The breakfast at the restaurant is buffet style and yummy. Close to Zion National park, the shuttle and other shops/services. Don't hesitate to go.

Our family decided to spend New Years in Zion (sorry for late review). We stayed at Flanigan's, specifically the David Pettit suite/villa. The villa was great and suited our family of 4 perfectly. The location was perfect, you can walk into the park and it's close to restaurants, shopping and activities. It's worth noting that services can be limited during that time of the year. Essentially, the park only opens for those few weeks around the holidays, and services reflect that. Everything we hoped to do was available, and the hotel was pretty quiet. It was awesome to experience the area without a ton of tourists, and the landscape really shines with a dusting of snow! Zion in the winter is a perfect place to reflect and set intentions for a new year.

My partner booked us a couples massage earlier this week and it was fantastic. The interior was super nice and spacious. Desk staff were great, as were our massages. We will absolutely come back next time we're in town.

The king balcony suite was wonderful and the hot tub after a long day of hiking was great. The location and hotel were beautiful. My primary complaint is the horrendous staff. There was ONE pleasant staff member, Ryan, who was the only employee that showed me and my partner kindness (aside from housekeeping). The rest of the staff seemed to lead miserable lives as evidenced by the way they treated us. We were treated as though we didn’t belong by the staff. Unpleasant, entitled, and wildly unprofessional demeanor. If you choose to stay here, don’t ask any of the staff for information / local resources because they’re useless. I won’t be recommending this place to any of my colleagues / friends back in Texas who plan to visit Zion NP.

I really liked this place until I got an email stating I was being charged $80 for using the toiletries provided in the room. I will usually take partially used bottles with me to keep from wasting them but apparently here they will charge you an outrageous amount for them despite the fact that there is no sign anywhere in the room stating that they are not included with your stay. We had multiple people staying for 4 nights at well over $1000 but apparently using toiletries is too much to ask for. Also we didn’t realize the refrigerator in the room wasn’t working and all of the food we bought from the store was ruined. There are so many other hotels in the area - I won’t be going back here and would recommend you go somewhere else.

Wonderful grounds, clean facilities (I’m picky), we enjoyed the hot tub a few times and the great restaurant as well. We were there in April and the location was fantastic for us - I’m sure traffic could be a bit loud during busier times as it it in the main drag. The only disappointment was no incentive to upgrade was offered when we inquired - just regular prices even tho much of the resort was empty. I take that as they simply don’t have to and will make their money in the long run. We found ALL the staff to be extremely friendly.

Stayed here to visit Zion National Park for 5 nights.First what I loved. The location is amazing. Short walk to Zion's National Park and some cute shops and great restaurants including their restaurant "The Spotted Dog". Clean rooms, serviced daily, and super comfortable beds. That alone is reason to stay here. Now the bad...had a massage. Others in my party said best they have had in awhile. Opposite for me. I would never book a massage here again. When checking in, you don't get that welcome feeling as you might expect. There were some nice people but some who might rub you the wrong way. And I don't mean the massage. But just keep that in mind and go for it. Location was great and the beds comfortable. And Zion National Park amazing.

Here to vacation at Zion N.P. the staff members were friendly and helpful. The room was clean, bed comfortable, and all furnishings in good order. The bath was clean and in order. The outside of the hotel was extremely well kept. We would sit outside, and because of the layout and lush landscaping, it felt as if we were secluded and alone. The pool was also very nice. Unlike a previous "negative nate" I'll be telling all my Texas friends about this great hotel.

We visited the spa at Flanigan’s and it was fantastic. Amanda was our massage therapist for 60 minutes, and her technic is great. I get massages monthly and it’s hard to find a therapist that knows how to not overdo it while helping you heal your muscles and alleviate pain. Highly recommend. Easy to book (we booked the same day, right before Thanksgiving) priced right, great service and atmosphere.

Sadly a very disappointing stay. The room was extremely dated and old, the walls were extremely thin, and many things in the bathroom were broken. The hot tub was also out of order for the entire stay. And despite having an advertised breakfast on their site and in all their signs, the breakfast is only served during summer months. The hotel needs a big update to stay relevant, and I would recommend staying elsewhere for a nicer experience.

Don't bother staying here for important occasions. My wife and I came to Zion for some wedding photos because we love hiking, and on the day of checkout my wife was taking a little longer than expected to get ready, and she asked me to ask the front desk for a little more time before checking out. She needed nothing more than 15 to 30 minutes as she was stressed out and wanted to look good for the wedding photos. The two women at the front desk coldly refused even when I told them the reason. Apparently one of the women was even the owner which is even more of a shame and tells about how this hotel is run. Before I booked I even read online that "late checkout can be arranged for an extra charge of USD 40" just in case. We made it out on time, but this put a damper on a very special day for us. It's a joke that this place sells itself as a wellness spa. I'll never stay here again because of the staff and owner and would never use this place for special occasions. I feel like a victim of false advertising in another area as well. I stayed in the Rasmussen suite, and the photos made it look like I had this amazing view of the cliffs. It turns out that at the very top of the main window you can see the cliffs, but the large majority of the view is blocked by a building. The bathroom looked dated as well. The heating unit in the main room also kept cutting off, so the main room never warmed up. The wifi was spotty - this is important because some cell providers don't give good service in Springdale. Also the location is not optimal. Other hotels are closer to the center of the town with shops/restaurants. Hotels around the country have staffing shortages, but that is no excuse for not acting like a human to others. A very small request on an important day for us was all we asked. 15 minutes would not have made a difference to anyone. I've never experienced this before at another place I've stayed. This is what you get for staying at a low-quality hotel run by indecent people. I won't make this mistake again.

We stayed in Villa 1 at Flanigan's Resort, and we absolutely loved it! The Villa is clean, beautiful and spacious, and the views are incredible. Great service - we had issues getting the fireplace to work properly at first, and the front desk sent someone over to fix it immediately. The location is hard to beat with only a 5 minute walk from the park entrance. There are so many great restaurants close by too! We were so sad to leave! Our only wish was that the kitchen was a little better stocked. Would definitely recommend!!

We stayed here for 2 nights during a trip to the area. The property is nice - grounds and pool are terrific. Our room was spacious, but got a bit musty. The refrigerator was not great and we had to fix the sink drain. Also, the shower drain was full of other people's hair and clearly had not been cleaned so the tub filled with water when you showered. We ended up cleaning it out ourselves. The woman at the front desk is NOT friendly and NOT helpful. She gave us bad information about the shuttles and about access to Angel's Landing with the new permit requirement - luckily we got correct info from others. For the price, this property is just "ok" - we were expecting more. We stayed in a yurt in Orderville for the other half of our trip and it was cleaner, less expensive, and had just as nice a pool and hot tub. [Just fyi, you can hike up very close to Angel's Landing without a permit - the permit is only for the very top with the chains (and we did not get a permit despite 4 attempts and met many others who also did not get it in the lotter). But, the hike to Scout's lookout is great and you can go up the West Rim trail and be nearly as high as Angel's Landing with a great view.]

The staff here went out of their way to be helpful. Notably the front desk staff assisted us with some items we needed and then I was going to get a bunch of ice and one of the staff asked if he could get me large cube Ice and filled my cooler. Room was small but we got exactly what we needed and loved every minute of it

My family had the loveliest time at Flanigans’s Inn. Our accommodations were spotless and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. Fantastic restaurant. Delightful spa (CBD massage a must after a long hike). And hilltop yoga was heaven. Can’t want to get back there to soak in the pool and gaze at the canyon.

My fiance and I booked a couple's massage and had a fantastic time. Very friendly staff, lovely and relaxing spa space, and the masseuses did a great job. We also had dinner at Spotted Dog next door, which was delicious. The som made a great wine recommendation.

Had a wonderful 7 day stay at this resort. Only a 5 minute walk to the entrance of the park - and if you are too tired to walk back after a day of hiking, the town shuttle drops offs right in front of the lodge. 10 minute walk to restaurants, shops and galleries. Nice pool area at the back of the property, so very nice and little to zero noise from traffic. The room accommodations are excellent but it is the staff that made the stay perfect. Everyone from the front desk , housekeeping, the EXCELLENT SPA staff (!!),grounds crew- everyone professional and friendly. And!!! They enforce the " no smoking property" designation. The rooms do not reek of smoke and it was SO SO nice to sit on the patio of our room and not smell smoke! ( nothing worse than being next to a couple of chain smokers!). This was a big deal to us as many places advertise "non smoking property" but never enforce it. Flanigans is an outstanding choice for your Zion vacation!
