Got to find a lot of extra information to assist me with my family tree. The staff are extremely helpfully suggesting other documents to look at, I would have never thought of on my own. One example been the undertaker's records. They are constantly working to get more documents digitized.

The staff were very pleasant and helpful. The building is high quality and had generous-sized rooms, and good computer equipment. There are lockable lockers for your bags. The toilets are lovely. The records did not seem to be well organised. Compared to the UK, there seemed to be not that many records available. Some records are indexed online, but not many. I had hoped to find a lot of details about my grandfather but found almost nothing. Maybe the 1960s and 1970s are too recent???

Excellent services and staff who can finds things for you and give good advice. I go often.
