Had a family meal out. A great atmosphere in there and friendly staff members. Two separate tables had their birthdays. Quite a relax and fun place to eat. This is one of the best places for chicken wings in Jersey. My husband and I mainly go there for lunch sometimes just for that corn dog to share. Tonight, my chicken burger was quite dry as well as the melted cheese on the chicken. It seemed like the burger was ready for a little while before they were being brought out but chips were fresh. We shared the birthday cake sundae which was the highlight of the evening. It's massive and worth almost a whole day limit of one's calories (1,300 calories ish) but as a treat to share is acceptable I guess. My father in-law enjoyed his fajitas too. His words 'it was to die for' apparently 😁 Recommend this place.

A great place with great food and great service. Unfortunately the pork ribs were tough and served Luke warm than hot! 🥲

If your looking for a Frankie and Benny's or a Rock Cafe then this is a nice combination.Plenty of memorabilia and wall art to look at while your waiting for your food.The service is good with ample seating,too much really. The food is mainly burghers and chips with plenty of choice for the filling.Overall it's very good but get there quick,there is rumours it's about to be pulled down for redevelopment.

Food was really tasty, but unfortunately there was a large group in the restaurant (appeared to be a rugby or football team) making an absolutely ridiculous noise including repeated chanting at a totally unacceptable volume that went on for ages. It was seriously impacting the experience for the majority of clients.

We visited on a trip from Wales for my sons bday. I don’t often leave reviews but Dana our server was exceptional. Dana was kind, attentive and made the whole experience really special for us. Thank you Dana S you are an asset to TGI’s.

First time here but really enjoyed the experience the staff were friendly and helpful. The food was very good . Lovely family atmosphere. Will definitely be back when I return to Jersey in the summer.

Firstly I will say the food was very good here and the young lady that waited on my table was very helpful and sweet. The downside was Dan the manager!! On Saturday night he showed me and my friend to a table that was in a very dark area. I very politely asked if we could be seated at a brighter table, of which there were plenty as it was very quiet. after complaining the table wasn't clean he stomped off to ask someone to clear it. I tried to explain to him that I had a vision issue, i really would have struggled to see my meal in that darkness, but he walked off whilst I was in the middle of trying to explain. I then tried to explain to him again we had purely asked for a lighter table due to my vision issue, but again to my shock he totally ignored me and walked off. His rudeness was astounding, he was totally ignorant to us, and he is a manager!! Surely this is not TGI policy to treat people this way!

I just came back home from Christmas Party at TGI Fridays. It was My 3rd visit there and it was just SUPER! fantastic,quick service, happy, helpful, smiling Staff, nothing was too much for them! And food.....oh my God that was AMAZING! thank you so much for our special evening!

Great place to go! Bottomless soda is one of the main reasons we continue to come here! Lots of vegetarian friendly options and the staff are all friendly!

A quiet evening so not much atmosphere, but it suited us fine. The server, Bethany was very polite and friendly and helped to make it a nice experience. Food was very nice too.

Even though we gave it only a three star my burger which was quite nice to be fair and the fries and wings were decent aswell. My wife didn't enjoy hers as much, she had the steak new York strip which was quite tough and over priced. We wouldn't go again but it wasn't a bad experience at all, we still enjoyed it.
