The sunset cruise was great! Ms. Charlene took really good care of all 9 of us. It initially was being canceled due to weather, but after the weather cleared we went and had the best time. They even extended our tour so we wouldn’t miss anything! The drinks aren’t the best so I do suggest maybe bringing your own mixer, and don’t forget to tip the guys on the boat! They make the experience great for everyone.

The booking process was very simple and the team were very helpful. We arrived and we’re introduced to Gabi and Chris our dive instructors. They throughly explained the 2 dives we would be doing and made us feel at ease. Gabi and Chris were superb and super helpful in reminding us of how to set up our equipment. This was our honeymoon and they added to our amazing trip as they were so kind. Under water they showed us some amazing fish and also took some great videos on our GoPro. Both were so knowledgable and great dive instructors! Thanks both!

I have been diving in many places in the world. This Dressel Divers shop in Montego Bay is the best shop that I have experienced anywhere. This was largely due to the dive masters Zlatan, Gabi, and Steve. They worked very hard to ensure that we had a wonderful experience while always focusing on safety. Our experience with these dive masters as well as the complete Dressel staff made our Jamaica trip unforgettable. Definitely we will come back!

Awesome experience. Went with some of their crew to the Luminous Lagoon. Super friendly staff and they are all about everybody enjoying themselves! Only a few places in the world where bioluminescence, algae lights due to a reaction with movement. Fish swimming, people swimming, or the motors as seen in the photos of the boat cause this reaction and is considered a natural wonder. It was definitely worth the experience! Also enjoyed the mangrove and snorkel tour. My son had a blast on the parasail adventure! Copied: The water in jamaica's luminous lagoon is full of millions of dinoflagellates, which are a type of algae or marine plankton. At nighttime, these microscopic organisms start to glow when they are disturbed. This outlines objects moving in the water such as boats, fish, and yes, even people.

We booked one dive with dressel divers during our stay at Jamaica for our 11 year old daughter. It was our first time experience but team gave me such a comfort and confidence to my daughter that I cannot explain in words! My daughter was assigned to instructor Gabriel, there are no words to explain how good he was with my daughter during the entire duration. He made it sure that our daughter has the knowledge and confidence. As a Mom I was nervous but at the same time I wanted to encourage her to experience this amazing life under the ocean. Gabi made it happen and when my daughter came out after 45 mins of scuba diving everyone was cheering and calling her a little mermaid. I cannot thank the team and the divers around her, everyone was so encouraging and supportive that meant a lot to me. He was the best instructor I can ever ask for my daughter. I trusted him and he was just AMAZING!! If we ever go back to Jamaica I will look for Gabi!! Thank you Gabi and Team for giving my daughter these beautiful memories at Jamaica!!

Took the scuba diving tour. Total pros! From the demonstration in pool to pre-dive testing and throughout the dive. Safety was paramount and the people were amazing. I highly recommend recommend the Dressel team.

Fabulous dive with Dressel Divers and Gabe, our dive master! Wonderful experience from start to finish.... the driver picked us up on time, the staff was ready for us, new & almost new equipment, beautiful dive boat, fabulous dive that really accommodated our interests.... can't wait to come back and dive again with this crew!

My family and I went scuba diving and it went great! Matt, Andreas, and Julia were with us on our dive and they were very helpful. It was my first time scuba diving and everyone was very helpful during the whole experience. It was an amazing time and everybody really enjoyed themselves! Our first time diving and we had an amazing experience with DD in Montego Bay! Matt, Andreas, Chris and Julie were the absolute best! They were professional and patient with my husband and me even though we were not as agile and quick to learn as our kids! It was the best feeling to hear my niece say after “that was the coolest thing I’ve ever done”. Thank you all so much!

We had such a great time on the snorkel & sand bar tour! The crew was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. A nice mix of adventure and relaxation!

My Dad and I had an incredible time diving with the team in Montego Bay. We were slightly anxious at first since it was our first time scuba diving, but all the instructors were reassuring and made us feel comfortable, especially Juliana! She went out of her way to accommodate us, which we greatly appreciated and she made the dive one of the highlights of our trip. I would have definitely gone again if our stay was longer!

Thanks to the awesome teamwork of Richard and Jung and Jessica we had a perfect Snorkel experience. And when we didn't have the experience to go deep , Jung gently lifted up a magnificent starfish. When one of us ran out of leg power to get back on board.. he towed her back in on the life ring..The boat was perfect. The equipment clean. The sea crystal clear, we saw many fish. A great day

The people here are fantastic. Starting with Andre & Michele who answered all my questions, communicated all the steps to achieving my open water certification and scheduling it all. Then, especially JP who was my instructor for the pool session and all four of my dives. JP is knowledgeable, thorough, patient, attentive and fun to dive with. I wish I knew the names of all the other instructors on the boat but I only remember Gabi’s name; he, and all the others, even the captain & crew, were friendly, engaging the divers, attentive and seemed to be having fun which translates directly to the divers having fun. I had originally signed up for my 16 year old sun and I to become open water certified. However, after the pool session my son developed extreme anxiety over being able to equalize his sinus pressure. This was no fault of the instructor and I believe he could have done it if he could have overcome his anxiety, but he had worked himself into a literal sick stomach over it. Andre and Michele worked with me through their process, I obtained a digital letter from my son’s doctor’s office confirming his anxiety and all of my money, except the cost of the online course was refunded in cash, the method I paid. My son can still complete the online course back home and there is a SDI dive shop near us in Wisconsin that he could work with to overcome his anxiety and complete his dives if he chooses to at any point in the future. While at the resort I completed my online course and the four required dives achieving my certification. My instructor, JP completed all the paperwork with me, got my log book started and within a couple of days, before I left the resort even, I received my digital Open Diver certification! Class sizes were small, staff was excellent. We had great conditions fit my dives and the experience was fantastic. I highly recommend Dressel Divers of Montego Bay at the Iberostar resort.

3 great dives with JP who was great. Good mix of marine life and Corel system. 5’ nurse shark was a treat. The entire Dressel staff were friendly and helpful. A well run outfit. Josh and Mario were also a pleasure - Mario’s happy attitude was infectious. Thx JP and team!

My family & i went on several different excursions with Dressel Divers while we were in Jamaica & let me tell you how AMAZING every single person is that works there. From the music that was played on the boats, to the very clear instructions for first time scuba divers, & just the politeness was outstanding. For anyone going to Montego Bay, book every single excursion with them! If i could give them 10 stars i absolutely would! Captain made everyone feel very safe while on our boat rides. While on a vacation in Jamaica, we booked a snorkle trip with Dressel Drivers. It was a 3 hour trip. They immediately started playing rap/reggae music at a top volume. The music choice was in some cases a bit profane (and I am not a prude). The snorkeling was a waste as time as there was nothing to see where they took us. It was a party cruise and even the crew were partying. It was so bad that a group of girls asked to leave and they called a boat to take them back. Had I known it was more of a drinking and dancing trip, I would have passed. Don't waste your time or money! .

My Husband and I took the Sunset Cruise and it was wonderful. It was the Highlight of our whole trip thanks to Darren and Travis. We went snorkeling and are not swimmers and we felt so comfortable. we also did the cruise with Chukka party girl boat which was a good time for sure but Darren and Travis did such a good job we would highly recommend their services.

I did 4 dives the 1st week of July with Dressel Divers in Montego Bay. I also did the refresher in the pool with Bella. She was great; friendly, knowledgeable and helpful to get my skills tuned up for the boat dives. Matt and Bella were the dive masters on my dives. Safety is a priority for these two. They exceeded my expectation. They ensured I was okay through out the dives. Got my weight just right. They found and identified fish, etc. We were fortunate to see 2 Nurse sharks and a Moray eel, plus lots of fish. They encouraged me to come back and I'm glad I did. I had an awesome time with Matt and Bella.

I can’t even begin to tell you how amazing the staff at this dive shop is. If only you could see the joy on my face as I typed this review. Their excellent sales pitches hooked me from day one. They explained to me that it was possible for me to become a diver safely while in Jamaica on vacation. Wayne was my Dive Instructor and he was assisted by Jem. This pair was a dynamic duo that prepared me for the underwater world of the Caribbean Sea. With Wayne’s instruction I felt safe, confident and prepared for my 1st ever scuba dive. Wayne and Jem were a blast to dive with but always remained focused on my safety. At times Wayne would signal to Jem and I to hold our position while he swam ahead and looked for hazards. Wayne made sure that I keep an accurate account of my air by constantly signaling for a reading. It’s clear that Wayne is a season professional because although these were my first dives ever. I was able to understand stand their expressive hand signals as if we were speaking English to one another. I am also proud to be Jem’s 1st student ever. He kept the Open Water Diver Course fun, exciting and Challenging. If I could give 6 Stars to Wayne and Jem I would!

You guys Rock! Ya-Man!! My daughters, 14 yoa and 21 yoa, and I signed up for the Discovery Diving course with 2 dives. Can’t say enough about the entire Team here in Montego Bay. Our instructors Jem and Gabi were amazing and patient as we had never dived before. They made it easy and made us feel very comfortable in the water. Enjoyed it so much we booked three more dives on our trip. Shout out to Andreas for the GoPro use and Ariel for videoing our dive. From the boat Captains to the pleasant ladies at the dive shop, what an amazing vacation and experience. If you’re thinking about trying out diving this is the place to go. Every instructor we met and talked to were great, can’t go wrong with anyone. Although we are partial to our two great dive instructors!! Jem and Gabi, looking forward to diving again with y’all! Thank y’all again for sparking a new passion and a great experience and new friendships.

My wife and I finished our PADI open water course with our instructor, Steven. Overall, we had a wonderful experience. Steven was extremely professional and you can tell he's really passionate about diving and cared about us learning what we needed to in order to get us certified. We did the Sunset Cruise! Atmosphere was wonderful! Snorkelling! Open Bar with all kind of Cocktails, Beer and Soft Drinks. And a wonderful sunset! The staff on board was great! Everybody was trying to make our experience the best it could be! Friendly, caring and a lot of fun!

What a great crew at Dressel Divers Jamaica. The team is professional and talented. Some of the most patient people I've had the pleasure meeting and diving with. I cannot express my appreciation and gratitude to Dive Instructor Ingrid who made my 10 year old son's first dive an incredible experience. Also Maria, dive assistant, provided great support. Finally, Bruno took impromptu pics that continue to provide wonderful memories. The rest of the team whom I do not remember their names made the experience fun and friendly. Amazing! Luminous lagoon and mangrove with snorkeling. 2 great trips and great guides. Booked on site. Great value compared to what I saw online and you depart from the resort (no bus ride needed)... would go again for sure!

I dove with JP and Gabi and couldn’t have had a better experience. Both instructors were attentive and professional. I received my open water training and TDI SDI certificate with comfort and ease. I would highly recommend this scuba diving location for anyone looking for a safe and fun experience. Besides the warm environment, the team provided clean and reliable equipment.

Amazing! I spent a week doing several excursions at the Jamaica location. Every experience was incredible, the staff were professional and accommodating. I usually get motion sick but the captions were amazing even though we had some crazy waves. With great apprehension I did my first attempt ever diving. Boaz was endlessly patient in the pool the first day and Kris took me around the reef the second day. They were super thorough explaining and repeating when I needed to make it a tremendous success.

Today, JULY 12th , i went parasailing in Montego Bay with my mother. My mother's latch was not fully attached to where it needed to be, and with one wrong bump, she could've been unclipped and dangling from it or even worse. Spoke to the man in charge, and he had the audacity to try to call us liars even after we showed him the picture of it not being fully attached. I'm never coming here again. If you do what we did, make sure you double-check them even though it's not your job. If I could rank it lower, I would. Edit, they lied, saying they never had me or my family in Montego Bay using their booth. You are all combined from diving and parasailing, but you are serpent from the resort we stayed in... wonder why. (We stayed in the rose hall btw)You people walked around bothering us, and when we give yall a chance, you lie and say it never happened until pictures and videos come out and yall quiet. I have receipts and videos of your stand with my family standing outside of it, going on your boat, and the charge on MY CARD DIRECTLY TO YOUR BOOTH A DAY LATER Like take the hit and walk away, don't lie, bro. If you see this and wanna go parasailing with them, DO NOT GIVE THEM A SHOT. I'm missing the picture of my mother's latch not being latched in mid-air, so I will have that up in the next 10 hours.
