I highly recommend this resort in Montego Bay. To be clear - I stayed in the Grand Rose Hall - the adult only one. After a week here - I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The staff are all incredibly helpful. Communication was great and they managed to be attentive without being obtrusive. We dined at several of the restaurants ( I recommend the Italian , hibachi and surf and turf). The buffets were all really solid. The food was consistently good every single time. Being all inclusive all of the alcohol was free with our package - but please note - the top shelf stuff mostly resides in the bar in the main lobby. If shows and entertainment are your thing - the entertainment staff did a great job. The pool side activities were entertaining as well. If you’re looking for an adult getaway resort - this is definitely worth checking out. It’s also reasonably sized such that there were no long lines / hunts for things or seating.

I was a little skeptical after reading the reviews, but I must say I was extremely impressed from my time of arrival until I left. The staff were very friendly, patient and courteous to my family. We had a party of 10 ranging from ages 3 years to 82 years of age, there were something for everyone to enjoy. The foam pool party was fun as the entertainment team got everyone involved with dancing and fun games. There are free water sports activities available, sailing, canoeing and snorkelling at a nearby artificial reef. The nightly shows after dinner was great, far as the food we ate at the buffet on mornings for breakfast which had a lot of options both local and international. For lunch we ate at the beach side grill, which served jerk chicken, pork, patties, burgers… reservations are required at the signature restaurants, making reservations were hassle free. We ate at the Japanese restaurant which was entertaining as expected. But dinner at the Jamaican restaurant which was located on the beach was amazing, we ate delicious local cuisine while listen to reggae music as the cool ocean breeze hit your face, No complaints about the food or alcohol drinks. Security was present but didn’t make you uncomfortable so we felt safe at all times, only thing I would say minor maintenance is needed in some areas but nothing to be alarm about or consider unsafe. Overall this resort is a great place for a family vacation.

Pierre is a great employee. Super friendly and fun to play the beach games with. Love hanging with him and glad I got to meet him. The whole staff and entertainment crew is also very exiting and worth the trip. The food here is amazing along with beach volleyball. I’ve played everyday and really love it. Overall this is. 10/10 resort that I definitely would come back to.

Was in for my daughter's wedding. Everything was wonderful. Great service, with anything there will be bumps along the way. But any problems were solved quickly from food allergies to the weather. Thank you for making my daughters day so special. A special shout out to the ladies at the spa you were awesome. Ask for Mitzie for your makeup. She made me look beautiful 💕

I’ve been enjoying my time here! Came here for vacation/wedding. And met some really nice people!! The bartenders are all so amazing and helpful. The entertainment, games and parties by the entertainment team just adds more life to my stay. Twinkle is such a sweet girl. She makes sure my entire family is active and enjoying themselves. I may just come once a year.

I paid for a vacation but I left with a new family. The food, ambiance and the rooms were all immaculate but I cannot forget the staff especially Ms. Chocolate 🍫. She kept me entertained, happy, went out of her way to make sure I had an excellent stay and tried to get me in tip top shape. I was a bit tense and stressed when I just arrived but she was always trying to get me to loosen up and I love that about her. Will definitely be returning but 5 stars aren’t enough for my experience !!!!! 😊

I loved the resort! The pool was beautiful and the swim up bar was really nice. The pool water was very cold, so I didn't swim as much as I would have liked, but it wasn't a huge issue because the ocean is very close and it was a nicer temperature. The food here was delicious! The smoke house and Japanese restaurants were one of the highlights of my trip, but the Italian restaurant wasn't my favorite. My only real issue with this location are the amount of vendors on the beach. Whenever I went down to the beach they would yell to get my attention and try to pressure my into buying something. Because of this, it was really hard to enjoy the beach. The staff on the resort we're all super friendly and helpful! I also loved the pool tables but they were in kind of rough shape. The rooms were very nice and spacious, but if anyone was outside at night, we could hear them easily and it was hard to sleep some nights for that reason. Overall, I would probably come back, it was a very fun trip with amazing food!

This hotel was amazing, the rooms were great, all facilities were clean(bathrooms especially), and had a great 5 days at the Selection Suites Hotel. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful in all ways and made our time pleasurable. The choices at the buffet could be a bit better seeing how it was the same things every day however the food was pretty good though it can be improved upon. Would come here again if I came back to Jamaica.

Rooms were ordinary and lamp stands needed replacing. Understood the "going green" vibe, but it is clearly a process in the works. The Japanese restaurant had great atmosphere but the food lacked flavor diversity. I mean how does beef, chicken, and seafood ALL TASTE the same? It made our Asian dining experience less than authentic. There are currently no rooms clustered specific for non-smoking guests. This was the worst. Also, the televisions worked like an old school satellite service with no ability, from what I could tell, to see updates for daily activity. Event highlights seemed to be mostly poolside trivia. We've visited Jamaica 6 times and this stay was the poorest show of welcomed fun in the sun. Positive, the hotel was immaculate. The fragrance in the lobby should be in the marketplace - amazingly clean fresh tropic - 5 stars. Staff were well trained, courteous, helpful, and stellar performers. The staff performance made any negative experience extremely bearable. They were all fantastic service leaders. Clearly, the issues we experienced are at the highest levels of management. Interestingly, the trip from the resort to the airport echoed this review by guests we didn't know or had any relations with except for a welcomed ride to the airport. This hotel could be the "It" resort when attention to detail, both for its green theme and the more common wish list items every tourist desires are improved.

Unfortunately my stay here wasn’t the best the I had to kill a roach as well but that’s the least of my concern. I did not feel safe on the beach with the police fighting the locals on the beach. They should have more respect especially in front of tourist who have paid thousands of dollars for their stay. At every beach there are always locals selling souvenirs etc which they are usually respectful if you buy you buy and if you don’t you just continue to go about your day. The police needs to show more professionalism we shouldn't have to see unnecessary violence.

Went on a girls trip in April 2022 and had the BEST time. We had such an incredible experience by the pool with Chocolate, Sparkles, String Bean, Pierre, and Zugu - they really made our stay unbelievable and so fun. We played all of their games and really truly loved them. We can't wait to come back and see them. The resort is nice, nothing fancy, but you get what you pay for and I think it was really well priced for our experience.

We just got back after a fantastic week. The food at the buffet and restaurants was great. The buffet had a great variety and as a person who is gluten sensitive (not celiac so not sure if sauces etc would be a problem for someone more sensitive than I am) there were a lot of good options available. Everything was very tasty. It was my son's birthday and they sang to him at the Japanese restaurant and brought him dessert. The beach was clean and all but one staff member were smiling and friendly. The whole resort was very clean. Masks were expected when at the buffet and they sanitized everyone on the way in. There were a few things that kept me from giving it 5 stars, but in our mind they were minor and we would definitely return. The beach bar kept running out of alcohol, the safe and door lock to our room needed new batteries and it took asking a few times before they came to fix it, they didn't give us enough towels when they cleaned our room and we had to ask multiple times to get them, the pool chairs were all claimed by 8am even though we were told the resort was only 60% full...there is a lot of grassy and decorative space around the pool so they could easily add more chairs, the ice cream shop had very limited flavours and did not have the majority of items on the menu, the locals on the beach were usually ok if you said "no" to their offerings of jewellery and marijuana but my 19 year old daughter felt a bit pestered. Although this sounds like a list of "not great" things, I appreciated thorough reviews when I was planning our trip so I wanted to list lots of details. Overall it was a wonderful week and we definitely can't wait to return!

I had an amazing time at your resort! The stay was pleasant, the food was delicious, and the massage was truly excellent. Thank you for providing such a fantastic overall experience. However, I would like to mention that I wish the shuttling to the resort could have been more organized. Nonetheless, it did not overshadow the wonderful time I had. I had the best rest. The rooms were very clean, and the basic buffet was very well-stocked. There are many good and diverse programs for couples, young and old, and families that guests can participate in. In particular, I would like to highlight the children's program they have, called "Star Camp". My kids (4 and 7 y) were very satisfied with the program, and during that time, my wife and I were able to have a relaxed time alone. I am very grateful to the staff at Star Camp, who is working hard to instill good memories in children, and I hope they receive more rewards. All Jamaicans seem to have a great talent for dancing and singing. I'm really happy to receive good energy from them.

A lot of these reviews are just 5 stars from staff who ask to write reviews on their behalf, so it isn’t very helpful. I thought the food was very hit or miss. One day the food was dry and undercooked, and the other was pretty good. Rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. There are some bugs outdoors that make their way in the hallways. It’s hard to make reservations at the concierge desk, which is odd because most of the time the restaurants seem to have plenty of seating available. The concierge also offered a free massage and breakfast for attending a meeting, but it ended up being a time share type scam meeting for their rewards system and nothing was provided. The staff themselves were just okay, but I didn’t think they were overly helpful. You can definitely tell the difference between a true 5 star all inclusive to this. Overall, I thought it was just decent.

Went here for our honeymoon. Paid 11$k+ for a 5 star experience in the ocean front suite. I'm giving 2 stars because of how disappointed I was with the overall experience at the hotel. The actual facilities were 3 stars at best in the 5 star suites. (Smart TVs as advertised but don't have any streaming service available) and the food was not good at any of the A la carte restaurants in the 5 star area. The 4 and 3 star areas were even worse. I did however enjoy the hydrotherapy rooms but they were not as clean as you would expect at a 5 star facility. My local public pool would be close. Overall it was a nice getaway but we could have spent our money somewhere else for a better honeymoon that we could only ever do once. Also there is a problem of being harassed on the beach by people who are trespassing and selling things very aggressively.

This resort was phenomenal. The food was great, the staff- from housekeeping to our personal assistants to the concierge to the cooks and chefs to maintenance to even the general manager were all cordial, patient, & kind. This vacation has been one of the best I've ever had thanks so much in part to the many pieces it takes to build a winning resort. Hopefully, I didn't leave out anyone. Thank you all tremendously.

Great resort/hotel overall. I appreciate the hard work of all employees and members of the Iberostar community. I recently came from another trip where the resort was very disappointing and so this was a breath of fresh air. Here is some feedback: Areas of improvement: - No real day time activities for adults inside the resort. Night time shows and activities were cool. - Small suite with full sized beds. Robes were not present. Better off with two doubles or combined room for cheaper. Even the hotel staff agreed that this was a bad decision. No sofa is in the room. - There were packed reservations for evening dining. This was disappointing but it turns out that the food in the restaurants were horrible (Italian and Smokehouse). The buffet had the best food. - The phone app was not working until like the 3rd day/ the hotel needs paper schedule to show activities. - Minibar not stocked fully. Only RedBull was in there - Power shut down on the second night Positives: - Great ocean view - Great food and drinks from buffet - Great aroma/smell and welcoming/friendly staff - Great entertainers/hosts - Great tourism connection to excursions

The staff was very pleasant and hardworking. They were very attentive to our needs. The food in the buffet was fresh and delicious. Great to see a wide variety of items from Jamaican, Indian, Vegan, and Japanese. The resort has some construction going on but, it didn’t interfere with our vacation. Such a beautiful resort, everyone who works here is so hard-working and hospitable, taking time out of their day to learn our names, where we’re from, and make us feel like family. Especially Sparkles, who has gone out of her way multiple times to make our stay even more wonderful. If you’re lucky enough to come here you’ll meet her and you’ll see how much she does for everyone in the resort. Every corner you turn she is there adding some sparkle. Another person who is always taking care of you is TinMan, he’s always making sure to say hello and even escorted me to an event when I lost my way in the resort. Everyone here is lovely and wonderful and I’m so glad I came and it’s only day 3. The buffet is delish. Mexican night at the buffet is the best, and there’s always something new to try. The drinks are flowing, the vibes are unmatched, and I’m about to check out the club at the resort for the first time too ✨😍

This resort was amazing. From accommodations, activities, and friendly staff. We absolutely love Shawrone! He became a good friend quickly. We will never forget him. We also had so much help from Crystal in concierge. We appreciate everyone in this resort, from bar tenders to housekeeping! We had the absolute best time.

Staying at the Iberostar was a wonderful overall experience for our group of 9. The beauty of the hotel, the beach, the sunrises and sunsets were breathtaking. The staff were very friendly, accommodating and many went above and beyond to make our stay more enjoyable. While we enjoyed the variety of dishes that were present, for some of the Jamaican dishes, we would have preferred the full authentic flavor. I thoroughly enjoyed myself at the Iberostar and often share about my time, experience and how I left with great memories. Thank you for making my overall experience there a positive and memorable one.

The food here is good, the Chicken from the buffet is good. The entertainment teams are good staff, the games played every day is awesome. Twinkle and Pierre from entertainment are both really good people, they make the stay a lot better. Garth from the bar makes the best drinks at the pool bar. The rooms are great and the sun is just right! I’ll be coming back soon

The staff service was exceptional from the time we checked in and met Daniel. She and Smiley stand out! Smiley greeting us with a smile and pleasant attitude everyday as we picked up towels. Ashley coordinated our excursions and was so pleasant. All the ladies at the front desk were very friendly, polite and helpful. The entire staff was excellent! I highly recommend this location because of the staff and it is very clean.

Our experience here was truly amazing from the time we first walked in. Oshane from the beach bar was an all time favorite! He kept the crowd going and seemed he was having a wonderful time right along with us! Always on top of things as far as taking great care of the customers and keeping everything upbeat and fun! Sparkles in entertainment was just as amazing! She had fun with the whole crowd and kept everyone involved in good spirits.always making everyone laugh and enjoy the moment. Hats off also to housekeeping, I mean they just do a wonderful job all around!

Overall I had an amazing time here!!! Everything was so nice and perfect from the luxurious stay to the friendly and very helpful staff. I sadly didn’t want to go home. The entertainment crew did such an amazing job attract the younger crowd attention. Very big shout out to Black Panther, Skinny, Tokyo Smile, and Pear for understanding and fulfill their role as the entertainment crew. I can’t wait to come back everyone was so lovely.

Great experience. Our concierge was top notch and went above and beyond (Nadine) her was service A+ and any and everything we needed she was there to assist even contacting late about a food run. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts about the level of customer service that she gave us!

The rooms were large, spacious, comfortable, and very clean. The staff was nothing but friendly, helpful, fun, and cheerful. The location was great, close to lots of fun off-resort sites for excursions. The water was amazing, a bit rocky getting into the water at high tide but with my half-decent water shoes I had no problems or issues on the few rocks I passed. The excursions were fun and exciting and a large variety of activities both on and off the the resort. The food and juices were fantastic from room service to the buffet to all the specialty restaurants. The Greek restaurant was quite loud the food was great but the acoustics would be too much for anyone with noise issues. I had my loop earplugs in and it was still a bit loud for me. The beach did have a large number of nails, screws, staples, and other various construction scraps in the sand but only in a few spots. All together it was a great vacation and I had a great time at the resort.

Absolutely loved the staff! The entertainment staff was phenomenal!! They made our stay so enjoyable. Dean the bartender made the best drinks. I can’t say enough about the entire staff. This is our second time here and we will definitely be coming back!! We feel like family when we stay here. It’s hard saying goodbye to everyone!

My friends and I had a great time here! The service was lovely and the staff were really kind. The food is also really good! Sheldon the lifeguard was really helpful in making sure we were safe and any concerns we had while in the ocean. Overall a wonderful experience at this resort!

This resort is the best place to stay when you’re visiting Jamaica. The staff were extremely attentive, courteous and accommodating. I was there for five days. The entertainment was very engaging. Pierre from entertainment specifically was very talented and polite and made sure that there was never a dull moment for my friends and I. He was super attentive and such a pleasure to constantly have around. It was truly a great experience and would definitely come back again. I highly recommend!

Went here for a family trip with a 3 & 17 year old. All of us had a great time at this resort, with things to do for all ages. Rooms were clean and well maintained and the food was absolutely delicious and offered tons of options for every single meal. Every staff member we interacted with were friendly and always offering to help out. The highlight of the trip was the Entertainment team who all went out of their way to make sure you always were having a great time throughout your stay. Will definitely be going back. Highly recommend.

We had a great trip as a couple! The food was good! I did however wish that there was more of a rotation from the buffet through the week. The Japanese restaurant was awesome, I felt the Italian was somewhat average. I liked that this resort had the sports bar and access to the fitness center and club. The theater at rose hall beach never really seemed to be a hit for many people. We did get the opportunity to see some entertainment at the suites and that was a bit better! We really liked the fitness center, the pool was nice, as was the general grounds of the resort. Although we never took the chance, I believe they have kayaking for free and I think that would be fun. Overall, it was nice but for our money we wouldn’t book here again. We have experience at the Iberostar in Cozumel which was more affordable and a better experience. Staff here in Jamaica were generally friendly, the food staff were pretty attentive but some of the bartenders were a little less attentive. Overall, we had a very good vacation! However, I would consider other options in the future.

Entertainment staff was WONDERFUL! They put a lot of great events together. Games are so much fun! Staff is so wonderful. 10/10 The shows are also amazing. The Calypso theatre has great shows. Shout out to the entertainment manager for being there every night and putting these shows together. What a fantastic stay!

I’ve been to many resorts and one thing that stood out at this resort is members of entertainment, dining and housekeeping. Katerina the manager in the main buffet was fantastic, she accommodated my dietary restrictions and was always happy to adjust the menu. Milo and Smiley were great in entertainment. They were engaging and super happy to keep my 12 year old happy. Ms. Hope in housekeeping was excellent. She always surprised us with creative towel shapes and kept our room looking clean and fresh.

I had an awesome time at this resort. The rooms were really nice. I had a premium suite that was clean and well kept. Our private concierge was very attentive during our stay, checking in with us to make sure we were doing well. I had a problem with the safe in my room, and the problem was handled right away by security. They have the standard buffet and 3 restaurants that require reservations, a Japanese, Italian, and Smokehouse. We ate at the Japanese and Smokehouse restaurants, and our meals were great. Entertainment was pretty good, not great, but good. There are 3 resorts on the complex... The Grand, the Suites, and the Beach. We stayed at the Beach resort. We had access to the fitness center and nightclub on the other properties, but we did not have access to their dining facilities nor their beach. This wasn't a negative for me because we had all that we needed on our property. At night, we took a golf cart shuttle to the night club. Overall, I'd definitely stay at this property again.

Overall the resort is nice. Was greeted with 6 pour ups because it was 6 of us at check in… the front desk clerk was very nice and gave lots of details about the resort. The resort is really nice, everyone was friendly. the food was GREAT… the beach was nice but the pool side and swim up bar was AMAZING… the night entertainment at the pool was always a vibe the entire time we stayed. I would definitely stay here again but I just wish the furniture in the room was updated…very very old fashioned and outdated. Our room was cleaned everyday which was a plus ! If I had to choose again I would, just need to work on that furniture because everything else was GOOD !

The resort was hands down amazing! Sparkles, Pierre, Romaine, Kerrando, Alistair, etc all made the stay worthwhile. I’d definitely recommend this place for young people looking to have fun! The food, vibes and people were everything. They went above and beyond to make sure that the tourists were satisfied especially with the entertainment. I loved every moment and can’t wait to return. The rooms could use some updating but other than that, the stay was amazing!

A great experience you should not miss. They have literally something for everyone. The food was phenomenal I don't think I've ever enjoyed a buffet that great ever. I won't even mention the bar tender who kept the party going what a great experience one I look forward to repeating very soon. I almost forgot it's all inclusive.

Great experience, excellent and tasty food, water sports, slides for kids, Japanese restaurants etc..., pool bars, bars, all you expect a hotel to have and more. All inclusive 5 star rating. Rooms are extremely comfortable, mini fridge, modern hotel. Loved it.

I am only giving you guys a 2 star, because I enjoyed the beach and pool, and my daughter loved that. So I went with my family (husband, daughter, mother-in-law). 1. My daughter’s room had this broken breaker cover, that was falling off, charging sockets coming out of the wall. We ask for double bed which was not given. 2. My daughter’s room TV was not working up until the night time and the Remote was very very damaged. 3. I had to be borrowing her iron, because there was none in our room, I felt like I paid for a motel. 4. There was only one restaurant open, so we could not book the one I really wanted to go. 5. There was no straws to drink any beverages, even the daiquiri. 6. Dinner at the main dining was not good, and staff having to fan the flies. Flies were on the food. The food was better at the jerk area, the pork was excellent. I must say the breakfast was better. 7. Jerk area omg the buns for the burger dry and definitely not fresh, also they had no pork the next day to serve. 8. Be prepared to go out of your room to fill your water bottles, and the station is somewhere down from your room. Plus side: The staff were very friendly, the lobby was elegant, clean more kept. Overall result: It was my first and last time at this resort. I can say that I am happy I didn’t booked a longer stay.

The Check in process was pretty simple and not crowded, however, the overall hotel capacity at the time seemed to be low There were also no long lines or wait times at the buffet and they always opened the doors on time As per usual, the drinks at all inclusive hotels can taste watered down or lacking the alcohol. So you may have to ask for more alcohol each time. The a la carte restaurants are not always open but it was for one of the nights I stayed and the next night was an Asian theme at the buffet, so I got unlimited sushi rolls and nigiri Snorkeling is free on the beach but if you want to go out by boat, there is a charge. Food tasted pretty decent and fresh, no stale or dried breads or desserts. I did not see one fly in any of the eating areas, was wondering if there is some special fly deterrent or if I was just super lucky. Activities still took place even if only two people showed up. The gym had a lot of variety in machines and equipment and they all seem well maintained; one of the best gyms at a hotel I’ve seen. Overall the staff is friendly and frequently ensures that you are enjoying yourself. I also received a call in my room to see how I was enjoying my vacation and if I had any issues or questions. Had no issues with the room I like the initiative to reduce plastic usage by using glass bottles for water and having water filling stations. Also no small bottles of toiletries in the rooms but dispensers that can be refilled. The surroundings are overall clean and well maintained. Cons Lack of signs; it was a little difficult at first to tell where things are or where to go. Even to get to the hotel, there is no sign on the outside but we just assumed it was the hotel based on the entrance and google maps (that also did not know the proper entrance) There are no maps around the hotel except in the phone app and I think the map on the phone would benefit from having a 2D version which would be easier to read but overall the app was useful in knowing about the activities for each day but the gym schedule is missing from the app. There are a few monitors around the hotel that also have the gym schedule and daily activities. Also unless you were in the area when the activities were taking place, you may not even know that it is taking place. I did not see a basketball/tennis court, but I also did not ask; so not sure if one is there

As a local the thought of going on vacation in our own country sometimes worries us. This is based on story others would tell, of being marginalized, however that wasn’t the feeling here from beginning to end we were accommodated, entertained and cared for. I must say a major big up to the entertainment team especially Tights for his level of professionalism and overall grace. Chocolate, their manager for her inclusiveness Flame, short boss and Zugu for their professionalism and entertainment… all in all a great stay would recommend 10/10.👍🏽🔥🔥

Romaine (lettuce) is an amazing person and Chocolate is very sweet! This is the best place I have ever stayed on vacation and I highly recommended. Both are very helpful and will do anything to make you happy. These guys are truly amazing.

I stayed here for 7 days with my boyfriend. The entertainment was very nice and upbeat. The food is very good and the hospitality in the hotel itself (front desk, room cleaning staff, pool/beach staff) was outstanding. While the dining the experience was up and down. Most of the servers were vey kind but most of the people working the breakfast and lunch buffet were rude at times. While I understand there are protocols to follow during unprecedented times like these, being a kind individual is essential when people are paying a good chunk of change to be here. At times there would be no one around to help serve food so if you unconsciously grab tongs to get something yourself, you will be (rudely) scolded and it can be embarrassing. While again I understand the circumstances, it’s more about how you say it, than what you say. Often staff would ask as we walked around the resort if we needed anything back in our room and while I appreciate them asking you should make sure once you ask you actually follow through with it. For example, almost everyday we had asked to be restocked with ginger-ale/coke probably 2 out of those 7 days did they actually follow through with stocking the room/fridge without having to be asked/reminded multiple times. However they always knew what room you were staying in without even asking which was very nice. Overall it was a very clean resort & a nice experience and I would probably revisit.

This resort is amazingly beautiful. My stay was also amazing because of the food and entertainment. The nightly shows were very enjoyable and the staff is extremely hospitable. The bar staff (Chris Jory, and Dennis )were great, they made me creative drinks and treated me like family. The travel staff (Jerome) made sure all of our accommodations were on point. I feel like this place is my second home.

This isn’t a 5 star hotel. They have three separate components, grand, suites and beach. beach I’ll give 1 star due to the old decor. Horrible rooms. The roomed look like I was staying at a motel 8. I moved over to suites immediately. That was a little better but not a 5 star. The staff was nice, food was ok. The entertainment sucked. Grand looks outdated and for old people. Save your money and go to a more modern resort

Was a good time!! Very great place to visit, everyone was friendly. Romaine lettuce is just an amazing entertainer so jovial made my vacation more amazing......

I really enjoyed my stay. The only problems I had was the electricity went out throughout the hotel and there was no reassurance when it would come back. The phone did not work and we didn't have an iron. Beyond that I really enjoyed the stay. The entertainment was great! Big up to Chocolate, Tights, and short one in the glasses (I can't remember his name but he was awesome). Eric has been my waiter a few times and he always took care of us! Paris has been a big help too! I would definitely go back just because the staff was so great!!

I’m enjoying my stay here. The staff here is top tier! They are very friendly and hospitable. The bartender Orlando is so awesome, his drinks are all full with Jamaican vibes. My crew and I been entertained every day by twinkle from the entertainment crew! That girl got moves. I absolutely recommend coming here with family or friends!

I would 100% return to this resort. Everything was great. The food, the pool but mostly the staff. Started with help from Pierre at the front desk. Very helpful. Carlos, Suzie Q, Micky, Tiny, (lots of names I'm forgetting) but the whole entertainment team was amazing. So friendly and great at what they do. Staff in the buffet was amazing service was always great. They even asked about our room and solved the problem before we went back up. Lots of things to do on this resort. !

I had a great time in the island. I enjoyed the people and the local food but the resort could have been better for an all inclusive place. I did not like the fact that I could only make 1 reservation to one of their themed restaurants and room service was not available. The buffet was a hit or miss and the desserts were pretty dry and bad. There’s definitely room for improvements.

The staff is awesome. We have been here 8 times and the staff and facilities are the reason we keep coming back. My girls Sparkles and Chocolate are awesome and so accommodating. The entertainment at the poll area during the day is always great. We will definitely be coming back again.

I just came from Jamaica yesterday for a Girl’s Trip and the resort was great. The staff was beyond exceptional. There were activities for everyone daily and the atmosphere was beautiful. The food was not great, however I’m from Louisiana so my tastebuds are setup different. I would definitely recommend this resort for your stay. I can’t wait to come back……..

Love this place because of Lettuce! The resort is nice, has a lot to do, very clean, and good food, all that you could ask for. But, Lettuce is the icing on the cake. He goes out of his way to speak with everyone and makes you feel like you are VIP. Would not be the same without him!! His entertainment is great!

First time in Jamaica and it was the best trip my husband and I had so far. We were there at the end on May 2022. We thought the weather was going be rainy but it was perfect. The room was very clean. All the employees were very friendly. The food was very good. We went to the Jamaican, Italian and the Japanese restaurant besides the buffet. The Japanese was definitely our favorite. The buffet was also very good. They had a little bit of everything including desserts which made a difference. The only complaint I have is that they should have more butlers on the beach taking food and drink orders. There was only 1 maybe 2 butlers taking orders which wasn't enough. We will definitely go back when we have a chance.

Zogu, Pierre, String Bean, and Lettuce were amazing workers!! They always checked up on us and always made sure we were having a good time:) I would definitely come back just to see them again! Very nice and loved our time here very much!

Pierre is a great employee and super fun. Super friendly and fun to play the beach games with. String bean is very good at soccer but I think I’m better though. Love hanging with them and glad I got to meet them. Alrick is pretty great too. The whole staff and entertainment crew is also very exiting and worth the trip. The food here is amazing along with beach volleyball. I’ve played everyday and really love it. Overall this is. 10/10 resort that I definitely would come back to.

The resort is beautiful and I had a great time over all, but the hotel staff don’t tell u anything, u have to pretty much figure everything out on your own. There was no charger ports to charge phones. The phone in our room had ports but didn’t work and when asked to replace them they told us that the phone was working fine. So we had to make due. When you call them for any kind of assistance they take an extremely long time to get it done. They gave us coupons to use at various places but when I tried to present them they told us we could not use them because we did not present them before which is something they did not tell us. They close the pool down at 7 PM you could not get into the pool nor the beach after 7 PM. Tried to set up services to get to the airport and I tried to let the lady know that our flight was at 12:50 she insisted that it was at 1:50 so we had to scramble around to try to make it to the airport on time due to her mistake. My mother and sister stayed at the hotel and one of the staff went through her drawers and stole pain medicine out of her room. We went to a place they called the hip strip and the driver overcharged us we were told one price and he charge us another. For the most part the trip was nice but several things were very frustrating to have to deal with on vacation.

First getting to the hotel when i checked in we had excellent service. We got to the hotel around 2 and check in wasn’t til 3pm they made sure we ate food or drank food before we even got to our rooms. The rooms are so nice and comfy! Let me just say the entertainment at the hotel is TO DIE FOR <3 Je’Anne is THE best she has made the days so much fun had us dancing she has made our experience in Jamaica unforgettable!

This resort is beautiful, there are a variety of activities for everyone to enjoy. All the staff were friendly, welcoming and made you feel like you were at home and a part of their family. Shout out to the entertainment team for all their hard work. They really make you feel like family, they're always happy and are a lot of fun! Special shout out to Pierre, Cookie, Zulu, Twinkle, Sparkle and Chocolate you guys are awesome! I would also like to make a special shout out to Marlo for drilling into my safe after I got locked out of it and it broke😅 thank-you for giving me a memory I will never forget. I highly recommend this resort, there is something for everyone. I didn't want to leave, I will definitely be back. ❤️❤️
