We had a great time while at Iberostar Grand. Food was good overall (the Surf & Turf restaurant was our favorite). The amenities were great and the staff were fantastic and friendly. My only real gripe is not being told where the restaurants were when we got here and the locations of other all things but everything is easy to find overall so no real issue there. Tights, Bubbles, Smiley, and Vanessa were absolutely fantastic entertainment staff and made our stay that much better, honestly. Shaquille was an amazing bartender and Damion was awesome serving food on the beach! Our butlers Gary & Omar were top notch as well (they were very attentive and did whatever we needed even though we didn't require much). It's a guarantee that we will be back!

This resort was a dream come true! Stunning building features including clean, spacious, & luxurious rooms overlooking beautiful grounds and beach were key to this location! The staff are incredibly kind and always available for help, and the entertainment staff ensure you have a good time throughout your stay! The food was delicious with so many dining options as the resort features five different cuisine restaurants along with their buffets; I had read reviews prior to our trip to secure reservations for these restaurants as soon as you are able as getting a time/date can be tricky. I advise being flexible as most of our dinners were later but it worked for us and we were able to try each restaurant! The resort features multiple activities throughout the day including beach sports, games, and evening shows which were delightful! The Iberostar Grand has been our most incredible vacation, and we can't wait to plan another trip back!

Our stay at the resort was excellent! The weather was phenomenal, the food is great and the entertainment team was very engaging! Suzie, Carlos, Kevin, Tiny, Mickey, & the whole team were great! They all helped us feel welcomed and were very encouraging to participate in activities and helped us enjoy our time here. The pool activities were so much fun and our whole group had a blast. The food choices were wonderful and every tasted great. The resort, pool, and beach were very well maintained and cleaned regularly. Overall, we had an amazing time and cannot wait to come back.

I recently had the opportunity to stay at the Iberostar Grand Rose Hall in Montego Bay, Jamaica, and it was an absolutely fantastic experience. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm hospitality and a stunning view of the ocean. The hotel’s facilities are top-notch, with beautifully maintained grounds, luxurious rooms, and a variety of dining options that catered to all my cravings. The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The highlight of my stay was the beachfront location, which offered breathtaking sunsets and a serene atmosphere. Activities and entertainment were plentiful, ensuring that there was never a dull moment. The attention to detail in every aspect of the hotel’s operation was evident, making my stay at the Iberostar Grand Rose Hall a truly memorable one. I absolutely loved my time there and can’t wait to return for another splendid vacation.

I can not say enough great things about this resort! The hospitality was wonderful. Every single person who worked there was so welcoming, willing to help, and just overall amazing! They called you by your names, you were not treated as just a room number. The activities offered daily were a lot fun and they did a great job getting people to participate. The buffet offered so many great dishes and was the best buffet I’ve had at any resort. We had dinner there multiple nights and much rather the buffet than making reservations at the restaurants there. Jamaica we will be back and we wouldn’t stay anywhere else.

I had a great time celebrating my sister’s 50Th birthday. We were greeted with a cool cloth and the Heart of Jamaica drink. Love is great! He assisted us in getting checked in. He also got our bags to the room. The views are great! The food was overflowing with buffets, restaurants, 24 hour room, and butler service. The resort has a lot to offer…shows, live music, dancing. The staff members work hard and are very kind and accommodating. There’s great photo opportunities around the resort.

Food, service, drinks, and most importantly the staff. The staff is great. No request is too big or too small. Concierge team is knowledgeable and friendly. The activities team is the best around. They are so fun to be around and do a great job of connecting with all guests. Butler’s we’re very helpful during our stay also. We can’t wait to come back!

We just got back from a group trip celebrating birthdays and we had the absolute best time. Resort was beautiful and clean. Staff was amazing and so friendly. The entertainment department were so much fun and made sure we were taken care of, especially Mickey, Carlos, Kevin, Peaches and Suzie. The hotel also made getting Covid tested to return to the US very easy. Thanks so much for the great trip!

This resort was nothing short of amazing. The staff was so attentive and they had fun activities all throughout the day to keep us entertained. They have an amazing team of Afro, Sonic and Saniyah who are sure to keep the party going. We had an ocean view suite where we had a customized mini bar and butler. Whenever we needed we were able to contact our butler and she was there via in person or using what’s app. The food was great and the wait staff is so friendly. I would recommend this resort to anyone looking to have a great time!

This was our third trip back and will be our last. We sent a separate and more detailed email with our concerns directly to the resort. Overall the facilities have not been well maintained, the cleanliness was lacking and the dealers on the beach were persistent, loud and obnoxious. They ruined the beach. They even took food from the hotel, ate it and cleaned their plates in the water. Why am I paying for that? The resort is just not what it once was. Now to highlight the the good parts which was the food and service. Beach/pool entertainment was great!! Especially Afro and Bubbles!! Engaging and fun! Beach/pool bartenders Jerry and Christopher are our favorites!! Clive and Gary in the lobby were great too. Our butlers were also great and attentive! These people made the trip enjoyable and we’re thankful for their attentiveness!

Spent a week at the Iberostar grand rose hall. We already knew we loved Jamaica, but didn’t expect to love the resort as much as we did. The location is great being close to the airport. The rooms were spacious and the resort was very clean. Snorkeling had us seeing sting rays, puffer fish, and sea urchins. The online drink ordering system made sure you never were lacking a cocktail. Our pool side server Melissa was very attentive and always smiling. The best part was the entertainment crew. Lisa, Sonic, Smiley, bubbles and Peaches made us feel welcomed and got us playing crazy games. The entertainment director David was great at connecting with everyone and making each interaction special. Definitely recommend to anyone looking for fun and new friends. Also best wifi we have ever had at a resort.

What a wonderful trip! Our butlers Cassandra, Valentine, and Jaime were fantastic and met our every need. Our housekeeper, Sharon was very flexible to our sleep in schedule. All in all, a very relaxing trip. The restaurants were delicious with great service. High recommend!

Resort was excellent, a great time and a good value. Vanessa in entertainment was absolute top tier and made the trip much better with all the events. King also in entertainment was a great guy and a fun personality to have around. Gary at the bar is a fantastic guy. I suggest trying to go to all the shows, lots of effort goes into all of them. What a lovely place! Rooms were spacious and clean, with an amazing deck overlooking the pool area. Beautifully decorated for the holidays. Friendly staff. Pools were great, as was the oceanfront area. Special shout-out to our butler, Owen. who went out of his way to make our visit special. And to lifeguard Seon, and his amazing sense of humor. Many others were also just great---next time I will do a better job of writing down names! The food was delicious!!! I can't imagine anyone being disappointed with their stay at this gorgeous resort.

The staff were amazing, very hospital and attentive. They went above and beyond for every requests. The room was perfect, beds were very soft, rooms were very clean. Best vacation by far. Very relaxing, loved the overall smell in the Grand, so refreshing as soon as we walked in. The staff overall were extremely engaging, genuine and friendly. Our butlers, Owen, Zeke, Devon, Jordan, Rommel and cleaning lady Toshana took the time to get to know us and literally anticipated our every need which was met with a smile each time. Their service level was outstanding! They made this trip EVERYTHING for us! The staff at the spa were also amazing. Camille and her staff did an excellent job at providing stellar spa services. I was completely relaxed when I was done. The only downside was leaving. Can't wait to go back!

Excellent time at the Grand! Bubbles, Mystique, and Lisa were amazing and made our days and evenings top notch! We really never saw our Butler and did not get the grand tour when we arrived. Our group had a different Butler and had a great experience. The food was good, expected a bit more seafood, but the jerk chicken on the beach was amazing!!! Overall the experience was excellent and we would go back! Beautiful place, love the people!!!

Our stay at this location was great. Went there for a birthday celebration and it was a nice experience. The butlers Orain and Cassandra ensured a very pleasant experience especially the birthday set up and also the overall stay. They were very professional and attentive to our needs. They kept us updated on events happening around the resort as well. We also liked the amenities at this resort, the drinks at the poolside, and the beach yoga. Great sunrise and sunset views from the beach! I enjoyed the buffet. Only con is I wish there were more authentic Jamaican cuisine options at the resort.

Staff was very friendly and always helpful. Room 6321was spacious with a nice size balcony. It would be useful to remove the basket seat from the balcony and add 2 chairs that way guests can enjoy the ocean view. For truly 5 star bar service it would be nice to have available more that one red and one white wine and ensure the beach bars don’t run out of Red Stripe. The food options were vast. Reservations were recommended and hard to get but they have a good walk up policy too.

The hotel is grand, clean with great views. Our butlers Andre and Alain were great. Andre took care of us, continuously checked on us if we needed anything. He was extremely polite and very helpful. The entire staff of the hotel is also very good. The reason I gave 4 stars for service is because we did not have a great experience with restaurant reservations, housekeeping and room service. The room telephone system is not very efficient. We had a lot of trouble reaching. Room service or housekeeping or the concierge . However, it was Andre who helped us a lot. Once we started communicating with him, he ensured that our requests were dealt with in time. He also organized a beautiful surprise for us to celebrate our anniversary. Most restaurants were empty even then the online tool showed no availability. Also need more vegetarian options at restaurants and buffets. So overall hotel and its staff is very good. But the management system needs improvement.

This is our 4th visit to Iberostar and I am never disappointed. We chose The Presidential Suite for this stay and the suite itself was well worth the cost. However, I was highly disappointed that not one show was included with the suite. We would have had to pay $99/person to see a show and we had already spent a substantial amount on the suite. That seems greedy on the hotel’s part. This is a management issue, and nothing to do with the amazing staff. Our butlers, Travis, Omar, Devon, and Jaime are wonderful, attentive, and they took care of all of our needs and wishes. They made sure my birthday was special with a birthday sign on the door, special desserts and spectacular towel art for the occasion every day. Nicki Ann made sure the suite was spotless and always stocked with linens. She is so friendly and also left special towel art and kind notes daily.

Great trip with a group of 8 people. Food was good at all restaurants but not the French one so much. Entertainment team was great. Shout out Smiley and Bubbles and their manager Daivey. Drinks were great and they use premium alcohol. Should out to Travis and Gerry. Great resort. Can’t wait to come back.

We had a great experience this week. Some names that stood out to me were Andre and Alain our butlers, excellent service so kind and always helpful! Doneisha in the buffet for breakfast and lunch was amazing, loved her kind spirit and helpful attitude always!!!! Our cleaning lady I can’t remember her name she was off Monday and Tuesday but she was amazing the whole week, sweet as ever and did a great job! The hotel needs some work, we had boards breaking up under the chairs in the sim up suite, for what you pay that really shouldn’t look like that. The TV was awful. That is the only negatives for me. Loved the suites bartenders in lobby, grand bartenders didn’t want wait on you without cash in your hand that was a little disappointing. Front desk staff was amazing, Galleon food was delicious and great service in there as well. Definitely would come back!

Wonderful, but let me share something you might not know about this hotel. It has an on-site cat sanctuary! Anyone who has been to Jamaica will know many of the hotels have cat colonies. Iberostar, in co-operation with the Jamaican government, started a program to trap and neuter the felines, which were becoming too plentiful! The hotel currently has 46 kitties. They can hold only 55 maximum. Plans are underway to start adoptions, both locally and abroad. Come on holiday, leave with a cat. Now that's my kind of place! The cats have a full time keeper, Jessica who keeps the sanctuary clean and the cats entertained and nourished. They have regular veterinary attention and lots of play space and cubby holes to hang out in. Guests are welcome to visit and interact with the cats, in small, controlled groups so as not to frighten them. I enjoyed the cats the last time I was here and my heart sank when I couldn't see any in the grounds. So, well done Iberostar for taking care of them and planning a better future for them all. You never know, maybe we'll be more going back to the US than just coffee and a sun hat!

Romell and Valentine are amazing. Very helpful and extremely polite. They visited us at the pool bar daily and let us know what amenities we could use as well. They were great to talk to and took care of us. We absolutely loved them. Travis the bartender is exceptional!

My husband and I selected the all inclusive package to the rose hall beach resort at Iberostar. The resort itself was underwhelming but the overall service was great. The workers at the resort made our stay the most enjoyable. Our favorite was chef Markus! He cooked us a gourmet dish for our romantic beach dinner for two which was part of our all inclusive package. He was very pleasant and ensured we were fully satisfied with the dish. We will definitely look for him next time.

Very warm welcome when we arrived. Room was clean and maintained every day and fridge was consistently filled with fresh water and beverages as needed. The pools were clean and there were always seats available. Nothing was overcrowded and we didn’t have to wait for anything. They even had sunscreen readily available for easy burners like myself. The best part of our trip though, was the event staff. Lisa, Mystique, Bubbles, Vanessa, Safhira, and Smiley made every day an absolute joy. They had games set up every day for us and would even partake in the fun if we were short on people. You can tell they really enjoy their jobs and would be the main reason we return to this location down the road.

My mom and I just had a super fun, relaxing and amazing trip here at this resort this past week. The service was always friendly and the food pretty good, especially the surf and turf and the Italian. Omg so delicious. Drinks are always flowing, the beach bartenders have the hardest job, back and forth all day long in the sun, but they always greet you with a smile and are back again when you need another drink before you even need to ask. Beach and ocean were lovely and the chairs comfier than any resort I’ve ever been to. Nightly entertainment was fantastic. But the best thing about this resort?? The people who work there!! Huge shout out to my “twin” Mystique who was so personable and sweet and always made me smile, Leroy for your enthusiasm and charm, Lisa for always making everybody laugh. I will always come back to this resort when in Jamaica.

We had a great stay here! Food was amazing, drinks were good. Staff is very attentive. Shane and Sean, our butlers, are awesome. Whatever our needs were they were available or tried their best to get what we needed! Very responsive. Marlene the concierge was always a great smiling face. Bubbles, Mystique, Smiley, and Lisa are so much fun & a great time to do activities or just chat with. One thing I would recommend is a map or at least general tour. This was our first time at this location and we had to walk around on our own to find everything or ask multiple people wherever we went.

This was our first time in Jamaica and it was so amazing! All of the staff was so attentive, the food was great, the room had a beautiful view. The butler service was totally worth it. The entertainment staff on the beach made days so much more fun than I thought they could be! Vanessa, Lisa, Bubbles and Tights were the best! Definitely want to come back.

Beautiful resort. We got married here in May 2021 and had to celebrate our 1 year anniversary back at this beautiful spot! The staff makes your stay even better. Bubbles, Lisa and Sahfyah are amazing! They remember everyone and greet you every day and keep you entertained with fun games on the beach and in the pool! And of course have to shout out Smiley! The service staff are very attentive to you needs! The food and drinks are amazing!

Just stayed here for a week with a group of 11 of us. It was my first time in Jamaica and staying at an Iberostar hotel. We had so much fun. The entertainment staff was amazing especially Peaches. He made our trip one to remember. He went out of his way to make sure we had the best time. He always brightened our days and made every day so much fun. We will definitely be coming back in the future!

Our stay here was excellent! The restaurants and the food were great. We loved the Hibachi restaurant at the beach. Our rooms were clean and spacious. We had a great time at the resort and the entertainment team was the best! Peaches was so fun with our family and helped us enjoy our stay with games. This place is great, and we would come again!

It was a great time here for my family and I! We really appreciate and enjoyed the staff here. They are very welcoming and attentive. The staff members that really stood out for their excellence in service were Lisa, Richard, & Afro. They were all very welcoming and helpful. This resort was absolutely wonderful. Also, if you decide to eat at the Hibachi grill make sure you get Roman. He was very enthusiastic with his work and informative when asked question. this place is a 10/10.

This place was amazing. If you want somewhere where you can just get away and relax while enjoying some TASTY food…THIS IS YOUR PLACE. The staff at this resort was 100/10. If you’re in the Lobby Bar enjoying the show or having drinks make sure you see the WONDERFUL Lisa. She is the sweetest person you’ll ever meet with lots of information and jokes. If you’re at the bar by the gift soft make sure you see Richard. He is the best bartender on the resort. Richard can make anything you want and even stuff you won’t believe. If you’re enjoying the sun by the pool make sure you say what’s up to Afro for a good conversation and laughs. Afro will make sure you’re taken care of and having a good time.

My wife and I chose the Iberostar Grand Rose Hall to celebrate our 34th wedding anniversary. We are so glad we did! The facilities and people were top notch...from the room, restaurants, pool, beach, staff, etc., everything was excellent. The room was very clean and comfortable. The restaurants (which by the way, you'll want to reserve in advance) were very good quality in the food and service. The pool(s) were beautiful...the beach was so refreshing, not cold at all. The only thing that struck us were the dozens of people laying out near the pool and on the beach, but hardly anybody in the water at either. The water was so nice...we just couldn't figure that one out. We wanted to give special recognition to the incredible staff, especially, our butlers, Terrence and Omar! These guys are so good at making your stay just that much better, that much more special! Their attention to detail and goal to add value to your stay was evident in every interaction and/or request we had for them. Terrence and Omar really made our stay so memorable...everything was taken care of by both of them throughout the stay from our arrival to our departure. Thank you Terrence and Omar!

My stay here was amazing, what really contributed to the wonderful experience was the two Butlers who took great care of me. Alain And Andre are great!, I was made aware of all events taking place at the resort , any dining reservations I needed were quickly arranged. The two came to check on me often making sure all was going well. I came with a group of friends who didn’t have the butler service Andre and Alain Didn’t hesitate to include them in the plans they made for me. Two great guys. I also want to thank Daniel, he is a bartender at the Resort lobby bar. He was amazing. I will be back in June or July. Likely I will choose the same resort. Thanks for a wonderful experience.

Romell was great and went out of his way to assist and guide us throughout the resort. Lamar at the pool is wonderful. The beach: We loved the beach. It was clean clear and a pretty blue. The service was great. The sand so soft! The bar was nice, bartenders attentive especially Travis. The great jerk chicken was offered and it so was good.

This was our first time visiting Jamaica and staying at an Iberostar resort. The hotel and staff are wonderful. Almost everyone was incredibly friendly and personable. There are tons of amenities and fun things to do throughout the hotel all day long. We visited in January and the weather was sunny and 85 for at least 5 of our 7 days. The entertainment staff and bartenders were so much fun and very engaging. Our housekeeper Sharon was a burst of sunshine each time we saw her and remembered us by name. The rooms were kept very clean and well stocked. She even surprised us a few times with flowers and cute towel arrangements on our bed

We had a wonderful week long stay with 8 friends of many years. We were upgraded to Oceanfront rooms which came with the best surprise of all - Alain and Andre, our butlers! Both were friendly, personable and so very helpful. They checked on us frequently throughout the day, responded to requests immediately and made our stay perfect! These gentlemen are to be commended for their positive service forward approach to their guests. The Grand Rose Hall was clean, inside and out. The food, particularly in the restaurants, was very good as was the bar service. All staff were friendly, cheerful and very accommodating.

The hotel itself is magnificent and our stay was special due to the lovely and caring staff. Staff would not even let us carry our plates at breakfast wanting to pamper the guest. Every contact with a staff member was overflowing with caring and commitment for me and my wife to have a wonderful vacation. Check in is very smooth. Romell informed us about the amenities the resort had to offer so we would best experience everything. He even checked on us throughout our stay to make sure we were happy. Our accommodations were spectacular. Thank you everyone! One love!!
