Location: Hungers Point [Zinc Shack] Jimmy Cliff Blvd (Bottom Road) Specialty: Indian, Hindu-Chinese Ratings: 5/5 Warning: You've never tasted spicy food until you've tried Indian food. Bruh, the owner left a pack of napkins for us🥴 however, for those cuisines connoisseur who love an adventure. This is a great start. We had Manchow Soup and Chili Chicken with Fried Rice. And good ole OG. Manchow Soup is a great twist. Seen that we had a Jamaican chicken soup be4 arriving to the restaurant the contrast we different and prevalent. Less salt, a lot more variation and flavour from the onions, pepper and fried noodles. The chili chicken with mild spice was intense. Still enjoyable. Customer service ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐. Owner was attentive and checked in regularly. Great experience. Give them a visit.

My favorite meal in Jamaica! The Malaysian fried noodles are amazing if you can handle a little spice in your life.

Visited Hungers Point and it was a wonderful experience. Great service and food came out in timely manner. The most important thing i would like to highlight is the flavors, food is so tasty and well prepared. Roti nice and soft and whether you’re looking for vegetarian or non vegetarian both are made with equal amount of taste. I had the shrimp pasta, dry paneer and mushroom bhaji. Totally recommend 👌👌

Food @Hunger'sPoint was very delicious made by the chef, Mr.Julian Garden, freshly cooked vegan and non vegan options. Very tasty and perfectly spiced.. I've eaten the entire portion. It is an outdoor restaurant ans easy to find when walking down the street.

I had an absolutely amazing experience! From the captivating atmosphere to the breathtaking scenery, everything was perfect. And let's not forget about the food..it was simply delightful, especially the incredible Indian dishes that sent my taste buds into a state of pure ecstasy. I wholeheartedly recommend this spot to anyone and everyone. You won't be disappointed!

The staff was truly accommodating and helpful in guiding us through their menu. They were all very transparent about the wait times for the food, in addition to periodically checking in on us. We got the Loaded Malaysian Noodles and a Stir Fry. It’s was quite spicy but really delicious. The prices were slightly steep overall, but the tasty food made up for it.

First visit to Montego Bay and I had been craving Indian food for a while and found this Gem very close to where I was staying with my mother. Food was delicious and freshly prepared. I wish they were in my city in California. If I could give it 1000 stars I would. I highly recommend their food. My mother am I enjoyed every bite of their authentic food.

My husband and I visited this place at the spur of the moment while taking a break from the beach across the street. They served us the BEST Jerk wings I have ever had. We are from the states and the wings we have can’t even touch the wings here. They also came with a dipping sauce which was amazing. The server was very nice and gave us our food very hot and fresh. Highly recommend.

The food was absolutely delicious. Coming from an Asian background I can say it tasted very authentic. Taste like I was back in the U.k eating at a good Indian takeaway. Five ⭐️ is too low more like 10 fingers licking gooooood. (chicken curry with rice and roti)

Tika Masala was great but the curry goat was lacking in spice and flavour. This place has the potential to be great. Definitely going back whenever I visit Montego Bay. All the best to Danny and his team.

Went there after seeing the reviews and this place didn’t disappoint. We ordered jerk chicken, roti and fried rice with chicken. The wait time was a bit long, as they prepare everything from scratch but was totally worth it. The jerk chicken was exquisite. The people were cordial. One thing for all the tourists out there, always go for honest online reviews. Our taxi driver took us away from this place saying a lot of negative things to a restaurant where he might get a cut. Glad we came back here the next day and the experience was great.

This place is so good, wish we'd eaten here earlier on our trip so we could have gone more than once. The goat curry, samosas, and malaysian noodles were so good. The noodles were crazy spicy tho, i'd ask for half the spice level next time (I usually order a 3 or 4 out of 5 on spice level at asian restaurants in the US). Definitely recommend!

Butter Chicken Masala w/roti and appetizer was cheesy fries!! Hands down the best Indian food I've ever tasted! Great portions, fresh veggies, nice ambiance, friendly owner and staff! I can't wait to come back to Mobay to eat here!

The Indian Food was amazing. Loved the spices and a lot of flavours! The richness of the sauce was beautiful. The staff and owner are very friendly and attentive. The price is on the higher end, so "real" plates and cutlery would have been great and would elevate the experience and honor the meal. The food was so good, so it is still worth a five star review!

This is one of the best Indian restaurant outside India. I have tried couple of Indian restaurants in US but many of them prefer to give out food quickly rather than focusing on taste. The taste here is what I expect North Indian food to taste like. I tried Paneer Kohlapuri and it was amazing. I would suggest this hotel if you are in town.

Food is nice, thus overpriced. One of the few options that makes sense in Montego bay! Then why only 1 star? Well here we go… After dining we went for a wolk in the town. On the way back we stopped by to use the wifi to call uber! As soon as they saw us using the internet, they changed the pw!! Unfriendly!!! I still wonder why? What‘s their problem!? We wanted to eat there other times, but after such unpleasant behavior, no way!

A stunning Bollywood themed restaurant serving delicious Indian food with a modern take. The staff are Indian and Jamaican (One Love) and they are Punjabi Jatt’s and Gujarati Jatt’s. I myself am a Gujarati Jatt 🤭 so when hearing they know about Apache Indian, Bally Sagoo and Gurdas Mann it made me feel right at home in the UK. I would like to see a deity of Shree Radha Krishna and Amitabh Bachchan though, but it working progress. I felt very satisfied that my Christian associate Robert enjoyed his meal as I did my vegetarian meal. Go easy on the salt Mr Chef Sir! 🤭. This is an ideal place for anyone to come and enjoy a taste of India in Jamaica Maaaan. One Love and a big Bulleh! Bulleh! Bulleh! to everyone reading this. Please come here and enjoy and every ting gonna be areet but if you want Paan abd want to sing Don song like Amitabh Bachchan then forget it as they don’t do Paan but it’s no problem maaaan you’ll love it henny how. Listen! I have never left a comment but yall deserve it! Before you guys I only ever had pasta in the 10 years I’ve been living in Mobay from ONE place. Needless to say that has been tossed through the window. I love that when I received my food via DELIVERY, it’s still piping hot! You guys know exactly the amount of spice when I request extra spicy! I ordered shrimp the first time and now the chicken. The sauce, the carrots, man…. I’m eating a chicken pasta as I write this review! It is SOOOOOOOOO GOOD! Trust me when I say, you’ll never regret anything purchased here! DEFINITELY VALUE AND QUALITY FOR THE BUCK! Neverrrr you change!

Had a great time eating here. Took the whole family here after a long day at the river. My mother hadn’t eaten much for the last few days as she’s vegan. IF YOU ARE IN JAMAICA YOU NEED TO EAT HERE! This is the best indian asain food ive ever had and the best food ive got on the island period. Ordered the chicken malaysian noodles and my wife got the tikka masala. The cook/hostess was very friendly and was sure to get me a bag for my walk back to the hotel even though i was willing to try and carry my orders seperately. The noodles were amazing, cooked perfectly, great blend of vegtables, egg on top was the perfect topper. Spice level and seasoning were on point, i suggest you go for the mild. I will be eating here again i wish this was the first stop of my trip.

One word to describe this restaurant is MAGNIFICENT!!! First off the customer service was everything … The Malaysian Fried Rice was my favorite I ended up getting seconds lol . My mom was in Lovee with the jerk chicken , they also have some of the best Indian Cuisines , like the chicken Tikka masala, Butter chicken .. it was awesome .. We will definitely be back whenever we are in Jamaica!

Hunger Point is one my new favorite restaurants in Montego Bay. The staff was super friendly and helpful and had good service. Food was really good and freshly prepared. Definitely would recommend to my family and friends 👍👍.

I had lunch with the family at Hunger's Point on my visit to Jamaica. We order Chilli Fish Dry, Butter Paneer Masala, Shrimp Fried Rice and Rotis. The food was freshly prepared and absolutely delicious. I could see the Roti being prepared from where my table was. Its hard to pick a winner, but the Chilli Fish Dry won out of the Butter Paneer. The food was like a great home cooked meal. I would highly recommend the restaurant to fans of Indian food.

Fresh & good! We could see the chef rolling out dough to make fresh roti for us. We enjoyed our chickpeas & goat. Good flavor!

Ordered the jerk chicken and it was delicious (understatement)!! If you’re looking for fast food…this is not your place. Everything on the menu is made fresh upon order. The staff is amazing and kind and I felt very relaxed during my visit. When I return to Montego, I will be returning here. The best!

Really good Indian food! Staff was very friendly and didn’t mind that we moved tables to be closer to a fan. Some cons, there were mosquitos but the fans keep them away! They are upfront about the wait times on the food but ours was delivered much faster than the 45 minutes on the menu. I didn’t even finish my beer before our curries and rice came.

My first time trying Asian/Indian cuisine and this place did not disappoint!! Convenient location, affordable prices and great vibes. Amazing staff too!! Definitely going back.

Very nice place, to have dinner, and not to big so the service status really personal. Thé food is comes in big portions so you will have more then enough to eat. The servants are very friendly and kind and tried to talk with everyone to get to know you. So i would definitely recommend this restaurant.

We had their butter chicken and I must say it was the best we've ever had and we eat butter chicken often enough in Canada, where we are from. It was by far the best. We highly recommend this place. The service was amazing. They checked on us constantly and they are some of the nicest people you will meet in Jamaica! We also checked out the little gift shop connected to it and received just as good of service. We hope to stop by again on our next visit to Jamaica!! Thanks again so much for the great service !!!

Must say! It’s a hidden Gem!. The food is AMAZING, service is also amazing and no it does not take 45 minutes for your food to get to your table. They have vegan and vegetarian options as well (not on the menu).. Overall it’s great, just they should change “Asian cuisine” to “Indian Cuisine”. We passed that place a day before (when we went to Margaritaville and didn’t know it was Indian)….Loved it!

Parking was a breeze because you can pull off the Hip Strip. Décor is lovely. Service was perfectly attentive (not too much, not too little) and very personable. Menu was extensive and included vegan options. The food is HANDS DOWN PHENOMENAL which is most important. One of the owners even came by the table to visit with us. Would give more stars if I could. They even have delivery!

A group of us came here for dinner for our last evening in Montego Bay and it did not disappoint!! It was the best Indian curry I have ever had. Brilliant for vegetarians, flavour was authentic and they cooked it to the perfect spice that we individually wanted! Very sad that we only discovered this wonderful gem on our last night but if we ever come back to Jamaica we will for sure be coming back here first thing! We felt so welcomed and catered for and the manager is so passionate about his food and ensuring customers are happy which we definitely was! Highly recommend to anyone considering trying this place, I can honestly say you won’t regret it!

We were here to take a quick bite on our way back to the airport. I wish would’ve had chance to enjoy the full meal. Good service, excellent ambience and especially having great homely Indian taste on an island is a blessing!

J'ai adoré manger à Bollywood Dhaba! La nourriture était délicieuse (le poulet au beurre était un vrai régal, merci aux chefs!) et les portions étaient généreuses. Le restaurant était propre, l'ambiance était chaleureuse et le personnel était très accueillant. J'ai également apprécié qu'on puisse s'asseoir à l'intérieur ou à l'extérieur, au choix. Un restaurant incontournable à Montego Bay ♥️.
