Had a lovely evening at Sheer Rocks, with beautiful sunset over the horizon. Presentation for meal was great, meal itself was good. Good, atentive service. Shout out to Kenya, she upgraded this review from 4* to 5*. In overall I feel like this is a perfect spot for a romantic dinner rather than for your normal dine out experience as you got a lot of privacy but lacks of restaurant atmosphere as every table has their own spot with "walls" between them. Not a issue during the day though.

Food was good but not amazing/what you'd expect for the big price tag. We had the 6 course tasting menu. It was good but not good value for it's price tag based on my experience of trying many restaurants' tasting menus. I think you are paying a high price for the experience of the restaurant.. we had a table right by the water and reservation time was at 6pm so we still had some nice sunset experience. Experience if dining by the water is great. I would definitely eat here again to experience sunset, but would not recommend the tasting menu. We had the chicken drumsticks and calamari tapas two nights before and they were excellent - would definitely be back for tapas. Service was great but wait for food is long. 6 course menu took 3 hours.

Dined here to celebrate a birthday and this place did not disappoint. The staff is very hospitable, knowledgeable and attentive. The food is a work of art. I was absolutely blown away by every dish we tried. Jerry was our waiter on the evening we went and he was extremely helpful in guiding us through the menu. Price is on the high end but I truly believe this place warrants it. Looking to try the lunch menu next time I visit.

We had a fantastic time at Sheer Rocks! We were three couples and spent the day at the plunge pool followed by dinner. The food, service and views were all amazing! Really recommend spending the day here if you want a real treat while you're in Antigua.

This place is amazing! All inclusive stay, with beautiful lunch and dinner options. Only thing missing was a cheese plate which they made for me anyway! I think they should call it Charlie's Cheese Plate from now on! Lol

Sheer Rocks is a one of a kind dining experience, it offers absolutely stunning views of the Caribbean sea and an ambience which makes even semi large gatherings seem intimate. The food was excellent and the wine pairings were well conceived, however depending on what you order you may find the portion size to be somewhat lacking, especially if you jump straight to the entree and skip the appetizers and dessert. Highly recommended for those special occasions, or if you just feel the need to enjoy some of Antigua's natural splendor while savoring a delectable meal.

This iconic restaurant was voted best restaurant in the Caribbean, not to mention Antigua, and for good reason. It’s absolutely gorgeous in every way. Located down a series of steps and built into the rocks, this stunning restaurant seems to blend into its surroundings. Natural materials, wood, bamboo, rope and linen are all used to great effect in creating the intimate dining spaces.  A pair of mongoose played on the branches outside as we sipped cocktails looking out at the most breath-taking coastal vista. You can choose to dine on the upper level which is more intimate and more sheltered than the more open, exposed lower levels further down the steps, past one of the two beautiful plunge pools. Impressive day beds jutting out over sea are available for relaxing after your meal. We opted for the tasting menu, which was excellent, all the dishes were tasty and beautifully presented, the wine list was extensive and reflective of the opulent surroundings. Needless to say, the staff we’re efficient, friendly and attentive. I’m sure the bill was certainly on the pricey side, but I couldn’t care less, it's worth every penny. If you’re on the Island, you seriously must visit Sheer Rocks at least once. If you’re celebrating a special occasion, then it’s a no brainer this has to be your first choice. Online booking is available. Wow, what a holistically incredible dining experience not to be missed.

When my husband and I walked into sheer rocks, we were both blown away. Probably one of the most beautiful places I've ever seen in my lifetime. Customer service was outstanding, food was delicious, and the experience was unforgettable. Very romantic and perfect for any couple looking for a private getaway.

Service and food were excellent. A lovely destination. We did feel a little bit cramped on our table as they seem to be a lot of tables squeezed together but would highly recommend the food as we had an amazing lunch here, looking over the scenic view the focaccia was so good! As were the wings and the sugar cane mojitos!

Our experience at Sheer Rocks has been immaculate since the moment we walked up to the host stand. The manager on duty lead us to our balcony table prior to introducing our phenomenal server, Miss Sasha. We began with complimentary Tuna TarTar, Rolls, and Refreshments prior to our Luxe course of BluePoint Oysters and White Anchovies. For our First Course we enjoyed Salt Fish, and Chicken Liver with Foie Gras Parfait. The main courses if choice was the flavorful Beef Short Rib with Oxtail and the most aromatic, and creamy Seafood Risotto I've ever had. Sasha's service was very attentive and timely with each drink and course accompanied by fresh change in utensils. Her knowledge of the menu and diligence service truly showed how much she cares and prides herself in delivering a wonderful dining experience. Finally, we shared the dessert platter for our dessert in which two glasses of sparkling prosecco and a personalized presentation was given for our anniversary. Thank you sincerely to Sasha and the Sheer Rock Staff for truly giving us a night to remember!

Highly recommend a sunset dinner. We came at 5:30 in February and the sun was just going down. The food was delicious. The octopus was a bit chewy but other than that it was great. You can also get a day pass at their establishment and go to the pool and lounge area. Just contact someone at sheer rocks for that

The Sheer Rocks experience was one the best days we ever had anywhere in the Caribbean. The staff are all dressed impeccably and treated us in a friendly and accommodating manner. We stayed the entire day, enjoying the view and. plunge pool. The atmosphere was enhanced by the excellent and soothing music that was played throughout the day. The food and drinks are innovative and uniquely presented. The view is spectacular! We topped the day off with a sunset dinner. We can't thank them enough for such a great experience!

The atmosphere, service and views which were absolutely stunning. What a great evening. The food was mostly exceptional albeit with some questionable decisions from the kitchen as I did not care for raw tomatoes on cooked ravioli. All-in-all a great meal and would definitely return.

i wasn’t so sure when i want to eat at first, besides their menu are little bit confusing with the mixed lunch option and all that, so I went for the 6 course meal, you can really have the one with drink option to go with the meal. it’s truely a festive taste. will definitely go and try the one with side drinks next time. great view by the sea. I went for the sunset view, but i guest lunches are better? you can have the option of drinking by the pool.

Just getting from the parking area to the restaurant itself is quite an experience; it’s beautiful here. The views are to die for, the staff members are extremely pleasant, and the food and drinks were delicious. This place exudes excellence and I would recommend it to anyone wanting that kind of experience.

Had an amazing birthday dinner here during sunset! I was so mesmerized by the views! Highly recommend coming to enjoy a bite during sunset as it was a really romantic setting!

We booked a full day sun bed at the plunge pool for our honeymoon. The drinks were delicious and the service was great. The views are amazing! The food was not good. We did the tapas journey and it was all either over or under seasoned. We have been before and the food was excellent, so this was disappointing. When you spend $500 CAD on a meal you have high expectations and ours were not met.

Came here for drink, decided to stay for lunch. Very impressed by the food and the place in general. Probably one of the best restaurants on the island.

Simply great! Amazing location, great place to hang out for pre or post dinner drinks around the separate cliff edge bar. Food, service and selection was flawless. Highly recommended from this global travelling foodie!

Well this place was so good we went back two days later. Setting is beautiful, food was best we had on the island and we stayed in Carlisle Bay. Service was excellent. I would definitely recommend.

Sheer Rocks was our favorite dining spot in our short trip to Antigua. We went after sundown and the restaurant was beautiful, with the rocks light up below the dinner table. The food was delicious (we loved the tuna!) and the drinks were spot on. The service was friendly as well!

Flipping amazing! Try to get lower covered deck. It's seriously the most beautiful spot. Food delicious and the rum punch is no joke, we survived 2 of them... barely. Worth the drive from any point on the island!

We wanted a special treat to celebrate our stay on the beautiful island of Antigua 🇦🇬 in style. The sunset experience was booked in advanced with the helpful Sheer Rocks team. And what a treat it proved to be. The restaurant is right on the water - for those arriving by taxi then walk through the hotel, past the bar and look for Sheer Rocks signs on the steps. Our sunset experience table was even closer to the water, and we saw pelicans and a white ray during our time there. There was a day bed and pool to dip into had we wanted to. Cocktails from the bar were excellent. Waiting staff really looked after us. Tasting menu was really special with local fish and soft juicy rib courses. The star was the mint and chocolate ice cream with dessert...so extra minty and refreshing. Outstanding night and more magical memories of this island Thank you Sheer Rocks team 😎
