Nicole's Table tops our list of the best memories we made in Antigua. We enjoyed learning how to cook Jerk Chicken as well as complementary dishes. Nicole was a fantastic coach, adding local tips and tricks. The views and setting to enjoy the meal added to the ambiance of the event. We made new friends, shared great drinks all while enjoying a delicious meal. We returned home and immediately purchased the ingredients to cook this meal again for our friends and family. We look forward to our next cooking session at Nicole's Table. Thank you for the memories of a lifetime!

I’ve been lucky enough to take a class in person, and now a zoom class with my husband! Absolutely love the atmosphere, and how Nicole teaches and Adam helps! We loved the amazing food we devour at the end.

Making jerk chicken at Nicole’s Table was the highlight of our honeymoon! We had so much fun learning about the different spices and the culture of Antigua. The views were an added bonus and were spectacular. Definitely a must-do on a trip to Antigua! Nicole even went out of her way to help us source a bottle of rum from a neighboring resort and offered to bring the it to our resort on the other side of the island.

Such a fun day. Highlight of the trip for me. The experience takes place at Nicole's home which is an experience itself with breathtaking views. We had our family group of 6 and cooked with 2 other women who joined the class. A group of 8 seemed like the perfect size. Nicole guides you and is there for support but doesn't breath over your shoulder. It's very easy going. She serves you her excellent homemade Rum punch which was a highlight for our group. We made jerk chicken and sides. I enjoyed the chicken and coconut tart the most. Highly recommend the class. If you are coming for a cruise excursion, Nicole will make sure you're done in time to catch your ride.

Cooking class at Nicole’s is an absolute treasure of an experience. We had an absolutely brilliant time learning the history of island spices and methods of preparing local food and vegetables. Nicole and her family are generous with their time, resources and knowledge. Also, their house sits up high with an expansive veranda and a constant breeze so when it’s time to enjoy the fruit of your labor you get an outstanding view! Highly recommended for families and anyone who loves to cook.

After this class, Nicole became Auntie Nicole. Came to Nicole with my twin brother, his friend, and my boyfriend to celebrate our birthday and it was one for the books. I enjoyed Nicole putting us to work in the kitchen in her beautiful home. The results of each dish was beyond my expectations. We even got a recipe book to bring home. I’m excited to get back into the kitchen and use my new skills. If you’re in Antigua, Nicole’s Table is a MUST!

We had a brilliant time with Nicole on our recent trip to Antigua for our honeymoon - the activity came highly recommended from family members who had done it previously and we absolutely agree with them! A brilliant day; food was great, meeting other people visiting the island was great for stories and conversation but Nicole still made sure we all had a part to play in the cooking. The meal we made was delicious and it was all the better for eating it together as a ‘family’ round the table in their wonderful garden. We can’t wait to try the recipes again and recreate the menu now we are home, thank you! Alice & Sam (From the Sea class)

The experience was top notch. The home setting was beautiful. Nicole's family and Staff was such a pleasure. They make you feel like you're family or long time friends. The atmosphere is so inviting. I made a mistake and wasn't able to attend my original appointment date but they were so accommodating and made it possible for me to reschedule. I was able to make pumpkin fritters, plantain chips with dip, buffalo shrimp tacos with cabbage slaw, mango salsa, blackened salmon, rice and peas, and coconut tarts from scratch. I was amazed that I did all of that in 4 hrs while enjoying good ol' rum punch. Nicole and Anya made the teaching process easy to follow. With a beautiful view, good music, great vibes, and amazing food, you truly cannot complain. I will definitely be back and bring family/friends to enjoy this wonderful experience.

Nicole's Table was such a great experience including the fantastic views. She opened her home while making us feel like we were family and comfortable in preparing our delicious feast. Nicole, her husband Adam, her daughter Emily, and Iana were all so very personable and friendly. We would definitely recommend this class to anyone who is looking to have a great wholesome experience. We ended up doing the class from the sea and all the food was Divine. Nicole showed great hospitality throughout our time with her. Thank you Nicole for broadening our cooking skills we will definitely be putting those recipes to use in the United States.

The views alone are worth the price of the class. We had a great time & Nicole is a wonderful hostess. Most of the “cooking” is doing the chopping, measuring & combining. But with all of the recipes, I am sure that I will be successful in recreating the dishes. Thanks again to Nicole for adjusting her timing to assist us in getting back to our ship in time. It wasn’t easy & she was very gracious about it.

Fabulous! Nicole's house/classroom has an incredible view over St John, perfect to sit and sip a passionfruit juice while waiting for the class to start. We prepped several courses in our "cooking with rum" class, including their famous rum cake. While the food cooked, Adam led us through an interesting rum tasting... and then we ate! Everything was delicious. We took leftovers home and got to enjoy it again the next day.

My spouse and I visited Nicole’s Table on 12/23/2022 and were impressed with the stunning views and friendly atmosphere from the minute we walked in. We were greeted with an offer for some passion fruit juice or a cold glass of water upon arrival and then were able to relax for a bit and enjoy the beautiful patio as we waited for the rest of the participants to arrive. It was evident from the start of our Cooking with Rum Class that Nicole is an extremely talented chef and that she was going to make our day fun and engaging. We were able to enjoy our low key instruction with another couple and were fortunate enough to have an extended, multi-generational family (some who were from Antigua and still lived there) also join the class. As we all tagged team and made our way through our recipes with Nicole and her assistant Iana we snacked on Nicole’s Tostones with a yummy dip and then got to a point where our group was able to continue to join in with some of the finishing touches on our meal or take Nicole’s husband, Adam, up on an offer to do a rum tasting. We choose the rum tasting and it did not disappoint. Adam is knowledgeable and passionate about rum and the island of Antigua. He cleverly mixed in facts, along with stories to make the rum tasting entertaining. After the rum tasting our food was finished and we were treated with a whole table full of delicious food on the patio — Sweet Potato Soup with Rum, Rum and Brown Sugar Chicken Thighs with Onion Jam, Red Beans and Rice, Rainbow Garden Salad, Iana’s Pumpkin Fritters…and of course, Nicole’s Butter Rum Cake! My mouth is watering for all of these again as I type this. We would highly recommend this to anyone, but particularly to those who enjoy cooking and want to enjoy an experience unique to the island of Antigua.

I had such a wonderful time at Nicole's learning how to cook authentic Caribbean cuisine. The rum punch we were served was delicious. Nicole and Adam were friendly and interesting people to talk to. The food we cooked and shared around the big table on their deck was absolutely delicious and the views were stunning.

I attended the class for learning to cook jerk chicken kabobs and rice and bean/plantain side dishes with a coconut pudding as the finishing touch! Nicole guided a simple and comprehensive preparation with mouthwatering results! She provided the class with a shopping list and instructions. As the chef and instructor, Nicole was warm, funny and encouraging! She had a great sense of timing that was very punctual but relaxed. You enjoyed the process and felt engaged and appreciative of bringing the flavors of the Caribbean into your home. Nicole is an expert with seasonings and improvisation as well! Treat yourself to one of her classes, either in-person or online like I did. Thoroughly enjoyable and rewarding!

I had a wonderful time with Nicole at her beautiful home. We prepared a lovely rum cake among other things, and I am happy to know the secrets of jerk chicken now. :-) Nicole is very charming and a great chef, she is happy to share her cooking skills and give tips on Caribbean cuisine.
