Morris Bay is the Picturesque Bay in Old Road Village on the Southern Regions of Antigua opposite of the road from the Old Road Primary School and within close proximity with The Curtain Bluff Resort and Spa. This is one of Antigua's better Beaches but not in the top 10. A popular picnic spot (just at the side of the main road) with many coconut palm trees and a beautiful powdery sandy shoreline with breathtaking landscape and Seascape vistas. There are fishing boats anchored just offshore and Tourists from the neighbouring Curtain Bluff Hotel can be seen enjoying walks along the relatively long beach. Morris Bay and the Morris Bay Beach is definitely a worthwhile spot to visit during an excursion or as a destination on its own.

Very beautiful, peaceful and calm

Sometimes the dudes on the beach try to kick it to you but don’t pay them any mind, just say no thank you and keep it moving. The beach dogs are friendly but if you feed them, they will try to follow you. It is a beautiful public, free beach, the water is clear and sand almost completely clean. If you’re looking for a chill spot, this is it, Gina’s food bar is delish and affordable. You can drive up to the beach and walk about 15 feet to the water, the grass before you get to the sand has some little prickly things so def keep your shoes on until you get to the sand. Enjoy! The only reason this beach doesn’t get 5 stars is because there are a few more beaches that top this beach. One that tops it is Ffryes beach, it’s about 16 min away from here and breathtaking.

Quiet this day. Love the view. Water clear. It's a rocky beach and you need to negotiate your way in carefully. Locals leave trash. Hungry dogs. Cows are entertaining to watch when they wander to waters edge. Good food in season at Gina's on the road, and on Saturday there's food in the bus stop shelter for charity.

Beautiful but too windy. Went a few miles north to Darkwood instead.

One of Antigua's most beautiful beaches but its not being treated in such a way sadly....

Nice beach, not crowded

Good enough white sand beach with a variety of local vendors that sell souvenirs, local foods, juices and fruits. Right on the public main road as to be able to catch the bus which is way cheaper than the taxis. Trees provide shade and there are picnic table and benches where you can relax and enjoy watching the water, even the sunset if you stay long enough.
