We
are
trying
to
check
into
this
supposedly
five
star
resort.
Firstly
they
keep
us
waiting
a
hour
at
the
airport
and
their
ferry
for
the
costly
transfer
to
the
hotel.
They
clearly
knew
we
were
coming
but
can’t
seem
to
get
cars
there
in
time
not
arrange
the
boat
departures
to
coincide
with
our
arrival.
The
whole
experience
wasted
almost
1
1/2
hours.
Friendly
enough
welcome
but
they
can’t
seen
to
get
it
right.
Beware
that
any
travel
off
the
island
probably
takes
45
minutes
given
the
pace
at
which
they
arrange
the
transportion.
And
after
all
of
that
when
you’d
think
they
would
want
to
please
us
they
tell
us
we
can’t
check
into
our
room
by
4:00
the
official
check
In
time
but
at
6:00
which
they
hope
to
do
as
“they’ve
allowed
another
guest
to
have
a
late
check
out.
I
can’t
believe
this.
I
stay
in
a
lot
of
hotels
but
have
never
been
told
I
can’t
check
into
my
room
which
I’ve
prepaid
for
until
6:00
at
a
beach
resort
nonetheless.
We
have
purposely
been
patient,
ate
a
long
lunch
but
not
enjoyed
the
resort
because
we
can’t
get
into
our
room.
Perhaps
this
is
an
isolated
incident
but
given
the
evasive
reasons
we’re
being
told
for
the
series
of
mess-ups
I
doubt
it.
This
is
en
expensive
resort
which
is
supposedly
five
stars
but
I
think
judging
by
these
experiences,
this
is
poorly
mangaged
(under
new
management
good
luck)
and
clearly
not
worth
the
money.
Based
on
today’s
experience
I
would
strong
recommend
not
going
here.
BEWARE.
