This is the absolute best resort we both have ever stayed at. We went to Hermitage Bay right at the end of season. The resort was getting ready to close down to do renovations. It is a small and quaint resort. The beach is so peaceful and soothing. The resort all around is tranquil. What made the resort from being an excellent resort to an over the top were the employees. Some of the people who are amazing were Devon, Jillian and Solange and many more. For starters Devon is the water sports coordinator. He drove us around on the boat and let us spend time at another remote location and even brought us lunch! It was fantastic. The food and beverage manager Jillian accommodated us for meals after hours. The food was the absolute best food we have ever had. They don't have any accessible food past 10 pm I believe, but they made us snacks every single night. Solange was super attentive on everything. She is a front desk receptionist, but made anything happen! During our stay we got to experience two different types of suites we stayed at a hill top suite for majority of our stay, then finished the last 2 night with a beach front suite. The hill top was my personal favorite, but the beach front is also very nice. You will not regret coming here!

We cold not have asked for a better stay for our honeymoon! We actually did a split stay with 3 nights at Hermitage Bay and 4 nights at Sandals Antigua and if we could go back and do it all over again we would have stayed at Hermitage Bay the whole time! From the moment we arrived, we fell in love! The staff, rooms, views, & food are absolutely impeccable! We would stay here again and 10/10 recommend! If you are considering Hermitage Bay for a vacation - consider it done & book it now!!

We went to Hermitage Bay for our Honeymoon and it could not have been more perfect. As soon as we arrived, the staff welcomed us with open arms and provided top notch service the ENTIRE trip. The property and location is even more beautiful in person compared to the pictures. And the food - WOW! We didn’t think an all-inclusive could have good food but we were proved wrong. The property has an incredible chef and makes sure you have an awesome variety every day. The team prides themselves on 5-Star hospitality and that was evident at every turn. We are thankful for the entire staff but especially Jessie, Simone and Jillian who took extra good care of us for our Honeymoon!!! We can’t wait to go back!

If I could give 100 stars, I would!!! Hermitage Bay exceeded all of our expectations for our honeymoon. From the moment we arrived in Antigua, our trip was perfect and the service was amazing. From the priority immigration, private driver to the hotel, drinks and snacks upon arrival, and that was just within the first few hours of landing - you can infer how the rest of the week was! The staff was fantastic and extremely welcoming from the moment we checked in. Our favorite staff members knew our names and favorite drink orders. Chef Shuga and his creations were amazing. We never had to leave the resort, we were able to go snorkeling, kayaking, experience a chefs cooking demonstration, get a private message, enjoy morning yoga classes, and more, all from the comfort of the resort. I cannot rave about this place enough. Everything was absolutely perfect and I can’t wait to come back for anniversary trips. 100/100!!!

The resort staff will make you feel right at home. Everyone is so friendly and the service is unsurpassed. There's one restaurant to eat at, but the menu changes daily and even moreso weekly. Each meal time has delicious food options and you can also eat from the bar area during afternoon hours. Everything we tried was phenomenal. The resort has no background music - all you hear is the ocean and the trees rustling in the breeze. This place is a real beauty.

Stayed here for 10 nights in a pool villa, it was so peaceful, quiet, and relaxing. The spa, the food, and the service was amazing. Very small boutique feel, accommodating to anything we desired, and really fun moments of music, drinks, during dinner. Menu is expansive and changes daily and all included. They are willing to send to the room or dine in - which we did a mix of both. I found Antigua to be very fun and relaxing overall. Truly beautiful spot. Note: use the bug spray! Got bit like crazy and didn't use the free bug spray they put in the room.

This was our second time at Hermitage Bay to celebrate our anniversary, and it was every bit as perfect as the first. The most amazing place to relax and unwind. The staff is incredibly attentive and the food is delicious and fresh with menus changing daily. We absolutely loved our stay and can’t wait to return! Thank you again, Hermitage Bay!!

We came in on a boat for a bachelorette party. they greeted us with drinks at the entrance then we were shown to a beautiful lounge area where we were served more drinks then we were directed to our table and served lunch it was amazing especially the lobster curry. The place is beautiful

I did not stay at the hotel but the few guests on the beach seemed so relaxed. I believe it is a lovely spot to get away to.. Quiet. Peaceful.. Tucked away in nature. Serenity.

Hermitage Bay in Antigua offers impeccable food, views, and service that left a lasting impression on my wife and I after staying there for our honeymoon. The attentiveness of the beach attendants was truly remarkable. Kyle would bring us fruit snacks just as we felt hungry, and Jesse would have beach chairs and an umbrella set up for us the moment we stood up from lunch. The bartenders were friendly and learned our drink preferences almost immediately. By the end of our stay, Stoney, Simone, and Anthony were mixing us curated cocktails that we’d never tried before (and now can’t stop thinking about). Simone sat down with us one night and gave us great recommendations for our island tour (booked by the resort) the next morning. The meals were each amazing and I echo the other great reviews, however the service and staff is why we’ll return to Hermitage Bay instead of another resort. Do yourself a favor and put this at the top of your list!

My wife and I stayed at Hermitage Bay, Antigua for 4 nights. Our stay was absolutely perfect. Our hillside suite had an amazing view and the pool was a great addition. This place is a magical paradise! We celebrated our milestone anniversary and it was amazing. We felt pampered given the staff, service and food was excellent. We look forward to returning at Hermitage Bay soon!

My husband and I stayed in Hillside pool villa #30 for 6 nights in late-November. The room was beautiful and the outdoor space, where we hung out most of the time, was huge! I loved the outdoor shower - water pressure was perfect and hot water came out almost immediately after turning on the shower. Our room's minibar was restocked every day with water, sodas, beer and wine. I love that this is an all-inclusive hotel - the meals were amazing and the portion sizes were perfect - not too large and not too small. There was live music every night in the bar area, and they were very, very good! And bartender Anthony got up and sang one night, and the man is talented! Everyone on staff was so attentive and kind. Thank you for the memorable experiences - we will be back!

The Service was beyond expectations, the staff were very pleasant and the room is just amazingly beautiful. Nestled on a beach that can be considered somewhat private, which is just perfect to getaway from the hustle and bustle of life. Not to mention the food woww, highly recommend staying at Hermitage Hotel!!

Wonderful Resort, but beware of Scorpions in Rooms I will rate the experience a 5.....the airport greeting, transit, resort greeting, beach, food, views are all simply phenomenal. The rooms are incredibly appointed and truly feel like you are stepping into your own luxurious retreat, there is even seating for around 10 people on the porch area of the Hillside Suites, even for just 2 people. So you have so many options to be where is most comfortable. The staff is just amazing and willing to help with anything. Having a fruit snack come by on the beach at 10:30 in the morning was certainly a highlight, as well as the constant water service provided on the beach. The focus on service is so clearly highlighted at this resort that I was able to fully relax for the first time in over 5 years. I was ready to make this an annual trip I loved my time here so much, until my last day at the resort when I was packing...... In simplest form, we expected the best from Hermitage Bay, and we were blown away at how perfect it was. We became friends with all of the staff, who did anything and everything they could to please us. The food was exceptional (and changes daily). The snorkeling at the resort was amazing. The views and pool from our suite were ideal. If at all possible we will return one day. All the stars ⭐️ . WHATAGUAN!

Where do I begin? From our arrival to departure, the attention to detail was phenomenal. Everyone greeted you by name and made you feel so welcome. Our beachfront villa was perfect. The food was amazing! Different choices every day so that you didn't get tired of eating the same thing. Drinks at the bar were always served with a smile. We will definitely be back! Thank you to all at Hermitage Bay for the PERFECT place to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary!

My wife and I loved our trip to Hermitage Bay. This sets the bar for food at a resort; the meals were varied, creative, locally inspired and delicious. The resort is beautiful; this is one of those places that you can spend your whole time on the beach and not need to rotate to the pool. Our only challenge was the room. When we first arrived, we were at the villa 2 down from the main building. The live music goes until 10 or 11 at night and was as clear as if the band was in our living room. The music is great… but we turn in early. If you’re the same, I’d request a villa further away or pay to be in one of the hillside villas.
