The Ambiance of the super yachts as your dining wall speaks volumes. The staff upon entry are warm and engaging. The sushi menu is fantastic. Nice choice of starters. Price point $$$ Would suggest if going in a large group to call ahead and reserve a table. Walk ins are accepted but to be safe make a reservation. Would recommend as a hide away from the heat and hustle of St. Johns. Take the drive and explore our island.

Great setting, attentive staff and good standard of food. Sadly this place can't decide if it wants to be a bar or a restaurant. They had live music playing at a volume that meant conversations at the table were a shouting competition. The restaurant has many speakers so you can't find a quiet corner for you and your guests. It would benefit by having their sound system set up in zones where staff could set different volume levels as appropriate. Be wary if you are looking intimate dinner! Check if they have the music that night. If so, you may want to find somewhere else.

Enjoyed drinks at the beautiful downstairs bar. Service was slow with few patrons but I guess they're appropriately on island time. Also enjoyed the lovely live music. Decor and atmosphere and view are lovely!

Went to MAIA restaurant. Ambience is wonderful. Staff was super friendly and professional. The drinks were great. However, the food was very underwhelming, especially for the price. There is no assigned area close by to the restaurant park. The only available parking lot is a terrible walking distance away. They offer valet service, but not everyone may be comfortable with this. I don't think I'd return here.

One of the best meals I've had in years. Plus, the place itself. Two levels, the lower one is the restaurant and on the water and open.

Maia Restaurant Sushi Bar is excellent food is perfectly presented by professional chef! Live music was equally good, Arlene Carlos what a voice.?!

Just had a wonderful Valentine's Day Lunch at Maia overlooking the beautiful yachts in Falmouth Harbour. Thoroughly enjoyed the crunchy california rolls, and both our lobster main dishes. Compliments to the chef.

Lovely restaurant with uninterrupted view to marvel on the big ships and boats while having cocktails and mocktail. We had early dinner which was really yummy. Look at photos. Ambience is great, neat and tidy. Staff were friendly and very accommodating. We enjoyed the sunset view which was a plus and also get to watched the kids practicing on their small boats. What better way to end our island hopping holiday. Amazing. Big shout out to Nikoletta and crew for a great customer service.

Absolutely appalled by the service of the at South point. We went there for lunch, we received our bill for our meal in East Caribbean dollar then when I went up to the counter to pay they charged me in US dollar without telling me I was paying in USD so I ended up paying triple the price for my meal and they didn’t say anything so just took the extra money. We had to wait over an hour and a half for all our meals to arrive. Very disappointed in this.
