Really enjoyed our stay. The staff made this hotel extra special. From the girls who arrange the activities to some of the greatest bartenders I have ever met. Shout out to Ashley! Super friendly and such a wonderful person. Someone like Ashley can really be turn your trip into something even more special. And a big shout out to Dwayne. For me these 2 really made my trip that more enjoyable. Thanks again for a great trip!

What a great first experience at an all inclusive resort. Stayed here for a friends wedding and enjoyed every minute of it. As a solo traveller everyone at the resort (staff) made me feel super welcomed and comfortable. The room was great and good and drink options were great. They had many different activities everyday. You could hear the ocean from my room. Great views.

Vacationed at Pineapple Beach Club 8/10/22 through 8/18/22. We were given the wrong room. Requested and paid for beach front, were told by Guest Services we were in the right room. Had to pull up their web page to convince them, finally changed after waiting 2 nights. Never seemed to have any management during our entire stay. The resort itself is very charming, nice layout, pretty grounds and seemed very clean. Most workers were friendly. The food was exactly the same every day - very disappointing, didn't seem to have anyone overseeing any of the restaurants either. Not much variety for what was there. Had lunch at The Outhouse several times, very nice. We did have bad weather from Fiona and the activities were almost non existent, Bingo (2 games a day) and Trivia, again no one seemed to be running the show. No extra activities for weather. As far as nightly entertainment, basically nothing. A DJ one night and a steel band one night. If interested in Antigua (which is very beautiful) I recommend checking out some other places.

Gorgeous laid back resort on a private beach! Friendly and helpful staff, good choice of food and drinks, daily activities. Rooms/bathrooms are rustic but very comfortable bed. Wonderful place to spend Christmas - would recommend!

Where do I start? I want to like it, but sadly, there is more wrong than right. After several moves we got a room that was clean and didn't smell of mold. The bed was big and comfortable but the rooms are very dated?? And are cleaned every other day but not to a great standard either when your getting a tax to pay at the end for the service!!!!. It's aimed at the American Market, so on the complex its mainly Amercian games and what not, with a large Canadian guest list also. The food is very hit and miss again at this adult's only hotel with lucky charms for breakfast along with bacon and pancakes. One day there was beef curry and dumplings also which was very random for breakkie but the eggs fresh smoothies were good. The rib shack is top notch up on the back of the complex. But found the pineapple grill, and ltalian rubbish and this was down to the food being poor quality!!! Need to stick to the traditional food more which was nice also when served.... The main bar was a joke with not alot of staff to hand. With 1 serving and 4 washing glasses and some staff concentrating on 1 dollar tips from the Americans for drinks over who's next in line!!! And generally most days running out of lemon and limes for popular drinks along with one or two spirts....most staff are lovely around the beach bar, but some are lazy and don't want to be of much help with a grumpy attitude?? Spoke to some people who have been going back alot over the years both American and British And they have conseeded it is getting worse each year which is sad as it has the potential. But it's not cheap and that's the issue for me, value for money.

Location is superb, water sports were great, rooms need upgrading, the images you see in the brochure looks very nice but it is misleading. The bathrooms are not very nice and need upgrading. The food in the topaz buffet needs to vastly improve in taste and presentation. The food in the other restaurants was just ok.

Spent my honeymoon here & loved every second. If you love a friendly, chilled Caribbean vibe then this place is perfect. Lovely restaurants & buffets with plenty to chose from, never had a meal we didn’t like. Room was spotless, we had everything we needed & such a lovely view over the gorgeous beach and ocean Love the pools, especially the quiet one with the fan, where we spent most of our time chilling out The only down side to the holiday was having to come home!! Thanks for a wonderful stay Cannot wait to return :)

The guest & food service were top notch. Our flight was delayed and AA provided this accommodation for the adults only on the plane & another property for families with children. The all inclusive property was well maintained & had security at the gate. The room was clean, stocked with essentials i.e., towels, toiletries, tissue. The room was hot, we had to crank up the AC and turn on the ceiling fan to get the room comfortable enough to sleep. They had a private beach & 2 pools. They had a steel drum band performing which was awesome.

This resort was chosen from American Airline for our canceled flight. It's really an adorable old fashion resort. Definitely needs upgrading but the service and hospitality was amazing. My room had 1 towel no face towel or floor towel and was overall clean. To accommodate a flight of almost 100+ guest on short notice they did wonderful. The food was really good as well. The bottom of the pool has large bugs In it which wasn't pleasant. The beach was beautiful but the seaweed could have been cleaned up. The views at the resort is gorgeous. If your looking for and antique feel for your room stay this is the place! The front desk area I absolutely adored the open feel!

Enjoyed our stay very much. Due to COVID the resort was not super full which was nice. The beach is beautiful and so is the water. Entertainment was great. The food was nice but nothing to write home about. A little boring but always edible. The small pizza snack bar was great, amazing sweet potato fries! It is a nice small cozy resort! Perfect if you are not wanting to party the whole time. Very peaceful. My only real complaint is one day we returned to our room and it smelled terrible, as if someone used dirty mop water to clean the room, but only on one day. The fellows on the beach who sell trips to tourists are AMAZING! they offer great trips at a good price. Everyone I spoke to who used them were very happy and so were we. We went in April 2021 so by now I have forgotten their names, but you will see them on the beach everyday! Do use them if you get a chance. The drivers that they hire are great as well.

This is a fairly generous 4-star review, if I could I rate my experience 3.5 stars. The room I was in had a fantastic view of the beach and the ocean, but we definitely had one of the best views of the resort. The room itself was solid, clean, nothing super special, though we did have a nice balcony. The power randomly went out for about 15 minutes twice, which was frustrating. The beach itself is beautiful, but the chairs definitely need an upgrade. The food was pretty mediocre, generally. The breakfast is pretty normal, go to the BBQ place up the hill if you can for lunch, it is by far the best for lunch. The normal dinner buffet is not great by any means, but the Italian and BBQ place are okay. The service is good sometimes, but we definitely had experiences that were not good at all. Overall, not a bad experience, but lots that could have been better.

Resort is nice. Rooms are a bit run down. But they have the best beach on this side of the island. It’s the longest sandy beach in this area. Prices are relatively reasonable compared to nearby resorts. We were here at the end of October - it was very quiet and relaxing vacation. With nightly dance parties. Food was ok.

We just returned from our trip and the best word to describe it is EXCELLENT!!! All the staff was very, very friendly...very helpful...very professional. The view of our room was astonishing. The food was totally awesome everywhere we ate. Staff...polite and attentive in every way. The only improvement I can say is the cleaning of the rooms should be every day, not every other day. otherwise 5 Stars.

I’m giving them a 3 star solely because the food is really not good. It’s like cafeteria food. Even the nights we had reservations at the “nicer” restaurants it was not good. My husband took 2 bites of a pork chop and spit both out. Other than that the drinks were great. Only one kind of beer though so if you’re a beer drinker, be aware! The staff for the most part was friendly but not really overly accommodating. When we arrived they didn’t have our reservation and didn’t seem to have anyone that really knew what was going on. They gave us a room but it’s not a great start to a vacation when you think you may not have a room. There are a lot of daily activities which is nice. I would not really say it’s the cleanest or most updated hotel. I would definitely look for somewhere else to stay, I would not go back.

A late review. Visited early June 2023 for 37th Wedding Anniversary and all ready booked for same week next year. Hope the resort never looses its Rustic, Romantic, Caribbean charm. Thank you for a fantastic holiday.

Rooms a little dated. But if you’re spending that much time in your room, you’re wasting your time in Antigua! The food and services are amazing. A beautiful beach, pools, and the relaxation stations are a must. On site games and activities to be had for all! And be sure to stay long enough to experience BBQ night! Festive music and delicious food!

LOVED my stay here. This is a low-key resort, but the beach is unbeatable, the food is pretty decent and the staff is great. I loved it.

Visited from Nov 29- Dec 3. The rooms were a little dated and need some minor upgrades. But outside of that- it was Fantastic. The views and beach were amazing. I even fell in love with the 2 resort cats that hung around. But most of all, the staff was great. They were so friendly and made the trip worth it all. I even made new friends from the UK, whom were there to go to the cricket tournament. The people of Antigua are genuine, my group left the resort to explore and everyone was so friendly. From people giving directions, our taxi driver Jerry, and even visiting off resort restaurants. I will be coming back.

Pineapple Beach Club is a really good Resort, this is and all adult all-inclusive resort. It has various activities for everyone to do. All the staff are really nice, and they have really good food and different restaurants on the resort that you can make reservations to. The rooms are really nice as well especially the ocean view and the beachfront. You can open the door and listen to the waves as meditation as well as it putting you to sleep. Where I stay there were no bugs and I left the sliding door to my beach front deck open all night. The beach was really nice, we did have a couple of storms but as always the rain doesn't last long at least the week that I stayed. They also have different bars that you can swim up to or go to and drink while relaxing in the pool. They do have a coffee and dessert shop where you can come in the morning and get your morning coffee, they do have a tennis court and a fitness center if you like to exercise as well. There's some snorkeling on the side where the reefs are on the beach or you can do an Excursion and do snorkeling there as well. Again the staff was really nice and that's what did it for me but also what I didn't like is that I was unaware that the resort had its own fees so I was charged extra at the end and I did not appreciate that
