I ordered one scoop of Chocolate Chip in a waffle cone and it was pretty average. The ice cream was pretty tasteless, though the waffle cone was good. The menu isn't the clearest, so I wasn't aware you could order an actual waffle with ice cream on it, which seems like it might be tastier than what I had.

This place is amazing! I love waffle cones, so why not try an actual waffle with my ice cream, right?! It was hot and fresh. The tasty ice cream just melted on top. It was delicious!

I was first told about Fred's a year ago by a good friend from Montserrat. She told me it was located in Redcliffe Quay and it had amazing ice-cream and waffles. Naturally I had to check it out. I must say that my first experience at Fred's was everything my friend had described. My favourite flavours are the Belgium Chocolate and the White Chocolate. Fred's is a popular tourist spot; being conveniently located near to where the cruise ships dock. It is my first choice whenever I'm craving ice-cream and the waffles are a delightful treat every now and then. Don't be shy. Grab a waffle cone, regular cone, cup or plate and relax and enjoy on the seats available.

Fred's offered us great ice cream, served by lovely staff, in a lively little part of town. Fred's came recommended by a local business person, and we could see why. A huge range of flavours, and all delicious and reasonably priced. Definitely worth a visit.

Customer service was great. Mango ice cream is out of this world. It's like all the Mangoes on the island are compressed in every bite. The heat of the evening melts the ice cream quickly but the waffle cone is crunchy, tall and tasty to perfection!!! I will definitely have some more before long!!! Thank you!!!

Fred's Belgian Waffles and Ice Cream is such a refreshing stop when walking and shopping on a beautiful day. There is a wide selection of ice cream flavors that can be enjoyed in a cup, cone, or on top of a warm, made to order waffle. We indulged in a waffle topped with cookies n cream with chocolate syrup, and another with scoops of cookie crunch, pistachio, and caramel drizzle. Both were delightful!

I had this place on my "must try" list for one of my visits to Antigua. My husband and I stopped by on Monday evening and the woman who was working was extremely unfriendly and rude. Her attitude was sour and hostile before we even asked a question or placed an order and the entire process was uncomfortable. We took the ice cream to go and asked about a cover, her response was "foil paper", even though we could see the covers on the shelf. The ice cream was below average taste and we tossed it after a few bites, I can't help but wonder if her demeanor spoiled the ice cream. Customer service needs to be addressed. I will never return.

Delicious ice cream! It was so good on the waffle. The girl working there was very sweet and helpful, let us try out some of the flavors (which were all so good! If you're looking for a good chocolate ice cream this is your spot). Lovely little place and the perfect treat while out looking around!
