I had a great experience at Siboney Beach! The room was bright, clean and spacious. The grounds are beautiful, the beachfront on Dickenson bay is clean and I had a gorgeous balcony. Staff were friendly 🙂 . The only drawback was when you looked closely in the room, the white couch could use cleaning but overall that was it. I hope to return again in the future!

Very comfortable, efficient and friendly hotel. The location on Dickenson Bay is good, as is the attached Salt Plage restaurant. Other eating options in the area were surprisingly limited (in July), although Casa Roots restaurant is also recommended.

Great boutique hotel. It shares Dickenson beach with some other properties and its an amazing stretch of sand! The staff was very helpful, the beach was great, the pool was great being connected to the rooms, and the gym was very good for such a small hotel. Rooms were nicely furnished, although the hot water didn't work that well. The restaurant was good (but not the best I have ever had), service was excellent, and the location was great. Overall, this is not a five star resort, but it is a great value, and well worth the money.

Stayed here this past summer. The location of the hotel is beautiful. The beach is small but a 10 for me. I love the day beds and the service from our waiters and bartenders. Service is slow but I guess it's a Caribbean thing. To the owner of this hotel: please change your music playlist. I didn't even feel like I was in the Caribbean. I didn't hear one reggae or soca song. Also fix your hot water system. My family and I had to shower with cold water for 3 days.

Just popped in for lunch on the beach front area. Food was good and our server was good too but 1 burger took 90 minutes to arrive. I was especially annoyed when another table received their food before us despite arriving 30 minutes later. You must be able to get a simple burger out in 20 minutes, no excuses.

This could be a great place with just a-bit more care, rooms wasn’t cleaned properly very rarely greeted by staff most looked so unhappy. The reception staff very rarely smiled, your front of house put on a fake smile at least! Morning breakfast staff always seemed stressed, you could wait over 30mins for it but the view was amazing that small beach-absolutely stunning! ;)) Too many pancakes guys and you sometimes used left over potatoes;(( The beach bar was rocking nice atmosphere, food, cocktails good music, but closed to early come on guys 6pm.You then had the breakfast/dinner bar, not so cool and you should do the same food for sure. Unfortunately some of the bar staff -Miles the more mature guy, was more interested in chatting up the guests so you had to wait until he was ready to serve you. Unfortunately you can’t tip every day, I tip at the end of my vacation so some definitely didn’t get as there was no effort from them what’s so ever!! This hotel isn’t near town so rent a car, or be prepared to take lots of taxis not cheap or come out the hotel and turn right. I do have to mention this- it was my 60th birthday they did a cake for me, unfortunately the cake was rock hard I couldn’t even cut it how long was that in the fridge!! I gave it back to them kindly, and suggested the staff can share it amongst themselves. Nice small hotel stunning beach can’t get a sun bed until after 10, take a walk down the beach to your right, lots of activities to do and explore the island for sure. Antigua you have some stunning beaches, and homes.

Beautiful beach and view. Bar man [Cotton] very cold with an attitude. Stayed in 604 room. This room is built on top of the guest toilet. Horrid is the best word to describe it. Guests que waiting to use the beach toilet sat on my way stair case blocking my room entrance. Dangerous stair case inside the room. No ward rope despite having paid for $491 per night. NO Live band and nothing happening at all. Boring. We were 3 guest and we were told the bar will close 11pm. We requested for a drink but the bar man said he is closed for the day and didn't serve us.. However, the worst part is the Star bars which has a Bar man by the name Cotton. The man has no customer service and he appears as if he has been forced to complete the service. At first I thought he had this bitter history that happened a long time ago but other guest were picking up this negative vibe. Other Workers mentioned he is extremely rude despite him being the named supervisor.. Apart from that the receptionist beauties and young men are super good. But Cotton behaviour overshadows the hard work of other Workers. Horrible a negative human behaviour. If you can not fake to like what you do for work, then you should call it a day, Cotton. Leave your frustrations at home. We did what you are doing a few years ago and look at us now. Your behaviour sacks. Antiguans you have a beautiful island

Just a very simple and chill resort. The rooms are updated and uber-clean. The staff is very friendly. And the location is chill.

The place is very nice and the staff is friendly. Opt in for a ground floor room, those are the best and you will get an access to the pool area. The 3 stars are because the staff is super by the book. There is no wiggle room. If the meal has one scoop of potatoes, there is no way to get two. Generally this is a good thing, but in hospitality this is murder. The rooms are not cheap, also the bar and restaurant. And once you eat a meal and ask for another half piece of corn for your little one, they tell you that is 5$. I don’t mind the money, I would tip her that much anyway, but its the principle.

Called ahead of time to find out if the had cats and was told no. When I got there there was a cat. The service was good but the food was not good at all. There were 10 persons at my table and only 2 persons were able to eat their meal

Visited recently with my Trini family, 2 kids included. Upon arrival we were greeted by Joyette, she was so pleasant, knowledgeable and even helped us plan some activities during our stay. Siboney is at a very nice location on Dickenson Bay (perfect for swimming), view from my bedroom was amazing, the entire property is very nature like and relaxing. The photos on the website are definitely the truth. The 2 restaurants on site are ideal and the staff are amazing once u get to know them, (Sherika, Que etc..). The pool was under a slight renovation when we got there but was somewhat sorted on our last day, the kids were happy! We definitely enjoyed our stay :)

Beautiful hotel rooms, and great service. Steps away from the blue water beach! 2 restaurants and bars on site and an additional floating bar (you can take a 1 minute boat ride from the beach to it). The food and drinks are good. The professional service is great!

The long dreaded hair gentleman in charge of the beach chair was beyond rude to myself and my wife who wanted to enjoy our honeymoon. He refused us multiple times even though we already paid for chairs and they had open chairs vacant.

We stayed at Siboney earlier this month (September) and we had a fantastic time. The rooms are very large, well maintained, and have AC that works really well. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, they gave us some great recommendations that really made our trip. The restaurant was also incredible, we ate nearly every meal there and have no complaints. Finally the beach front at Siboney is breathtaking, you can use a complimentary lounge chair and umbrella and sit on one of the prettiest private coves on the island all while having drinks from the bar just yards away.

Staying here now and wish we could move to a different resort. Luckily, we only booked half our stay here. Service is a big issue. They throw big parties and forget about the guests staying with them.

cannot fault this place. All the staff were just great with a special thank you to Coco who ran and worked the bar like no other. She was a pleasure to meet and we enjoyed talking to her and sharing conversations.

We are still in residence but I have seen enough to form an opinion. The setting and location are fantastic. On the whole the people are friendly. The problem is the service. There are occasionally staff, whether it’s intentional or not, that come across as abrasive and rude. There are also examples of service falling well below expectation of any 4 star resort. Examples being asking the television to be fixed 3 days in a row and nothing happening, waiting an hour for breakfast with zero apology and having to pay for milk for the coffee in our room. It’s a real shame because the venue is awesome and it seems to only be a few members of staff that don’t get it right. I’d recommend but be aware of some shortcomings.

Very disappointed in the advertising of this so called private, quite, relaxing beach resort. We arrived and within 5 mins knew we couldnt stay here..the beach was INSANELY crowded (crowded from cruise ship visitors) do not believe the tranquil, low key photos you see on line. It is deception at its finest. There were so many people on this little section of beach, we were practically tripping over them. Needless to say we left the resort and went somewhere with a much quiter secluded beach....im giving it 2 stars because the front desk lady was extremely nice and understanding with our concerns. If you are looking to hang out in the pool area, thay was very nice and quiet clean pool.

Siboney Beach Club is a lovely boutique resort with a great restaurant overlooking the beautiful Dickinson Bay. The staff were extremely warm, welcoming, and helpful, and the room was very clean and well cared for. I loved the pool area with its loungers and quiet rainforest garden. There are only a few rooms that comfortably accommodate a family of 4, so if that's you, book early. The beach right in front of the hotel could sometimes get a bit crowded as it is quite small, but it's beautiful and there are plenty of other beaches to explore on Antigua, if you want more seclusion. I hope to stay there again! Don't miss the nearby walkable restaurants: Ana's on the Beach & Casa Roots.

I can't rave enough about Siboney and the staff there, especially Joyette at the front desk and Mel at the Salt Plage Restaurant. I woke up every day here to see the sunlight fill the sky overlooking the most perfect beach I've ever experienced. The water is never choppy and is usually warmer than the air around it, inviting you to plunge throughout the day. PROS: - Gym with nice, well maintained equipment - Swedish massage is unbeatable - Attached restaurant is literally on the beach CONS: - I had to leave and I didn't want to.

Good place to stay. But if you live on the first floor, it is better to take something from mosquitoes. You can rent a car, but be careful, the default insurance is set at a high price. The rooms on the first floors are small. There is a pleasant courtyard with green plants and a swimming pool.

The room offered was over public toilets and, though supposedly with 'a garden view ' just had a view of a corrugated roof. The room didn't even have proper chairs, just wooden stools. After paying a lot more, we got a room much larger with a garden view. A dreadful experience which ruins Antigua's reputation as a welcoming, good value country.

The location and restaurant were amazing. The cleaners and general staff are very friendly. After checking in, the receptionist was alerted about the room being incorrect and didn't care - stating the room we BOOKED was unavailable (?). My assumption: the room sold to another patron. The booking service (Hopper) was informed and called the hotel. No further assistance was provided by management after the call was placed but a partial refund was provided through Hopper. It may be a while before I consider booking Siboney again.
