BEWARE this place is a RIP OFF!!!! My husband & I bought a semi set some years back with two trillions one on each side of it when I got back to my hotel I realized it was not the setting we payed for. I didn't think to check it under a loop again because I was so excited about the ring. The one I returned to the hotel room was a very low grade compared to the one we had looked at & saw in the case. When they offered to go to the back & clean it is when they switched it out. Unfortunately the next day is when we had to go home & we didn't feel comfortable disputing the issue since we were on an island & not at home. Also they had us sign something saying we received the correct ring.It was an expensive lesson learned. My advice to the public is one you make a deal with a jewellery store never let the ring out of your sight or possession because you will get something you didn't bargain for.

High prices for the worst grade of jewelry. These stores think people are dummies when it comes to purchasing diamonds so they try to sell the lowest grade/quality merchandise while making a 200% profit. Its always wise to do your research before going to these retail stores. Scammers!!

Nice variety of merchandise, but not really competitively priced. Salespeople are very pushy. If you know what you want and have price checked back home, you can find bargains if you are willing to bargain and not accept the first it second offers of price. The mark up on this merchandise is big and if they want to sell (the commission for one watch would cover the salaries for the day), the manager will go to the price of you are serious about buying.

This is the store of your dreams, no matter if you are a man or a woman. Which woman would not appreciate having one of those wonderful pieces sold here? And which man would not appreciate giving one diamond to his lovely woman? If you are not one of those fortunate people, keep dreaming...

Good choice here in Antigua, it varies island to island. They will make offers and offer increasingly great deals, but the bottom line is the best price you're likely to get equates to a tax free price, or at least that's what we found. As it advertises itself as duty free shopping, I think all the 'great deal' banter is a bit missleading. Certainly no better than airport prices. But the selection us good, and if you're cruising what isn't in one store may be reservable to collect at the next.

1 star is more than generous. If I could give 0 I would. They are scam artists. I inspected and paid for diamond studded earrings of high quality and somehow before leaving the store they switched them out for ones with interiors cuts — poor quality. My GIA certificate doesn’t match up to the diamonds received.

Great purchase experience. We were helped throughout the process by AJ who made great jewelry suggestions, was attentive to our preferences, and never pushy. Really recommend him when searching for just the right earrings and matching ring.

Been here before, Gary helped design a fab ring for me, then this year he redesigned the band for me making a beautiful tanzanite ring into a unbelievable fabulous ring. Gary you are a star, made our trip so worthwhile, and my husbands pockets a bit lighter. Highly recommend this store, nobody is pushy but happy to let you browse and be there when required.

Diamonds International is a Jewelry store in Heritage Quay and many other Locations within Antigua and Barbuda and Beyond. As the name implies Diamonds and other precious stones are available for purchase at duty free prices.

Excellent buying experience. Vessana was very attentive and after purchasing some earrings for our daughter's 18th, I bought a Breitling watch. The main store in Saint Johns had a branch in my hotel and Vessana delivered the jewellery and watch the following day. Sandeep the Manager called later to ensure all good. Excellent customer service and made a saving on UK prices.
