I am from SC and here on business- was recommended to come here from coworkers and they were correct. Clean, fast, friendly, and Efficient. The Front Desk Receptionist even came out after I left to bring me a bag of Motrin and Tylenol since they new I was traveling and probably not prepared to get the flu. Everyone was talkative and concerned- the lobby clean and so neatly decorated for the holiday. Probably by far the best and fastest experience at an Urgent Care in my life- and I say that without hesitation.

Horrible experience. Seems like no one there likes their job. The nurses weren’t caring or compassionate. Not just with me but I noticed it with another patient. After waiting in a room for over an hour, I was seen for a total of 10-15 minutes(taking vitals included). The whole process was rushed. I don’t feel like they were thorough. I was out right lied to about my prescription options (liquid vs tablet). I always voice record my doctor’s visit because of situations like this. Proof. Still deciding on how I would like to move forward. It was completely unacceptable.

Very friendly staff, they are down to earth and are very knowledgeable. They run their office efficiently, even though there were other people ahead of me, they got to me quickly and I was in and out very quickly.

This place is fantastic! My son hurt his ankle and we brought him in mid-afternoon. We were the only ones there, he got a room immediately and was x-rayed and taped up in an hour! Everyone was super friendly and so kind to my little guy. Thank you all for your kindness today, we will be back if the occasion arises ❤️

I went there for the first time today. I came in and the staff were very welcoming , helpful and compassionate. I was tended to quickly and felt satisfied with the plan of care to help me feel better! 10 out of 10 recommend this urgentcare!

Wait time is reasonable. I visit Mercy ER and Barnes ER earlier this week and if you want to feel like it is a cold world that NOBOBY cares, then visit those big places. This place got me right in, dealt with the pain and started immediately on a care plan with no fakeness. These people care! I will die before I visit Mercy or Barnes again. Take my chances with God and Mother Nature before I subject myself to that kind of care. The cost of the visit was $88.00

Everyone was very nice, the clinic was clean and we'll maintained however the attending/practitioner the day I went seemed very dismissive of concerns/symptoms. Spent roughly 30 seconds checking ears, eyes, and throat. Seemed to be checking for nothing more than allergies despite what I was saying was wrong. Said she would prescribe Flonase, I told her I had been taking Flonase and an antihistamine for several weeks for allergies, she proceeded to prescribe Flonase (the exact same thing I have been using) and an antihistamine.

Staff is incredibly friendly, welcoming and professional. Everyone from the front desk specialist to the nurses and the practitioner, all made me feel reassured and calm (when I wasn't feeling so well).

Nicole and Jackie were very helpful, professional and kind. Everyone made me feel comfortable with their through exam , and quick results of testing and help with forms.

This place is not an urgent care. Went there following a fall and they cannot do any X-rays of your shoulder your back, your hand , or wrist. What did they do? Wanted to send me to an outside X-ray company. I told them I wanted to go somewhere else and they still charged me a $35 copay. Useless place for any urgent type care. Sent an order for pain med and took my vital signs. USELESS!

These people were wonderful. I walked in the door with a broken arm, and a scared look on my face. The person that checked me in was very comforting and attended to all my needs as well as answering any questions I had. The nurse and doctor looked at me in a very short period of time and informed me of the news after getting x-rays done. Was referred to a local orthopedic surgeon when it was determined that it was a complicated break. I was in and out the door Within an hour at the most. I highly recommend this business. Thank you very much for making me feel as best as possible in the situation.

Appointment was at 8am. They got me in with no waiting and did my exam. I was out the door in 30min after paperwork and forms where given to me. Second time here staff was nice and helpful. Will definitely be back.

Wonderful clinic, perfessional and very friendly and caring !! Also very clean and inviting. Staff truly cares and listens very professionally and answers questions clearly. I have only been to zip clinc in Maryland Heights so far. Love it and never wait long at all.

I always take my daughter Serenity here. The nurses and doctors are always incredible, extremely nice, and move things along quickly. I'm always very happy with our visits and highly recommend. This is also my go to if im not feeling well. I wouldn't go anywhere else! Thank you very much to the whole staff!

Zip Clinic is the best!! My daughter told me how efficient and caring this clinic was and I am so glad I tried them for my recent illness. They are very thorough, knowledgeable and caring. They even called to check in with me after my visit. This will be my choice for urgent care.

I was scheduled to visit Zip from a trucking driving school to get a DOT physical and drug screening. Upon my arrival, ALL the staff were AMAZING from the time I walked in the door. They were very informational, explained the process, assisted along the way and they really took care of me and my granddaughter, as well. I would definitely recommend this clinic to anybody that need their services. 100%

The providers here are always personable, knowledgeable, and well - zippy! As much as they can be, of course. They often have a steady flow of patients, but move as fast as they are able while still remaining courteous and kind. Their online registration makes things a breeze!

Was skeptical at first but I love this place. Everyone is helpful and professional. I feel welcomed and service times are quick. Every issue I’ve had they have been able to help me with. This is the only urgent care I go to now.

I believe this place use to be the former Our Urgent Care and I remember getting service a few years back at a Florissant location and was very pleased. Recently I had a couple health issues pop up and stopped in this location for the first time. I AM NOT exaggerating when I say the level of service and care I received went above and beyond. The staff and especially the Nurse Practitioner were caring, knowledgeable and made me feel like I mattered and they CARED about me getting well. And....I AM better because of them. Thank you Zip Clinic !!!!!!!

This was my first visit to Zip Urgent Care. I was able to make an appointment online and registered online. The process was easy and user friendly. Once I arrive I was seen and treated with a lot of respect and care. I was diagnosed and treated which gave me a lot of relief since I didn’t have a clue what was wrong (I only knew that I felt really bad). Everything was explained and while I was there I was treated with so much tenderness. This is a great place.

We were from out of town here for a hockey tournament. My son was seen in a very timely manner. Their patient registration process is very quick and simple. They were open until 8pm and are within a block away from Walgreens. The staff was very friendly, and listened to our needs. I highly recommend them.

I was able to be seen right away, the flu is going around and every other urgent cares were booked solid or closed. Zip Clinic was very clean and looked organized. The staff was nice, friendly, and professional. In between test someone would check in on me and update what was going on. This was my first time at urgent care and I was very impressed.

I checked in online, so I just walked in and was given a room as soon as I arrived at my reserved time. The only poor experience of my visit was that I waited 30 minutes after being sat in a room to have my vitals taken or be acknowledged. But after my vitals were taken, things moved quickly. Katherine Marshal, FNP was my provider who saw me and I was happy with my experience with her. She listened to my concerns, and gave multiple options for symptom relief. I felt my reason for visiting was fully addressed and I left feeling like the visit was successful. Everyone I interacted with there was friendly. The environment was clean as well.

I had the best experience here today. All of the staff was very friendly. Nurse Marshall was so kind and thorough as well, and I didn’t have to wait long. This place is so much better than it used to be when it was under a different name. Highly recommend.

Everything was done quickly and efficiently. The staff was very pleasant. I would definitely recommend this urgent care to anyone. They do X-rays thank goodness didn't have to go to the hospital

This was the best experience I’ve ever had at an urgent care! The entire staff was welcoming, caring and had outstanding bedside manners. I always dread going because of the wait time but they saw me right away!

Went in to get a doctors note for work(ER didn’t give me one 🙃) and they were very quick to help me and compassionate about my pain even though I wasn’t receiving treatment from them. They respected the fact that I go by a different name than my legal name and it’s really good to see that in the medical field. Even double checked the spelling of it too.I am on Hone State Health’s insurance and at least with my plan had no co pay.
