Dr Lamb was my Dr here & I had a wonderful visit! I had some medical questions about learning to rewalk (I’m missing a leg) & he was so helpful! He set my mind at ease & I’m excited about the future! I highly recommend this Dr & I will be using him for all my future needs!!

Excellent experience.I felt very comfortable with Dr. Lamb, he is knowledgeable and did an excellent job on my problem with my big toe, cutting away toenail. No pain during procedure. He took his time and answered all my questions.

After 15 years of fighting a toenail fungus in both big toes, I decided to just have them removed permenantly. The staff are friendly and helpful. Dr. Lamb is wonderfully personable and pleasant to work with. He has a gentle touch and quickly sets you at ease. The procedure was completely quickly and painlessly. I highly recommend the office and Dr. Lamb specifically.

Great staff! Always greeted with smiles. Dr. Lamb is always so nice and caring. Dr and his staff are always willing to take the time to answer your questions without making you feel like they are rushing you.

They made my 87 yr old Mother wait 45 min without any explanation, so she put her shoes on to leave right when the Dr walked in. She was so upset by then, she was leaving and he told her not to come back. Deal! This is her 2nd visit to this office. The first time was for swollen ankles, Dr didn't touch her just said get some support socks. Rude, uncaring, disrespectful.

I didn’t have to wait very long at all, probably because I had a late afternoon appointment, but I got checked in immediately & was in an exam room within 5 minutes. Everyone was friendly & my appointment was over in 20 minutes! Dr. Barth has been my podiatrist for many years now & I really appreciate his expertise & love his sense of humor!

I'm back to looking for a podiatrist. The receptionist was super nice and efficient. However, I arrived 15 mins. early as instructed, was shown to the exam room (which is in desperate need of updating...the upholstery on the exam chair was torn open at the seams so there's no way it could be sanitized between patients!) then sat there for 30 minutes waiting for Dr. Basso. When I was getting ready to leave, he showed up. The entire exam was pretty useless and I felt rushed the entire time. He had nothing to say about my condition except "come see me when you are in pain and can't stand it anymore". They could have saved me a trip and a co-pay by telling me that over the phone.

I went to Next Step Foot & Ankle to have a toe pain checked. Doctor Krista N Nelson was the doctor I selected. When I arrived, I received a new patient packet to fill out. Then they called me back for my appointment. The staff took x-rays of the problem and directed me to my room. Dr. Krista Nelson came in and explained what she found to be the problem. She went over my options. She was very knowledgeable and confident person and I mean that in the best way. When I was finished with the appointment she stopped as she open the door and said it was a pleasure to meet you Tim. I appreciate her knowledge, kindness and personality. She treated me as a person and not just a patient. I would and will recommend Dr. Krista Nelson for foot and ankle problems. Thank you!
