The staff were very friendly and efficient. I had no issues with my visit. It's nice to be able to stay home while you wait in line, so you're not sitting in the facility for a couple hours waiting your turn. I told the PA and staff exactly what was going on and they listened, asked appropriate questions, and got me the help I needed. I am also an RN, and the staff here exceeded my expectations.

Really positive experience at this clinic. Everyone was kind, professional, and knowledgeable. They answered my questions, and I never felt rushed. When tests didnā€™t reveal what we expected, they sent out for another culture to be sure and gave me next steps to take. One of my best urgent care experiences.

As per usual the staff was truly exceptional! Each and every member of the care team was kind and patient. And they were all very knowledgeable. In the rare instances where they were not completely certain of answers to my concerns, they consulted other staff and came back with confident and helpful responses. I will keep coming here for any of my urgent care needs. This is presently the most convenient location, but other locations have served me equally well in the past. Keep up the good work!

I am so grateful for the experience I had here. I came in with a random set of symptoms and everyone who worked with me was very patient and took me seriously. Everyone I spoke with was direct and personable, and I felt really safe while I was there. The person who drew my blood was especially easy to talk to and did a great job, causing minimal pain and communicating with me well.

I was stung by a bee; which I am deathly allergic to, & luckily I was on Hampton & was able to get there quickly! They took me in, immediately administered an IV & checked on me every 10-15 min for the next hr. - Amazing service and attention to the patient! Took away all the anxiety I had.

I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I was welcomed into the facility with a facial laceration and I was treated immediately. Everyone was friendly, experienced, and doing their best to help me.

Went above and beyond I went in after having stomach flu symptoms for 24 plus hours, they got me in right away. Every staff member was extremely kind, and took such great care of my health. I was at my worse when I arrived and was very panicky. Dr Dan has the best bedside manner, helped me calm down. Thorough testing and strong communication. Thank you all so much

The staff was amazing. I came in with a shattered but knee cap and everyone at the Hampton Urgent Care took amazing care of me. I cant thank them enough for everything they did. I also am super appreciative that they stayed late and the receptionist helped wheel me out to the car. Great team work and fast service. Thank you guys so much!

Thank you so so much for all you've done for me this week. Typically getting a needle in the same room as me is impossible, but my 2 visits this week went so smoothly. Shout out to EMT Isaac for listening to me, calming me down, and making me feel in control. The staff here really went above and beyond to make me as comfortable as possible and I'm so thankful.

Staff was super friendly during my visit, but while waiting on some rapid tests for my sore throat and fever someone came into the room with supplies trying to start an IV and take multiple blood samples which caught me off gaurd. I told them I had no knowledge of needing either of these things. They continued to read back my name and DOB confirming they needed to start an IV. I suppose they were in the wrong room because they said ā€œoops, awkwardā€ and just walked out? Test results came back negative and walked out without a diagnosis. Went to a different provider that same day and got a positive result on the same rapid strep test I took at this location.

The urgent care on Hampton has literally saved my life twice now. 2 years ago I went in thinking I had the stomach flu but turned out to be my appendix. Last week I thought I was dehydrated turned out I was deathly low on hemoglobin ( red blood cells) the staff is friendly , warm , kind , k comforting in a scary situation . My appendix was during Covid and I didnā€™t have a lot of extra funds so they kindly took payments with zero harrsssing calls . I highly recommend this location

My recent visit was a difficult one, I guess everyone coming in is at a difficult point. Mine may not be different but for me I was in some pretty horrific pain, suffering from, tho didn't know it at the time, renal colic which is a severe stage of passing a kidney stone. I had no idea what was happening to me and could barely function, my symptoms came at me out of the blue, but this team went quickly to work and made sure I had an iv and meds to stop the nausea and vomiting, they managed to get my vitals, got some pain meds in (that only helped some) and then finally took a CT Scan to confirm what was happening which was that I was passing a kidney stone. Then they got me the meds that worked immediately to stop the debilitating and excruciating pain. I was actually able to walk out of there and quietly go home to pass the stone the next day without fail or more out of this world/mind pain. Yikes. So grateful for being able to come here and be attended to so quickly, though I can assure you the process of passing a kidney stone is anything but pretty. That said, I appreciate everything they did for me so highly recommend this particular location for your medical emergencies. I can't speak for other TAUC locations, however this is the second time I've been here, the other time was for something much less severe tho still an issue, but was impressed then with their efficiency and care which is why I went back under extreme duress this time. I can't even begin to imagine what it would have been like going to the emergency department of a hospital. Needless to say, I'm feeling pretty fortunate that they were there when I needed them.

Had abdominal pain after a car accident, called to ask this location if they could scan my abdomen to check if my organs were ok. They said they would take care of me and to come see them. They DID NOT HAVE the equipment needed to do thisā€¦ so they decided it would be a great idea to poke me with a needle take blood and urine tests and then send me with the needle still in my arm to a location that had the equipment neededā€¦ so I drove 25 minutes to the next location with a needle in my arm, when I get home and see the receiptā€¦ billing was made to my ex employer!!!!! How is that even accurate?

The sign up for queueing is excellent. The reception is quick and courteous. My treatment from Allison and Andrew was swift, accurate, and friendly. Andrew offered a diagnosis of my swollen lip that seems to have turned out to be accurate. His prescription has begun to work. This was not an easy case, and I was a little dubious about the diagnosis (side-effects of a blood pressure medicine_, but he seems to have nailed it.

The staff here is just great. We were in St Louis for a week for a wedding and myself and two daughters started to feel terrible. We checked in online and got there as soon as they opened. Turned out that everyone except for my husband had some combo of Strep and Covid. They were able to see all four of us quickly, got us all tested, prescriptions sent to a local pharmacy and out the door in about an hour and a half. It was not the highlight of our trip by far, but everyone was so nice and we really appreciated the help.

The folks at Total Access Urgent Care are superb. They listen to what you have to say and make recommendations based on their medical experience. I feel I received the best possible medical care. I don't give praise easy. The Total Access folks earned every one of the five stars. Thank you for helping me and for taking such good care of me.

I've been to this Total Access Urgent Care location multiple times over the past three or four years and am always impressed by the level and quality of care I receive. From the staff at the front desk to EMTs and doctors, everyone is thoughtful and patient-centered. You will be treated with kindness and respect. Sometimes there is a bit of a wait, but the website has a feature allowing you to "sign-up" for your spot in line and then go about your day until you need to be there. Once you are in the building, everything moves efficiently and staff keeps you informed of how long each step of your visit will take. I've tried a few other urgent care centers in the area and this is by far the best one and I highly recommend it.

Was able to get right in for an exam, the staff was friendly and cordial, and kept me up to date throughout the whole process. I was happy with the care that I received and would recommend to everyone. So much better than having to go to an emergency room and wait for hours.

9/20 UPDATE: 0 stars if possible. Despite the friendly staff, this location made my situation a lot worse. After my visit here, I was hospitalized for 2.5 days with IV antibiotics every 12 hours. I called ā€œIsabellaā€ (ā€œpersonā€ who replied to my original review) DAY OF her response and have yet to hear back, nearly a month later. This location is now trying to put me on the hook for a $300+ bill for - again - a ā€œtreatmentā€ that made me 1000x worse and that couldā€™ve ended a lot more awfully if I didnā€™t get rushed to the hospital. If you value your life, avoid this location. ā€”ā€”ā€”ā€”ā€” I had kind of a scary experience here. Now, I want to preface by saying that EVERY SINGLE PERSON I came into contact with was BEYOND professional, friendly, kind, sweet. I didnā€™t feel judged by any person I came into contact with, and they all seem to genuinely enjoy their job and helping people. But I still feel the need to post this review. I went in on 8/27 for a very large abscess on my inner thigh/groin area. I told them that I had had a fever of 100.3 the night before. When Iā€™m seen, Iā€™m taken into the trauma room where the abscess is drained. The nurse/doctor/NP were all great and went above and beyond - especially Jaime who held my hand the entire time! <3 But when the abscess was drained, there was no bloodwork or cultures done. I was given antibiotics and sent home. *Within TWO hours* I started feeling EXTREMELY sick. Very fatigued, sore muscles, chills - teeth chattering cold despite my house being 75Ā° and under 5 blankets + my robe -, a headache and sweats. When I ended up getting sick (vomiting), I took my temperature and it read at 103.5Ā° the first time, and 104Ā° about 10 minutes later. My friend immediately came and took me to the ER where I was diagnosed with a severe staph infection and am currently being kept overnight for. :ā€™( This more than likely WOULDā€™VE happened no matter what with the infection, but I just wish some cultures or at least bloodwork had been done so I couldā€™ve just been immediately sent to the ER. :/ As a 26 yr old, Iā€™ve never had to spend the night in a hospital due to an illness, so this whole situation has been kind of scary for me. Iā€™m not mad or upset, but I just want the facility to be aware so it doesnā€™t happen to anyone else. Thank you for taking the time to read.

Fast, clean, kind, professional, affordable-what more can you ask for? This urgent care runs like a well oiled machine and treats clients with compassion and respect. I own a healthcare office myself and highly value customer service and competence. They always impress me. :)

This is always my first choice if I need urgent care. I greatly appreciate the wait list & not having to sit in the office with all of the other sick people, like me. Staff is great & I also appreciate that they can take x-rays on site & provide prescriptions. Iā€™m on Medicare, but their drug prices are reasonable & it saves the wait time at the pharmacy when you really just want to be back at home.

They take good care of me. They smile, and are polite. One other time when I was there, the tech appreciated the fact that I had good veins for putting the IV in. Said it was the easiest stick of an I V he has ever had. I would recommend them to anyone who asked me about a good Urgent care to go to.

The online wait list was very helpful. It was too late for me to use the online check-in but I could see there was only 1 person in line so I drove up and got right in. The staff are friendly, professional, and very talented. The facility is super nice and well equipped. I didn't even have to make an extra trip to the pharmacy. I highly recommend TAUC.

All of the staff that I spoke with were extremely friendly, light-hearted, and professional. I went there with an issue I had never had before, and admittedly I was a little clueless. Everything was explained to me thoroughly and I was well taken care of from the moment I walked in to the moment I left. The people here are professionals and I highly recommend their services.

Everyone was super kind and caring!! Even though they were busy, they handled everyone with care and support and did so quickly and efficiently. I usually hate going to hospitals because of the anxiety it brings, but they were very welcoming and made me feel comfortable. Great servicešŸ˜ƒ

Folks don't go to urgent care for fun reasons. I've had a pleasant experience each visit. Friendly, professional, and efficient staff. Great bedside manner. There are places closer to me, but this location is my choice always.

Best place Iā€™ve received care in quite awhile (and I work in healthcare so I have high expectations). I put myself on wait list online, got right in when I got there, and Kayla, NP saw me in about 5-7 minutes. Everyone I came into contact with from front desk to providers to checkout were friendly and professional. I constantly got rounded on while in my room. Felt like I was included in decision making for my care. Given the option to get my meds filled on-site. Will definitely return if I need to ever go to urgent care again.

Great experience, brought my grand-daughter in for a fever and congestion,(she lives out of town), she was seen immediately and staff was awesome. Also, the receptionist was able to get authorization over the phone from her parents so my grand-daughter was able to be seen. Everyone was great, from entering to exiting. Thanks for a terrific experience.

Total access was so helpful when I had a recent serious sinus infection. Even though they were full online I called and they were able to add me to their queue. They took great care of me and sent me home with meds that got me feeling so much better in a few hours. Iā€™m very grateful for total access and all their amazing staff!

Sign up/check in always easy. Sign in, wait at home or shop till you receive notification to come in. Waited on right away and felt comfortable in the care I received. My problem was and is being taken care of.

The staff at this Total Access location is fantastic! They do a great job making folks feel comfortable while performing their duties to the ā€œTā€. Dr. Morgan listens with a empathetic ear, and after having a chronic allergy-related cough for the past seven months, I finally feel better! I will feel assured and confident about receiving care at this Total Access location, if needed in the future! Thank you to the entire staff!

Absolutely wonderful service and care from start to finish. The front staff was overly friendly and timely. Both the team lead and doctor who provided care were friendly, thorough and so helpful. Highly recommend this Total Access urgent care location.

The staff was great. I had a fall and hit my head. I truly forgot about online scheduling but when I explained my illness and how I was feeling, they immediately took me in. My blood pressure was higher than normal and I was really hurting. My left ear was muffled which really brought me in. Again the staff was great. Also had yo ho to another facility for my CT scan and the was great as well. Now at hm resting with men's for my birthday. Well glad to say, I'm still alive.

I came down with what I thought was Strep throat over a weekend in the midst of this terrible flu season. I was able to book online within 40 minutes. They were fast and friendly. Confirmed that I had Strep and I had antibiotics and a steroid shot in under an hour. As a healthcare worker myself I really appreciated the service so I wouldn't have to miss work the next day! 10/10 recommend!

I always get quick, courteous and great care from Total Access. I have been treated here twice, and both times my concerns and health were treated with the respect that I know my body best, and when its not functioning, that something deeper is going on. They have always taken that information into consideration and treated me for the issue at hand, and allowed me to speed up in recovering from a nasty cold or an accident as the case may be, and did so without making me go to 7 doctors of the span of weeks. I wish all care was as quick and concise as the Total Access Doctors and staff provide.

I am fortunate to have great health insurance and can go anywhere for care but this location is just the best. The staff is professional and caring. The wait list system is great. The TVs in the patient rooms are a game changer if you have kids.

I joined the virtual wait line and arrived when I was in position 3. It took 20 minutes maybe for me to be taken to the back, so super fast. I was able to get labs, fluids, x-ray, and cta all at this location. Everyone was very friendly and I felt comfortable the whole time. It has been a few days, and I am doing much better now. So grateful for the team that took care of me!

THIS FACILITY!!!! Yes! Yes! Yes! By far the best urgent care experience Iā€™ve had in quite sometime! Kudos! The registration process made sense and was systematic. One of the most noticed and appreciated aspects of my experience was the professionalism and people centered orientation of the staff, clinicians and doctors. Everyone had a people matter approach and that is deeply appreciated!
