What can I say? This is one of my happy places!! You can almost always find staff to help you if you have questions. The cashers are always friendly and courteous. My only complaint would be that you always spend more then you planned on because they have such GREAT STUFF!!!! Oh, and I buy ALL my dogs toys, clothing, supplies and beds here. BEST place on earth for dog toys!!!!

There wasn’t a separate line for returns. This is NUTS! The checkout was wrapped around past the jewelry counter.

I was recently in KC for a girls weekend. We shopped at your store on Friday afternoon. When entering the checkout lane there were tons of people in line. It started out with 4 checkers but by the time we made it to the front they were down to one, with the line still as long as when we started. The young man checking kept his cool and was extremely professional even though there were 5 to 6 adult employees acting as though they could not see the huge line. A big shout out to Jherik M. He is a rock star.

Nice selection of lamps, pet products, kitchen gadgets etc. Stores of this nature always have ebbs and flows so check often for specific needs. They could use more help at the registers. A line of 12 people and 2 on register with one doing returns makes for some cranky customers at times!

There's good customer service, & then there's excellent customer service. Today I experienced great customer service at this particular location. Virginia is the reason I had such a pleasant experience today! She was helpful throughout my entire shopping experience. From the time I walked into the store, while I shopped, and even at checkout. She was patient, kind, professional, warm, & very friendly. She went above and beyond to assist me and naturally she exudes such a vibrant light. Not only did she tend to me as a customer, but I watched how she interacted with staff members. You can tell she truly cares about the relationships around her and it's clear that a strong rapport exists between them. I look forward to returning to this particular location as the kindness was exhibited by other staff members as well. I got an opportunity to share with Cassandra, the manager how amazing I was being treated, and it wasn't a surprise to her as she too knows how special Virginia is. I left feeling very satisfied and touched by such a kind soul.

This place is pretty messy some days but has some fun brands and goods. They have a large home selection in the HomeGoods portion if the store. That has everything from your typical decor to wrapping paper and cute office supplies. They have a large section for pet supplies as well as a lot of large cat trees. The other side is clothing, shoes, accessories, and jewelry.

Would say something about the customer service but there was none- searched the entire Homegoods section for an employee and couldn’t not find a single person for assistance. When I finally found someone on the TJ-MAXX side I was told to go BACK to the Homegoods side and find someone there if I needed help.

When I walked in, the whole store had an overwhelming stench of body odor! I decided to stick it out hoping the odor would dissipate. Either it did, or I got used to it. I love their selection as I find different and new things each time I go and the prices are reasonable. I went right after they opened and was surprised they only had 2 cashiers as there was a decent sized line when I checked out. Thankfully the wait went relatively quickly.
