Terrible
customer
service.
I
have
had
the
same
RUDE
service
by
Haydren
3
times
now
and
today
I
attempted
to
bring
it
to
management’s
attention
only
to
be
put
on
hold
for
11
minutes.
In
which
I
found
out
during
that
time,
Haydren
was
giving
her
side
of
the
story
presumably
because
I
asked
the
other
employee
what
her
name
was
and
the
manger
on
duty’s
name.
So
I’m
assuming
she
was
warned
that
I
was
going
to
call.
After
finally
being
answered,
I
made
Tyler
aware
of
her
absolute
rude
service
and
all
he
did
was
give
excuses
for
her
and
state
how
rushed
and
timed
they
were
as
drive
up/pick
up
employees.
Throughout
the
conversation
he
continually
asked
me,
“So
what
do
you
want
out
of
this,
what
do
you
want
me
to
do?”
He
even
went
on
suggesting
we
could
have
a
sit
down.
I’m
sorry
but
I’m
not
an
employee
there,
me
coming
in
on
my
free
time
to
have
a
sit
down
with
your
employee
is
not
of
interest
to
me.
So
I
suggested
coaching
since
I
guess
I
was
supposed
to
come
up
with
the
solution
and
rather
than
suggest
to
me
that
he
would
speak
to
her
directly
he
continued
to
make
excuses
for
her
telling
me
that
I
was
the
one
who
was
supposed
to
set
the
tone
for
my
drive
up
order.
Well
sir
I
was
prepared.
My
code
was
ready
not
sure
what
else
I
was
supposed
to
do
to
set
the
tone.
My
electronics
box
was
damaged
and
tossed
around
in
my
face
so
I
asked
her
to
replace
it
and
she
got
an
attitude.
As
I
continued
to
express
my
concern
the
only
other
thing
he
seemed
to
be
able
to
come
up
with
was,
“We’ve
been
on
the
phone
now
for
18
minutes.
What
are
you
looking
to
get
out
of
this?”
Like
excuse
me???
I’ve
given
my
suggestion
and
instead
of
being
firm
with
your
decision
on
coaching,
you
took
my
suggestion
and
turned
it
into
an
excuse
for
her
behavior.
As
if
slamming
my
Xbox
around,
demanding
my
pick
up
code
prior
to
actually
delivering
an
item
feasible
for
taking
home
and
opening
and
closing
my
door
with
aggression
was
not
an
issue.
100%
inappropriate
behavior
by
the
employee
and
1000%
ineffective
action
from
the
manager.
Only
shop
here
if
you
could
careless
about
how
you’re
treated.
