    Terrible customer service. I asked a gentleman for help finding an item and he just said no don’t have it. It was very obvious that I was bothering him and I felt extremely uncomfortable asking him for help. I usually have great experiences in Target stores but this one is notably lacking. The The only upside to my experience was the male employee with dark hair and a short ponytail. He went out of his way to help me and was so kind.

    Hours of operation are great, the products & nick nacks that Target has to offer gives u great home/ yard ideas. I'm slim so I Never have problems shopping for cloths,.accessories & the large unique products that are offered. Last but not least,,a large Caramel Frappe tops off the whole shopping experience. Thank you,,,Keep up the great work!!!

    This target is becoming more Ghetto every time we visit!!! Your 2 black cashiers up front standing around and being loud is why y'all get stereotypes because of your behavior. Swearing and talking loudly and everyone can hear your your ghetto conversation. You need to start training your employees how to be respectful!!! Gross!!!

    Terrible customer service. I have had the same RUDE service by Haydren 3 times now and today I attempted to bring it to management’s attention only to be put on hold for 11 minutes. In which I found out during that time, Haydren was giving her side of the story presumably because I asked the other employee what her name was and the manger on duty’s name. So I’m assuming she was warned that I was going to call. After finally being answered, I made Tyler aware of her absolute rude service and all he did was give excuses for her and state how rushed and timed they were as drive up/pick up employees. Throughout the conversation he continually asked me, “So what do you want out of this, what do you want me to do?” He even went on suggesting we could have a sit down. I’m sorry but I’m not an employee there, me coming in on my free time to have a sit down with your employee is not of interest to me. So I suggested coaching since I guess I was supposed to come up with the solution and rather than suggest to me that he would speak to her directly he continued to make excuses for her telling me that I was the one who was supposed to set the tone for my drive up order. Well sir I was prepared. My code was ready not sure what else I was supposed to do to set the tone. My electronics box was damaged and tossed around in my face so I asked her to replace it and she got an attitude. As I continued to express my concern the only other thing he seemed to be able to come up with was, “We’ve been on the phone now for 18 minutes. What are you looking to get out of this?” Like excuse me??? I’ve given my suggestion and instead of being firm with your decision on coaching, you took my suggestion and turned it into an excuse for her behavior. As if slamming my Xbox around, demanding my pick up code prior to actually delivering an item feasible for taking home and opening and closing my door with aggression was not an issue. 100% inappropriate behavior by the employee and 1000% ineffective action from the manager. Only shop here if you could careless about how you’re treated.

    This target was fine other than guest services. I had an urgent issue and tried calling them. I called and it would ring and then hang up. I called for maybe like 30 mins because it was urgent. And no one picked up. I finally got a ride and asked them what had happened and if there was an issue with their phones. The woman just shook her head and said no. No sorry, no smile, no attempt at good customer service for an upset customer. If you work at guest services you should at least have a basic ability to apologize and have some customer service skills. The woman there was rude and unhelpful

    I love to go here! The staff is friendly and they work SO hard to keep the place tidy. I love to grab a coffee at Starbucks and shop/browse for a little self care time.

    I love the items they sell, I usually find stuff that I can't find anywhere else, for good prices or on sale, I'm very happy with Target, really. It has a pleasant atmosphere, interior, and the items are beautiful. The return I made was quick and easy too. Another time I was looking for a high SPF facial cream for my skin redness/rosacea issue, the more natural the better, and I found so many options there, even for less than $15, I was so happy, no pharmacy or Walmart could ever compare!

    Well, Very disappointed in the target in manhattan kansas, Went there on a sunday to look for halloween animatronics and halloween decorations, Didn't find what we were looking for, Went back again on monday to buy one thing. The thing we saw was a telescoping ghost. Spoke to storyemployee and they Went to look In the back to see if there was one there. Because I said one in stock. Not in stock, asked to buy the one on the floor to show model. They said no. They told me to order one online. I tried that it didn't work, So target gets a big Fat zero.
