    I was scheduled for two tests and when I arrived the front desk assistant was warm and welcoming. I checked in and waited about 10 minutes for my first test. The nurse was kind and interactive. I then went back out to the waiting room and waited about 10 more minutes until the next test. Once again a friendly considerate nurse explained exactly what would happen. Absolutely the best diagnostic center I’ve ever been to.

    Excellent employees, the facility was very clean, checking is was fast and easy. I waited less then 4 minutes to go back, the dressing rooms were spacious. The tech explained everything before going into the room. The got me situated on the table to where I was comfortable, they even asked what kind of music I wanted to listen to. I'm very claustrophobic so she said if it made it easier I could look out the window, half way through she checked on me and reminded me to push the button if I couldn't finish it. I'd recommend the overland park location to anyone

    Amazing people work here. All so kind and patient especially if you are claustrophobic. I wish every place had the customer care they have. They truly care about you as a patient you are not treated as a number. I cant say enough great things about the people that work here.

    I had such a great experience! I have not had the same experience at other facilities. I understand that there is a thing called “compassion fatigue “, and I’m truly sorry for that, but thankfully I did not experience any of that at your facility. Thank you so much for treating me like a human being instead of just “another one”.

    Kayci is absolutely excellent. She is very nice very professional and made me feel comfortable through the whole procedure. I have 10 Stars was an option I would definitely give her those.

    Went in for MRI. Most everyone was nice. Very detailed and professional. Results were given to my doctor within 2 days. Very fast results! Very well kept and clean facility. MRI lady was very attentive. All of that equals five stars!

    Top notch! I love how I can do everything online from scheduling, rescheduling or canceling an appointment, to uploading my insurance documents, my photo ID, and filling out my forms. It's nice to be able to do that at home. The staff are always very courteous. .

    Always the best! I have had multiple imaging appointments here and the staff is great! The front desk is welcoming, the techs (Pam @ Indy) are comforting and the doctors are always thorough. Thank you for always being amazing!

    Check was easy and only waited about 3 minutes till they called my name. The tech was very friendly and was that way through the whole MRI. She was very gentle whit my shoulder and made sure I was comfortable. She asked me what kind of music I wanted to listen too, I told her I grew up in the 70’s and would like 70’s rock. She said that she listens to that as well and loves it. Very very friendly. Would recommend this facility.

    The young lady at the front desk was so happy and cheerful, you can't help but smile during your check in. It's so nice to see that care and respect has held up with DIC during these times. This makes a huge difference today where we are often faced with much negativity. Thank you for keeping up your standards.

    Front desk check-in was quick and easy. I was not told to arrive early but I did arrived 6 minutes before my appt, and wasn't seen until 20 min after, and they were not too busy in my opinion. Not the worst wait but not the best either. Tech was very friendly and efficient. Xrays were quick and painless. Out in less than 5min Facility is clearly brand new, very nicely decorated. Plenty of seating.

    A very positive experience at the Overland Park location. The tech, Mark, did an outstanding job of keeping a claustrophobic person calm & comfortable during an MRI. Highly recommend the open MRI machine at this location as the room is full of windows which helped alleviate some anxiety. Watching cars go by on the interstate was a great diversion to what was actually going on.

    Had an appointment at 815 am. Arrived at 755 and checked in. By 855 I asked the desk what was going on, my paperwork was still at the front t desk with 2 people ahead of me. I had to cancel my appointment to make it to a 10am appointment

    Excellent service. Went out of their way to make sure procedures were done in a timely manner and I had the same technologist for my tests which was great. We went from one to another and I was out! No sitting around.

    Went here this morning. The property and insides were very clean. Our check in rep was very friendly and had us checked in quickly. We waited for about 5 mins and were taken back. The lab tech was also friendly and did an abdominal complete and they seemed to be very thorough (this isn’t my area of work so I can’t really say). She took lots of images and had good bed side manner. We will be back if the need arises. Also-they give you a discount if you are self paying and pay before the service. I think it was like 25%. And what they quoted on the phone was accurate to what we paid.

    This is a good place, the lab techs are great, usually best on pricing, but they like to make you prepay even if you have insurance, they estimate it. Thankfully my insurance got there billing on the phone and told them they are not allowed to make you pay full prepaid estimate. Other thank there billing they are a great place with good facilities.

    Have had 2 horrible experinces here. The tech the first time was so unprofessional and insenstive to the matter of why I was there. The second time after calling a week ahead to make sure I would get a different tech it was the same one. I asked for a different one and the entire experice was very uncomfrontable. I then was told I was get the images of the scan and it would not work. I still don't have the images I have been waiting on.

    Excellent and easy place to have a mammogram. Scheduling on line was very easy. Wait time after I arrived was less than ten minutes and I scheduled on a Saturday!

    The gentleman that took me back was very nice and polite. The other lady who was with him while l took the test was very nice as well. Kept me informed on everything that they were doing. Extremely nice and pleasant.

    My appointment was rescheduled without my permission. I was told when i arrived that the day before someone left a voicemail on my phone to tell me this. I did not receive a call nor voicemail. I had to speak with the office manager because they wanted me to come back a month later. This office manger said they had time and would honor my appointment i had made weeks prior. I waited over 2 hours in the waiting room before they brought me to the back. This is unprofessional and unacceptable. Healthcare is going down the drain and it is sad.

    I used Diagnostic Imaging many years ago and boy have they grown. The Dr. wanted me to get a cat-scan to check and see if a black spot on the right lung had grown. They set me up an appointment at OPR off Quiveria, but they told me I had to pay them $1,380 BEFORE I even started. Well, forget that, and yes; we have insurance too. So, I decided to go someplace else. You can see the NEW Diagnostic Imaging off I-435 between Metcalf & Nall at 6650 W. 110th St. in Overland Park, KS. I called them and made the appointment. and the bill for the cat-scan was less than half of what the hospital wanted. When I got there, I had to fill out a form, which is normal, and counted 12 people ahead of me! Yet, the nurses were calling people in steadily. When I was done with the form, 2 people were ahead of me and others were coming in. I figured it would take at least an hour before anything was done. WRONG. IN ALL, with a lot of people, I was there for about 30 minutes and done. IN & OUT. THIS PLACE IS FAST, PROFESSIONAL, FRIENDLY, AND NOT A RIP-OFF! WHAT ELSE DO YOU EXPECT? I was impressed on how organized the staff was and how friendly & how the tech and nurse explained things of what they were going to do and in less than 10 minutes---done with the cat-scan! I went over to the Medical Section, a few weeks later and got a copy of the report and a copy of the scan pictures on CD. Plus, billing was upstairs and while there, paid the bill off. I paid a little under 1/3 of a the bill insurance sent me, which was 1/2 of what the hospital was going to charge. So, IF YOU need to get some type of X-Ray or Cast-Scan, I very Highly suggest you come to this Diagnostic Imaging here at 6650 W. 110th St. in Overland Park, KS. You'll get FAST, PROFESSIONAL, SERVICE AND SAVE MONEY TOO. For me, I'll just come here from now it for any X-Rays or Cat-Scans.

    Easy online scheduling. Very efficient checkin and exam process. All staff were very friendly and helpful. I was in and out in 30 minutes for routine mammogram. Highly recommend this facility.

    After a equipment break down on a Thursday I was rescheduled for Saturday. When I got there on Saturday they had still not fixed the MRI device and tried to talk me into letting them use on a low quality MRI device with a lower grade ability for imaging. Nobody informed me about the change of equipment until I got there, so I wasted a good part of my day preparing for this MRI. So I was not able to get the need MRI.. DO NOT TRUST "MARK" OR DIAGNOSTIC IMAGING TO KEEP YOU INFORMED WITH WHAT TO EXPECT!!! Again it seem to be all about the money and not the person they are serving!!! ' '

    Very timely and the customer service is great. We got our level 2 ultrasound done here and it was a nice experience with a very knowledgeable tech. When they tell you to be there by a certain time, they aren’t kidding. We saw someone be sent away for arriving a little late for checkin.

    Incredibly rude desk staff. We changed the location of our appointment through the plaza location and they messed up the date of my appointment. Instead of being accommodating and attempting to solve the issue by rescheduling and calling it a simple misunderstanding, the lady basically called us liars and suggested we listen to a recording of the call.

    It's so great that a doctor checks your mammogram and sonogram before you leave. This is great if they decide they want to get a different view, or add another scan, as or prevent that second or third scan from being a call back and separate visit.

    I had an MRI that was scheduled for the open unit. The staff was incredibly kind, patient and checked on me during due to my claustrophobic tendencies. The check in process was simple and they were able to accommodate my need for a later appt time. If needed, I’d go back here in a heartbeat.

    I was totally impressed with everything about Diagnostic Imaging. The people were amazing and we chatted and laughed which made it even better than just "an appointment for an MRI.
