I go there walking. They have handicap. They have handicap fishing at the lake too they have Docs for fishing for handicapped people. A lot of people go out there walking. And they go out there at lunch time and sit. Kids go there to play here lately they've been using the smaller writers instead of tractors to cut the grass and it cuts it a lot shorter kids can play there some people let their dogs out to run when no one's looking.

Beautiful lake with plenty of room to boat, kayak or fish.

The shelter house and Johnny on the spots were clean the only thing that could be said for it is maybe have a little bit more ability to not have the infestational spiders that were everywhere!! I understand that this is outside but there are people that have events here all the time you would think that some kind of safeguards would be put into place that people just sitting at a table aren't going to be bombarded with five and six spiders each and that there were wasps nests still in the eaves of the overhang... Luckily the party went off without too many problems but definitely something to think about

It was very clean But the restrooms could be a littel closer for the Elders

My big gripe about this is we rented the shelter house and had to run off people that got there before us. There were no reserved signs posted by the staff anywhere. That's not fair to people renting the place that they have to remove others. t's a fantastic shelter house with a great play ground on site and just a short walk down to the lake.

Fabulous place for getting back to nature. Excellent natural trails.
