Clinician was friendly, patient and explained things to me well. I like the early opening time (7am), good parking and nice area to wait.

Went in for a blood test at the Mulgrave site. The nurse I had was very professional. She seemed to be of Indian background. Gentle and quick and professional at the same time.

staff were amazing and so gentle and kind during a time that’s really scary for me as someone with a phobia of needles, they made me feel so safe and at ease without even needing to say anything

I always am received with a smile and everyone seems happy. The needlework is always painless and my details are always checked at each stage. This clinic is very convenient and I generally do not have a long wait.

I have very small veins. I couldn't find my veins in 2 other places yesterday. But I got the blood test done very quickly here today, 'Anoma "she was so kind and experienced and explained very well what to be careful of for 2 hours after the blood test. I now find a place where I can get a blood test comfortably. I am very happy and would really recommend this place.

Very rude and poor service from lady with white coloured hair not an old person. She has no manner at all. This type of attitude not is acceptable, while I was nice and polite to her. Such a shame a patient needs to see this arrogant behaviour.

No one to meet me, nowhere to report to when I entered the door. Confused at first. However, everything was easy and straightforward once I was met by the very friendly and efficient nurse who took my blood. All in all, very good.

I took my 11years old girl to this lab, about 2:30pm there was a woman served us. this is the first time for my daughter to do blood test, my girl asked this woman what kind of needle are you gonna use? and this lady said to her: you shut up, I have been training to do this, you just listen to me" this is very crazy woman. and she ask me to press her hand and shoulder let to put needle in. we couldn't do it. this is very bad experience for my daughter first time blood test. and we went to different lab, only took 2 minutes finished the job.

I went for the collection at 8 for my daughter. No numbers and no communication as to what the order of collection was. The lady finally took us in and then took a long time checking the tests on her phone. After waiting for half an hour my daughter had to wait more time while the technician checked each test to which I got impatient and said please hurry my daughter needs some medicine by 9. The other lady who was also employed was very courteous. Clinical labs maybe you should think twice about who you employ with people skills. She was unpleasant to deal with and had bad bedside manners. I will not recommend this place to anyone...
