I have recently moved house meaning I needed to find a new local GP and I could not be more impressed with North Brighton Medical. Dr Rosenberg was kind, knowledgeable, patient and thorough - she took the time to go through my medical history and talk through any concerns I had. The clinic is easy to get to, amble parking options and such friendly staff. An absolute bonus that they have onsite pathology as well for convenience. Highly recommend!!

I've come here every single time since moving to the area 3 years ago. Now I live in Fitzroy and still come, simply because every single doctor I've dealt with here is incredibly professional, friendly and competent. I always felt that my concerns were taken seriously and always received helpful treatment. Today I've had my last appointment forever. I booked today's appointment online and choose the 15 minutes option. I only came to get some paperwork singed which is necessary for a "dangerous goods driving licence". Unfortunately it took 19 minutes instead of 15, so I've been given two options (by the receptionist): to insist on paying for the booked 15 min. (~80$) and never return to North Brighton Medical or to pay for 30min. (126$). Under normal circumstances I would have always just paid in full because the doctors here are worth it, but for personal reasons I am not currently in the position to do so (purchased an expensive truck license + dangerous goods licence costing 2,5k+) The receptionist also said: "If you can't afford it, go somewhere else." A sentence I won't forget anytime soon. Feedback: More sensitivity about when to charge someone 126$ instead of the amount agreed on upfront (online booking), would be senseful. Maybe it could be communicated during the consultation? I finally got my truck and dangerous goods driving licence now (total of 2.5k+ expenses). Not that it matters but these expenses kind of brought me into the position of being a bit short right now. HUGE THANKS TO ALL DOCTORS HERE, YOU'VE BEEN AMAZING hands down. 🙏

Dr Caroline Hawkins is amazing. She is always helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. She was a great support throughout my cancer journey. I'm very grateful to have such an awesome GP.

Got my little one for her 6 months vaccinations. Doctor and Nurse attending my little one were very friendly and lovely. Good experience for mum and bubs!

The doctors and nurses give so much care. Best general practice we have been to, with compassionate, kind and excellent service that go beyond expectations. Wonderful with our children too!!

Dr Dunning is the best GP I have ever been to. There is a level of care, knowledge, patience, and respect for the patient I'm just not used to seeing elsewhere.

New location is very welcoming. Front yard design makes you very relaxed. Best COVID vaccine clinic in Brighton, they even have a coffee van playing music and selling snacks when you’re waiting

An interesting practice. I did have a hiccup in service yesterday involving non response on three sets of tests which have (1) gone missing(2) not responded to or (3) I was supposed to have a crystal ball to know I had to write my name on the jars as well as the attaching paperwork. However the practice manager resolved two of the three and the times I have needed to speak with a doctor they have been helpful. I don't however like their over use of the "hotdocs " Bot - my emails and mobile are inundated with unsolicited messages .Not needed and not appreciated.

Such a supportive clinic. Dr Herman is always very detailed and follows ups. Wouldn’t take the family anywhere else. Today we had the pleasure of seeing another doctor and the nurse. What a team! Nurse Nicole was absolutely amazing. Thanks
