Shopped here today. Call before I went in to see if they had the products in stock as the other Bunnings said it was and it wasn’t. Got Sheryl on the phone who confirmed products were in Stock and had them waiting for me at the special orders desk. Great friendly service. Thank you

Early Closure of Building Section Door: The building section door was closed approximately 15 minutes before the official closing time. This premature closure inconvenienced customers, limiting access to the building section when they may have specific needs or questions related to those products. Safety Concerns with Stock Handling: In an attempt to address this inconvenience, I had to pushing a 200 kg trolley with stock through another door not designated for big building stocks use. When I inquired about opening the building section door, the response was dismissive, with a staff member asking, "Only for you?" This situation raised significant safety concerns, both for customers and staff. Pushing heavy trolleys through doors not intended for such purposes poses a risk to everyone present in the vicinity. I understand that operational challenges may arise, but I believe it is crucial to address these issues promptly to ensure the safety and satisfaction of customers. Good racking and selection of items. However, the staff are poor in knowledge. They don't know what is available in which aisle. It wouldn't be a problem at least if they could direct the customers to someone who has an idea on this, but I felt those staff who are kids should need a bit more training.

Now I can bring my dog along I'm happy. He needs all the experience he can get. Everyone's always happy to see the dog. Friendly staff too

Unfortunately, a lady I asked for help in the nursery; looked at me like I was an insect!! She acted as if my question (very simple question in regards to a product and her recommendations) was an absolute pain in her side. The lady at the register however was extremely friendly.

Came here a couple of weeks ago because IKEA stitched me up! Installed one of their shelf, just to find out that the last two screws didn't fit properly. One of their staff, an older guy that looked like a Santa Claus, got white beard and hair, with a Hawaiian Shirt saved me! I think his name is George. He gave me a very genius solution that worked straightaway. Thank you George! Without you I would have to disassemble everything just to have that shelf replaced by IKEA

I was in the shop this morning before going to work. I tried to purchase a box fan but the stock were high up on the shelves so I couldn't reach. Then I asked a staff who was working nearby to help, she told me that she's on her break so she couldn't help me, instead she suggested me to go to register to get help from someone. I had to went to the register to ask the cashier to help me. Luckily, this kind lady paged someone for me to get the stock down. I was 10 minutes late arrived at work. I am a regular customer to bunnings and their service been great for most of the time. But I think the staff need to be flexible, if they were on their break and don't or can't serve customers, better not on the floor.

Clean place with friendly team members. Easy to move around enough registers opened with the self-service area, too. We got what we wanted strolled around for a little while looking at the variety of Christmas merchandise already on show. Great place to shop without rushing about.
