    I recently purchased a car via car sales and my sales associate, Dean, was so good. From organising the first test drive and having a chat, Dean was super accommodating and had answers to my 101 questions. It didn’t take long for us to agree and put a deposit down. A quick mention to Rolland, who was also so chill and accommodating when it came down to looking for an insurer for the car. Being under 25 and insurance so expensive, Rolland ensured that I was getting the best price with a reliable insurer. 100% recommend the guys at Frankston Toyota (used cars) and super happy with my new car

    Great team, excellent range of vehicles, and no fuss. I bought a used Subaru and am exceptionally happy with both the vehicle, and the trade-in process. Raph and the team were great to deal with making it a seamless process to drive away with my new pride and joy. Do recommend!

    Dean was really friendly and helped me and my partner to trade in our car and get a used car. He never pushed and listened to what we wanted and we ended up very happy with our car. He answered all my questions, no matter how small, and made the experience easy and hassle-free. Ryan was also very nice and helpful and sorted out the financial side of things. A pleasure to deal with them both and a very positive experience

    staff is very enthusiastic. Everyone works very quickly. I bought the car in less than a week. I feel very satisfied with the service here. I'm in the west region.     Got a 2023 Prado wait time wasn’t bad considering the car industry at the moment. Frankston Toyota made the process easy as this was my first new car. Most important had a full tank when we picked it up. Will definitely be getting my next car from them.

    Service was terrific. Dean was very prompt at responding to our first contact and all subsequent calls. On the day he showed us the car with a thorough overview and a comprehensive test drive. The paperwork was handled efficiently. Extras offered were explained but there was no pressure selling. The team contacted us for pickup when they said they would. All in all a very professional and customer service oriented experience. I would recommend Dean and the team at Frankston toyota.

    Recently, I was forced to purchase a new vehicle to replace my fuel guzzling one. I spent months researching but was not feeling confident that I’d find something affordable given the current state of the market. Frankston Toyota was the first place I stopped, the first car I test drove there was the one I purchased. The sales representative Dean, was knowledgeable, honest and extremely helpful. There was no sales pitch or pressure. In face he encouraged me to take my time and make sure I feel confident. He arranged a trade in, helped with pricing and carefully explained all paperwork. I have my new car now and I love it so much. The process was so simple and the entire team at Frankston Toyota made this a wonderful experience. There was even a big red bow on the used car when I went to pick it. I am so grateful I found them and can’t recommend them all enough! Thanks team!

    Short Version: They get lose 1 star from me because communication during the wait time with updates to delays was shocking to non existent, staff overall helpful pre sale - bit pushy to sign on the line but delivery when it finally came they where great. Detailed Version: Went in Dec 2020 they spent quite some time trying to make a sale, very informative but didn't really give any advice to GVM or technical specifications that would be useful to a non experienced buyer - for us we already did this research prior. Price negotiations not terrible but not great, you have to be persistent if you really want to save some money. Trade in deal was well priced compared to market value, they where very flexible with this to my surprise. Delivery time did not go anywhere near estimated we waited about double and took delivery end of July 2021 which is not dealerships fault, related to reduction in global production from COVID. Their loss of 1 star is simply due to that they never kept communication post signing contract of sale about delivery time changes/delays or trade in value adjustments due to delays. I always had open contact first before they replied and sometimes they didn't reply at l until a second follow up, granted I never picked up the phone either just emailed. Eventually we gave up finding out updates by May (as they anticipated March) so we didn't follow up anymore and sold our trade in elsewhere as they never confirmed they would agree to hold trade in price and we found somewhere who matched it giving us trade in price security. Eventually they contacted us early July to advise delivery is coming 21st of July. Day came they never contacted we didn't follow up (our experience with this was pointless at this point, so we just assume more delays). On the 23rd of July a nice girl at the office followed up to let me know that our vehicle should be ready by the 21st, until she realised on the phone the 21st was 2 days ago and they said they would call back (as they realised their mistake while on the phone lol.. I took it out a bit on her from my frustrations of lack of communication - apologies Toyota!) more formal stuff happened in between before we finally took delivery on 28th July. Delivery day was great, very accommodating and they assisted to our unique requests so we where happy about that. We noticed about 1 week later we think that the vehicle might have been damaged in transit and touched up (as there is actual touch up paint it seems and the stroke pattern does not match the other side that looks perfect) but since no way to really prove it plus in lockdown we left it be. Perhaps dealership didn't know as well we aren't sure and frankly how do you prove such a thing post delivery anyway. Minor but you buy new for new and we felt like we didn't get that. Yet to use vehicle properly (Toyota Fortuner) due to state lock downs but hopefully soon enough. Would buy again and probably will do so for our next car in the future as we will be looking for a Prado when our 2nd car is near end of life. Chris - All Terrain Action

    Linzi at Frankston Toyota was wonderful. Her after sales support was excellent. She kept me updated on the progress of my car build throughout the wait time, no easy task during the fallout of Covid. When I arrived to pickup the car she she made it a breeze to finalise the paperwork, explain the features of the car and how they work, set-up of the navigation screen and took some lovely pics of the car and I. She even gave me tissues and a hug when I became overwhelmed by joy of receiving my beautiful new car. This lady really does her job with genuine warmth and her customer service was second to none. Thankyou Linzi. You are an asset to the Toyota Frankston team.

    We received the best customer service from Ben from the service centre,he assisted my 93 year old mum into the courtesy van, made sure that she was comfortable. Ben took the time to ask about our day. Ben showed such a high level of professionalism and is a humble young man with a beautiful genuine soul.The World Is Your Oyster Ben.     From the moment I walked onto the lot to check out a car I was interested in, the experience was exceptional. Dean was super friendly and laid-back, and he walked me through everything with no pressure or hard sell. We went for a fun test drive and he knew all about the history of the car. Everyone else I chatted to was equally friendly. Not only did I get the car I wanted, but they accepted my old one as a trade-in and when I went to pick up what is now my pride and joy the following week, my wife and I were treated to an unexpected ribbon and unveiling moment. Honestly the best experience I've ever had at a car dealership. Cannot recommend Frankston Toyota highly enough, and Dean is a legend. Top marks! Many thanks to the crew at FT.

    Booked in a service online, confirmed the service via text message. I receive a call the day before the service was scheduled and am told that they couldn't do the service on my car because it would take 4 hours and the the online booking system didn't understand that (even though I select the number of KM's etc on the car and was quoted for a major service and the car was required on site for 5+ hours). The next earliest time they could offer me was over 2 weeks away. No apology, or effort made to understand how frustration the short notice cancelling of my service was after I had already made arrangements to be picked up, dropped back and have a day with out my car - they just "blamed it all on the online system". Poor service.

    From the sales person Dean everything was okay. The aftersales team make collecting the vehicle feel like you owed them something and you have to adapt to there time schedules!! As far as preparing the vehicle they had more than a week!! Touch up paint on door pillar. Front bumper my grandson could do better job. I opened the the engine hood on Friday to fill up the window washer container while refuelling- what a joke - cobwebs dirt and leaves from the past 3 years all over the engine compartment it doesn't look like this car has ever been seviced. I will not recommend Frankston Toyota to anyone - so my first car buying experience in Aus suck!!

    I just want to congratulate the beautiful team at Frankston . On the way to drop off my car at the service center the staff greeted me this morning as if I was a special guest ! I’ve never had that greeting from other Toyota services and also want to say that the customer service and support of the team is amazing especially Kylie who went above and beyond to help me and find the problem of my car ! I give them 100 out of 100 and will service my car there always ! Happy happy customer

    Our used car sales person Sebastjan was by far the most genuine and professional person we had met when checking out dealerships along the Frankston strip for a work SUV. He took care of us, we didn't feel like we were getting pushed and he was super helpful in finding us a great car - easily the deciding factor in our purchase. Staff were all very easy to work with and we had our Toyota CHR ready to go in under a week. Thank you Toyota Frankston :)

    Wow what can I say an amazing dealership with a personable, calm and generous style. I shopped around but as soon as I spoke to Dean on the phone I instantly felt at ease, reassured and had a rapport. He got me a great trade in, stayed in contact, had everything ready and lined up such as warranty and roadside. I found my car and it was the best price and condition I’d seen. I was very well looked after and even given a Christmas present due to the Christmas sale! Dean so sweetly had the car ready and wrapped with a red bow and took a photo of me in front of my new car. A beautifully washed, polished, detailed and tinted new car! On the review it said it was a family dealership that cared about the client and I have to say I found it to be excellent and not to be beaten on price, quality and service.

    I traded my Mazda CX5 for a 2020 CX9. My partner and I were frustrated that we didn’t get the larger family car in the first place. Finding the right car was daunting and extremely important for my family! I came across Dean’s advertisement whilst scrolling online. Dean was wonderful to us! He was truely so kind and patient. Living 3.5 hours away from the dealership, Dean and myself had video chats, many phone calls and texts to ensure we were 100% happy before going ahead. Another big shout out to Rolland in finance who actually stayed happily on the phone to me whilst we worked through all documents. Rolland also greeted us on collection day and stood by us our entire visit! And lastly, a thank you for Raph who presented the car beautifully on pick up day, finalised paperwork and brought us coffees during the process. He did the big reveal with a ribbon and all. Was quite thrown back when he said every car included a ribbon/ cloth reveal! Very happy with the service overall. I highly recommended the boys Dean, Rolland and Raph for a new or used car purchase at Toyota Frankston! Thanks guys!

    Highly recommend Sam and Linzi, they’re both such lovely people and went above and beyond to help us purchase our dream car!
