Packer Park is an absolute blast! They've got great playgrounds for kids (they love the multiple slides), a cool Bike Velodrome, cricket and football ovals, a tennis rebound wall, and even areas for our furry pals. They’ve even got great BBQ areas and toilet facilities. Highly recommend going and is the best park in the area!

This park has lots of facilities for everyone including your fur baby. It is well lit at night during the week. It has off and on leash areas. Walking paths, wetlands, cycling velodrome, playground, birdie golf cage, outdoor gym, bocce, hit up wall, basketball ring, Bbq, rotunda, cricket training nets and function room. Enough to keep everyone happy.

Really pretty and well maintained park off the main roads. Plenty place for dogs to run around and socialise off leash. I'd give it 5 stars if the council had fenced it off.

Family member hired the venue for Christmas Day evening. It was large enough and provided kitchen facilities,tables and chairs and good bathrooms. Kids could access the playground oval outside as well easily.

Bocce and lawn bowls area, bring your balls for a game. Valodrome is quite popular with cyclists. Basketball area, and wall to hit tennis balls. Also batting cages. Fun for the whole family.

Amazing playground with plenty of natural shade, which the kids will appreciate. Facilities, especially restrooms, are excellent. A velodrome, an AFL field, a playground, barbecues, bowling alleys, and tennis walls are all part of this fantastic park. Everyone will find something to their liking! There's plenty of room for dogs to run around, as well as a pond for them to splash in and a short bush-walk. This is an absolutely fantastic park! Definitely recommended.

One of the best parks / playgrounds in Glen Eira. Large playground that caters for kids of all ages. BBQ and seating area along with an oval. Highly recommend to parents looking for a place to entertain the kids

Decent park. They have trees which is good, however I don't trust anyone who uses a velodrome.

Best and biggest park in Carnegie. Has a velodrome for bike riding, tennis wall, playground, basketball hoop, bbqs and more. It’s great to also use the free gym equipment here! Who needs to pay for a gym membership when you can gym at your local park. There’s also a tennis wall which is one of the only tennis walls around the area. A great place to practice your tennis if you’re a complete beginner. There’s also a playground and one basketball hoop. The velodrome is also really cool. Not many biking rings around Melbourne in general.

It has a cricket cage, a oval for cricket and footy (AFL) and it’s own velodrome. The playground is great especially the spider web. Velodrome has its own pump. Great park.

Lovely park. Experience tainted by a middle age male “Karen” in skin tight green Lycra shouting at me to pickup after my dog despite the fact that I was clearly intending to do so. Need a trip to my ophthalmologist after this unsightly experience.

Lovely area! It has basketball, net ball, squash, and footy area with lots of free space to chill out or picnic! There were heaps of dog's owner bringing their dog(s) around as well! So it definitely is a nice place to chill, exercise, relax, and hang out with family, friends, pets, or just for yourself.

Never been there before yesterday. Came across it while driving past. Two grandchildren, 2 1/2 & 4 1/2 had a lot of fun on the really great play equipment

Lovely park for families to meet up especially when you haven't seen them for such a long time. Great playground for kids and lots of green space to enjoy for families. Good seating areas as well.

Why are they replacing this amazing and unique playground with something generic in many of its design when essentially the same things exist in Murrumbeena Park?! ☹️☹️ Please provide feedback against the change if you're of the same mind!

Always so many children with parents that don't understand that it's a valerdrome where people go to cycle fast... your child is not safe riding or scooting up and down the bank!!

Fabulous play park. My little granddaughter loves it. We spend about 1-2 hours easily here. Lovely when there are lots of kids and parents (and grandparents!). Our Pretzel loves it too!

Such a lovely park with a massive kids playground area, with sun shades. Picnic area, velodrome and gated oval. Took my dog here for a walk in the evening, he loved the smells and water fountain.

Well kept park with loads of outdoor activities for all ages. From the kids playgrounds to the very cool Bike Velodrome there are cricket and football ovals. Place to hit some aces with a rebound wall to practice your tennis and a mini basketball area. If keeping in shape and fit is your thing then hit the fitness equipment area, There are plenty of walkways with park benches to sit and take it all in amongst our native flora and fauna and not to forget our furkids furpups our beloved fury family pets there's sections of the park to allow some exercise and play time for them if you enjoy a bit of a slower paced activity there's the immaculate lawn areas to enjoy a bit of Lawn Bowls or Bocce and to end the day with a BBQ for yourself and your family and friends at the BBQ Facilities Tables, seating and shelter all here and there's public toilet facilities. It's an awesome park I enjoy going to either solo for a cycle ride or bring your pose and have a great day.

Great park to walk around, very good facilities! Area with fake grass to play lawn bowls on, great velodrome to ride on however can get busy with families on the weekends. Seems to be more quiet on weekdays at around 4-5 pm!

The playground is 4 stars but the toilets are just disgusting. The condition is unbearably horrendous. 0 star for the public toilet. Serously council, clean this bloody place up!

Fantastic Park for the kids and the Velodrome was amazing even for the little one on his bike. The local football was on so we were able to watch and the pavilion we open so we were able to get a sausage and a coffee. All very clean and tidy.

What a great place to have a party for your kids. It has it all. Huge outside play area, a large park to run around and make sure to bring your bike as it has a great velodrome for all to ride on. It also has a large clean function room for hire.
